01/10/2026: i went i to Rose Bakery to have a cappuccino while my wife shops. I ended up getting lasagna, carrot cake and also an ice tea too. the lasagna was a bit salty but over-all pretty good. The carrot cake was delicious especially when i had it with my cappuccino.

27/09/2026: How can a store like Le Bon Marché house such a dirty and outdated tea room? No one wipes down the tables between groups of customers, the wait for a hot drink and a slice of cake (for almost €15) exceeds 15 minutes even though the room is almost empty, the banquettes are covered in stains… The only redeeming feature of the place is the small selection of gluten-free cakes.

06/07/2026: I simply came in for a coffee and hadn't noticed that credit cards were accepted for purchases over €15. When it came time to pay, the waitress rolled her eyes and pointed out that it was clearly displayed everywhere. Mistakes happen, but being condescending to customers is unacceptable. A little more consideration and courtesy would have been appreciated.

30/06/2026: Great place for lunch. Decent prices and tasty food. We had the moules, which were very good, and the chicken, which was a good size, well cooked and tasty. This and two drinks cost 37 Euro.

12/09/2026: I've never seen a place in such a filthy state. The men's toilets were deplorable. The tables weren't cleared, they were disgusting, and the floor was beyond words. Only one coffee machine was working, the grounds were dirty, and the bins were overflowing—a nightmare. How can they possibly welcome customers in such a deplorable environment? Don't stop, just leave.

04/09/2026: After my visit to the drive-thru at McDonald's in Tonneins this Friday, I could only note the kindness and gentleness of the person who takes the drive-thru (a young blond man) extremely kind and friendly, it is a pleasure to see that someone keeps their smile and kindness!

30/08/2026: After several experiences, I am very disappointed by the extremely long wait times to be served, the order exchanges, and the fact that several items are always missing from the order.

03/05/2026: Only the terrace was nice, the owners were unfriendly, the tartine (a type of flatbread) wasn't great, and the cleanliness was average. I left more than half my plate and saw many unfinished plates as I left. Bad first experience, I won't be going back. Expensive for what it is; the quality and service need improvement.

21/05/2026: No price displayed, they charge whatever they think they can get away with! Accessibility for people with reduced mobility is nonexistent! Very noisy. TV channel updates not done! Poor renovation, inaccessible utility closet! Slippery bathtub. Dampness on the windows in the morning. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

20/05/2026: Very disappointed. Four nights with no cleaning during our stay, no towel changes. The bathroom was unsanitary with moldy, poorly finished grout and holes in the wall. We had the same sheets for four nights, and the rooms weren't cleaned. The hangers were unusable, and there were cobwebs on the windows. In the evenings, we couldn't stay in the lounge; they close at 10 pm. The reception staff were rather curt in their response to our requests. One positive point was the breakfast and the person who ran it. I do not recommend this place.

17/09/2026: As a loyal customer, I'm shocked by the price changes. €11.30 for fries and a portion of steak tartare... and when I ask for an explanation, I'm told €6 for the tartare, then another person tells me €6.90 for the tartare... even though it says steak tartare sandwich for €6... I say that's impossible, that it's cheaper in a sandwich, which is logical. He replies, "Yes, but there are no fries in a sandwich..." Even though I paid for the fries separately. Anyway, I've been coming here for years, but this is the last time.

21/08/2026: Fantastic experience! A lovely, welcoming, and warm place, with friendly and attentive service. The dishes are homemade, simple, flavorful, and prepared with quality ingredients. A thoughtful touch for our dog was much appreciated and shows their hospitality. 🐶 Unpretentious, generous, and truly delicious cuisine at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend it! 👍 This is definitely a place worth stopping by to enjoy a wonderful meal. 😊

13/09/2026: I pass through this town several times a year and regularly stop for McDonald's. Unfortunately, this is the third time I've been since February, and the service has been catastrophic. The staff is unprofessional; they barely give you time to choose at the drive-thru. You have to repeat your choices several times to be understood because the person doesn't listen. And then there's the quality of the food... potatoes and fries mixed together in the same container, the drink cap wasn't locked and ended up on the seat... and today the burgers had more filling on the outside than on the inside. A wrap that looked more like a crumpled rag in paper, all smothered in sauce. In short, I won't be back. I prefer to stop at your competitor, the Burger King in Rodez, which is much more professional. Clearly the worst McDonald's I've ever experienced, and I go to many throughout the year during my business trips.

30/08/2026: The service and welcome at the drive-thru were impeccable today. The young man who served us was very professional. We stopped by late Sunday afternoon. Give him a day off so he can visit Laguiole ☺️ he'll know who he is.

08/12/2025: Avoid this place at all costs! It's a real tourist trap since the change of management/ownership. Above all, they don't pay their employees; the tips you give are kept by the bosses and not given to the staff. Avoid this place to avoid encouraging them. Thank you.

29/08/2026: I bought a baguette for €1.15 and the crumb wasn't even airy, and the taste was better than at Lidl or Carrefour, sorry. I won't be going back.

28/08/2026: The frozen bread was disgusting and dry, so the next day it was just a rusk. Might as well buy it at the supermarket!

24/08/2026: Passing through Balaruc, we stopped at the brasserie. It was very good, the waitress was very friendly and smiling. And the menu was perfect.

21/08/2026: I've been going there every week for years. It's striking how a vacuum-packed waffle (with Nutella and whipped cream from a can) and a cup of tea has gone from €6.50 four years ago to €8.30 today. I used to be a regular, but I think this will be the last time. They blame it on inflation. It's a shame.
