02/08/2026: We stumbled upon this little place by chance and it was a delightful discovery. The waitress was very friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. The dish (sirloin steak with Munster cheese) was superb. The quality-price ratio was outstanding! In short: a place that deserves to be known and recommended.

31/07/2026: Frozen food and a long wait; the Munster rösti were bland and had very little Munster cheese. The wine was also very bad. The prices are reasonable, but for the wrong reason: nothing is good! Avoid this place; it's a tourist trap.

23/07/2026: You pay €2.90 for a Sunday, the place is always half full when you get home, it's always a pleasure at €40 per liter of ice cream, it's luxury ice cream, luxury luxury, never enough profit margin, never enough to satisfy you... so many recurring remarks that we make every time... we no longer want to bother, we give a direct opinion.

17/02/2026: As a long-time client of this property management company, I purchased a commercial property through them, currently own two properties under their management, and have also entrusted them with several business matters. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been disappointing. In the context of a sale that ultimately fell through, I was billed for a preliminary statement of account without any consideration for compensation, despite our existing relationship and the expenses already incurred. I understand that this service can be billed; my confusion stems primarily from the complete lack of consideration shown by the company in this situation. However, my concerns extend beyond this specific point. During the purchase of a commercial property through them, certain non-conformities were subsequently identified. I repeatedly proposed corrective measures at general meetings to rectify the situation, but these points were never addressed or put to a vote, leaving the matter without a concrete solution. More broadly, I'm now seeing longer processing times, less fluid communication, and a level of service that no longer matches what I was used to. I also regret a lack of openness to collaborating with other professionals, which can negatively impact certain cases and, ultimately, the clients. This is all the more unfortunate given that the relationship started off so well. I sincerely hope this feedback will encourage improvements in the follow-up and consideration given to co-owners.

17/02/2026: A very disappointing experience with this property management company. Lack of responsiveness, complicated communication, and inadequate follow-up on files. Despite several follow-ups, some issues remain unresolved. Having worked with numerous property management companies in the past, I can compare: the level of service falls short of expectations. I strongly recommend thoroughly researching and analyzing customer feedback before committing.

08/12/2025: The best in the area! Review: Absolutely perfect! I had a wonderful time. The service is fast, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the quality of the food is exceptional. I recommend it 100% and can't wait to come back!

30/10/2025: Horrible! A 30-minute wait for a burger and fries. Hygiene is beyond questionable; no gloves, staff who couldn't care less about the customers... Avoid this place at all costs! They need a manager who will take charge!

02/07/2026: Avoid at all costs! I've never placed an order without a hitch, whether it's drive-thru, click and collect, or in person. Everyone there is incompetent, from the cashier to the manager. Either things are missing, or the fries are cold, etc. ... and don't even get me started on their rudeness! In short, order your meals elsewhere.

01/07/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I ordered 2 ice creams and received 2 soups. I only ordered ice creams, and they forgot my ice creams on the counter. I got melted ice cream and was charged extra. No apology, and this isn't the first time this has happened. The manager is rude and insulted customers. It's a daily occurrence. In short, avoid this place. I'd rather get my soup somewhere else.

13/07/2026: I can't give this place a well-deserved zero! The hygiene is appalling, both inside and outside the dining area. Does McDonald's have no hygiene standards? I understand it's not easy to maintain a perfectly clean dining area with customers who may themselves lack hygiene standards, but neglecting maintenance won't improve things! I shudder to think what the kitchen must be like! Avoid at all costs!

11/07/2026: Over €40 for two. Advertised as a brasserie… not at all… a self-service restaurant of absolute depressingness… mussels served with a cold sauce… my partner ordered a mixed plate… worthy of a school cafeteria… The view is magnificent, but that's the only redeeming feature. This self-service restaurant is deserted, and it quickly becomes clear why.

16/06/2026: In line with previous reviews... A pure tourist trap to be avoided, the prices are far too high considering the quality offered, only the rental income keeps this restaurant afloat.

12/06/2026: We've been coming to this brasserie regularly for lunch with colleagues for over a year now. It's a little gem. I highly recommend you try it. We're waiting for the Bimply restaurant card to be approved so we can come more often, haha ​​^^ Thanks!

02/08/2026: It was another fiasco tonight. We rarely go there because we're disappointed every time. We ordered click & collect and waited an hour in the parking lot! I checked the €50 order and realized six things were missing!!!! Not one, six! How can they be so unprofessional! So I went back inside to ask for the missing items and saw a queue where people were sighing, getting impatient, even despairing. In short, we spent €50, waited an hour, and ate COLD food! I don't understand how the McDonald's in Isigny, Rots, and Courseulles manage, but the one in Bayeux has never succeeded??? Bring on the competition!

02/08/2026: We arrived at 8:05 PM. Order placed at 8:20 PM. Order served at 9:00 PM… No sauces, no napkins, incomplete orders. That's a lot, isn't it? 🫪

You're the ones who prepare the meals, pack them, and hand them to the delivery driver, and I still have to report you to Deliveroo for your lack of professionalism?! I won't report anything because it's pointless!! This is the last time I order from you. If only it were the first time, but considering the number of orders I've placed on Deliveroo and Uber Eats from you, it's always the same thing. Mistakes happen, I understand, but with every order it's the same: the galettes are half empty, but I'm a liar, so I'll end the discussion. I call that theft, whether you like it or not!!!!

05/07/2026: Sunday evening, 7:30 PM. Dirty floor and table, inside and out. A napkin and a piece of sandwich on the floor, crumbs, and a dirty table.... No soap in the toilet, dirty bowl. Perhaps due to a previous customer, but given the state of the toilet brush, I understand why they didn't want to clean it, unfortunately. Unfriendly staff. A small bonus: the air-conditioned room with the doors open...!

29/05/2026: Subway is a dying breed, and while I'd always wondered why, I finally got my answer when I went to this one. I'm talking about the Subway in the Atoll Shopping Center, 49070 Beaucouzé. First of all, I should mention that I was a huge fan of this chain until my visit about a month ago. So, when we arrived, I noticed that there was nobody there except for a couple who had just left. But knowing that Subway was underrated, I didn't mind. We placed our order and sat down at a table that hadn't been cleaned. Looking around, I realized that the entire Subway was filthy! Floor and tables alike. I confess that at that moment, I seriously considered throwing away my meal, and with a full wallet, I would have undoubtedly left it all there and gone somewhere else to eat. The three or four employees seemed more interested in chatting and twiddling their thumbs than cleaning the tables and floor. I completely understood why the customers weren't exactly lining up (no one came in while we were there between 12:30 and 1:15 PM). For the first time I've ever been to this restaurant chain, I understood why the Subways were disappearing one after another as I took a bite of my meal. While you could usually taste the freshness of the ingredients... my usual 5/5 rating had just taken a serious hit, plummeting to 1.5/5, thanks to the avocado puree which prevented it from being a 0/5. And if I could give it zero stars, I would gladly have. This Subway should either change management before it goes completely under or close its doors for good! In any case, the Subway in the Atoll Shopping Center, 49070 Beaucouzé, has convinced me to avoid this restaurant chain altogether. It's quite an achievement for them, and a huge disappointment for me.
