11/07/2026: Cold cashier, you're rushed, the money machine is incredibly inconvenient. We bought croissants and pain au chocolat, but the ones from the supermarket are much better. Avoid this place, stay away!

03/07/2026: We just bought a raspberry tart, and what a disappointment! The raspberries were covered in green mold and therefore inedible. As for the cream, it had clearly gone bad. This is unacceptable for a cake sold at this price (€5). A serious lack of quality control. We won't be going back. Avoid at all costs!

17/06/2026: I was extremely shocked by the attitude of the employee taking orders at the drive-thru, a dark-skinned man with glasses, of North African type, who was very unpleasant, haughty, even gratuitously aggressive. He didn't let me finish my order. When I arrived at the place to pay, he was actually on the phone talking to a friend 😱 It's a disgrace. This person should be fired, and many people around me have reported the same type of behavior from this individual.

16/06/2026: Avoid at all costs, and I mean it. I'm giving it one star because it's the bare minimum, but not only is the food they serve appalling, but the staff is even worse. They make mistakes, serve inedible food, and are unprofessional beyond belief. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The manager is anything but a manager. Your McDonald's is disgusting, and so is the staff. I've been there three times, and each time it was a stressful experience. The last time, we were treated with disrespect by the staff. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

19/01/2026: The restaurant is well located next to the prefecture. The food was good. However, the restaurant was dirty, with cobwebs everywhere. The toilets were also very dirty. I won't be going back.

10/11/2025: We went to eat yesterday at the restaurant that has a stand at the Troyes food fair. We ordered two shepherd's pies, and the two were completely different. Mine was cold, and my husband's was very spicy and cold. We also had a beer from the restaurant, and to top it all off, we paid €20 for the shepherd's pie instead of €16.

09/06/2026: Old woman owner is extremely rude. I would not go if you are a tourist or you will be treated the same. From reading many other reviews it is the same for many. That manager needs to be fired or say goodbye to your buisness.

06/08/2026: Never again!!!!! Nothing was right! I asked for ice, and they didn't have any! My sandwiches were lukewarm—between ordering and being served, going through the drive-thru, I waited a little over 30 minutes!!!! FAST FOOD! FAST = quick! Oh yeah, and here's my order: a small wrap, a cheeseburger, water, and a Sprite!!!!! Wow! That's too much! The employees don't even look at you! I had to call someone over because my order was waiting, but no one was giving it to me!

04/08/2026: By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The floor was littered with trash, the bins were overflowing, the tables were filthy with dried-out sauce, and I'm sure I'm forgetting some things. The toilets reeked of stale urine—it was horrific—the cistern was dirty, and there were strange stains on the walls. As for the food, the ice cream had already melted. The manager was sipping her drink for 20 minutes, and the disastrous state of the establishment didn't seem to bother any of the employees. It's a disgrace; we'll never set foot in this place again. I would like a response to this review. I'm eager to see how you'll defend yourself against this horrible place.

02/08/2026: I am very disappointed with my visit to the McDonald's at Metz Wave. The service was far from satisfactory: there were numerous mistakes with our orders, which ruined our meal. The cleanliness of the restaurant also left much to be desired. The floor was dirty, there were ants around our table (I mentioned it to an employee, but she couldn't have cared less), and the trash cans were so overflowing that it was impossible to clear our trays. To top it all off, one of the employees was particularly unpleasant, showing absolutely no courtesy or sense of customer service. It's a real shame, as one expects a better experience at a restaurant of this chain. I hope that improvements will be made quickly, both in the quality of service and the cleanliness of the premises.

26/07/2026: Really too expensive, they charged us 20 euros for four glasses of water. Not recommended.

26/07/2026: Horrible, not worth it. We had to ask for our desserts 3 times because they never brought them, and when they finally arrived, one dessert was missing. They asked us to change tables so they could take the smelly trash cans from the floor below via a floor elevator, and the cans smelled really bad. A Croque Madame that could more accurately be called a ham toast, and that's saying a lot. A roast chicken that's more like a boiled chicken without seasoning, because it had zero flavor. And the staff are far too arrogant. Don't be fooled by the location.
