01/08/2026: We wanted to sit outside but at first there wasn’t a table but they told us when one was free. We ordered the classique and we got breadcrumbs a piece of baguette and a boiled egg but it wasn’t fully boiled the first time. Everywhere in the store are tables with leftover food from people that already left. So overall it was fine but for not the price. The staff was very friendly but not very active.

29/07/2026: What a disappointment! A completely stale apple and cinnamon tartlet and a detox juice that tasted like store-bought juice. Not fresh at all!

14/12/2025: Nice terrace but unpleasant staff, 3 tables occupied inside and the bartender said he was overwhelmed and refused to serve on the terrace.

28/11/2025: As a matter of principle, I don't give a negative review because I ate there for decades. I ordered four servings of sweet and sour sauce; just by looking at the color, you could tell it wasn't the same batch. Some of the sauce had simply fermented... a strong, overpowering taste of alcohol, so that plate went straight in the bin. The rice was rock hard, almost raw... After the sauce, I wondered how old it was... It's crazy to take over such a Thionville institution and ruin it like this. Judging by the other reviews, it's far from an isolated case.

28/07/2026: Ordering at the bar was complicated, they got the wrong bottle. The evening ended abruptly and abruptly. We were unceremoniously ushered out of the establishment. Barely outside, the bouncers used strobe lights to force people out, pushing them towards Place de la République even though there was no problem. And then they wonder why people read articles in Le Bien Public...

23/07/2026: We were thrown out 30 minutes before closing time because "ordering is mandatory." The fact that the security guard told us to wait even though there was NO ONE there, and then we were just kicked out because we hadn't ordered, even though we only came to dance and weren't bothering anyone. No customer service whatsoever; it's absolutely unbearable. Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED.

20/06/2026: First of all, the staff were very kind and friendly, but the food isn't everything; it tasted like pre-baked bread that they hadn't actually cooked. We ordered American-style burgers, but the meat in one was dry, there was no cheese, and it was bland. I ordered beef, but the beef was tough and not tender. And the fries were just okay.

07/08/2026: A terrible experience, I strongly advise against going there! A 45-minute wait for only 6 crepes, even though the restaurant was empty. The staff was unfriendly and completely disorganized; no one communicated with each other. Three out of the six crepes weren't even the ones I ordered. The crepes were cold, dry, and tasteless, the cheese was hard, and the fried egg was practically hard as well. Even the fries were tasteless. In short, avoid this place! Very disappointed, especially considering the price.

15/06/2026: My aunt and I came to try the vanilla matcha. It wasn't very good, but the waitress Elia was SOOOOO nice, really lovely, super warm, etc. Honestly, 10/10! That's why I'm giving it 5 stars. Otherwise, the vanilla matcha isn't good...❤️❤️

04/08/2026: I've never seen such dirty toilets in a McDonald's. They're stingy with the sauces (one mayo, not even one ketchup). The service is very slow. The fries arrived cold even though we were there.

16/07/2026: The ice cream is excellent, that's not the issue, but the quantity-price ratio needs improvement; €4 for a scoop in season for a tiny tub is outrageous, especially considering they're only €3.80 at Ernest... Furthermore, the quality of service leaves much to be desired, with a hypocritical pricing policy; the ice cream is listed at €3.50, but apparently it's €4 at the till... The manager's reaction when this is pointed out—throwing the change on the floor—is not very encouraging for a future visit.

09/03/2026: A scam! We wanted to order pizzas one weekday evening through the app, but despite repeated calls, we received no answer. We ended up paying over €30 for pizzas that never arrived and were never refunded. It's shameful to take people's money without delivering and then not do anything to refund them. Avoid this company unless you have money to burn.
