30/09/2026: The prices are the same as the competition, but your burgers are a joke! A Mc Deluxe, a Big Mac with three bites, and that's it. We really don't get our money's worth. McDonald's is over for me. You have to spend €20 to eat your fill. Long live Burger King and their "Rassasian" burgers! Your fries and children's book won't save you much longer. Your restaurants are empty. When are you going to do something about it? Two medium fries instead of two large ones, two McFlowered burgers, one with caramel. Impossible to tell them apart; of course, the caramel was at the very bottom... makes sense! Well done! You're more in the kitchen than there are people in the dining area! Goodbye Mc Deluxe, which I love so much but which is barely enough for my 4-year-old.

29/09/2026: Mixed results: Sometimes it's quick, warm, and the staff are nice. Sometimes you wait ages for a poorly prepared meal. The place is often dirty.

07/08/2026: Still as good as ever. Even with the change of ownership. I recommend it. The best kebab in the 8th arrondissement. Maybe even better.

05/08/2026: A very disappointing experience. It was a chicken kebab, and the spit wasn't even turning when I arrived, with completely raw pieces of meat sticking out. The result: a terrible stomach ache afterward. To make matters worse, the service was frankly appalling, and they sell alcohol, making it feel more like a bar than a proper kebab shop. Avoid it!

18/08/2026: Friendly staff, but there was a mistake with the sandwich I was given: I ordered a vegetarian mozzarella/tomato sandwich, but I got a ham and butter sandwich... to err is human, of course, but I couldn't eat it. A shame.

26/08/2026: Disappointing service… perhaps the two young bakers should be told not to openly mock customers as soon as they walk through the door of your bakery. I didn't buy anything, as I preferred to go across the street where respect and friendliness are the norm. I came on Wednesday, August 26th, around 1:17-1:20 PM. I won't be back and I don't recommend it.

23/07/2026: The tanned, 6'6" (1.90 kg) waiter, very unpleasant, turned around and called me, and I quote, a "f2p" because I had ordered a new drink and he had already noted it on his tablet.

13/12/2025: I drove 40 minutes on a Saturday evening to arrive at 8 pm, even though the establishment was listed as open online. Once there: the door was closed, no information was given about the closure, and no one answered the phone, not even a message to let me know. A lack of professionalism and respect for customers.

01/06/2026: This outdated hotel is not worth its 3 stars. The breakfast is not worth the trip; the pastries are disgusting. Avoid it at all costs. It has no 3-star standards. Be warned, there's nobody there in the evening if you want a drink. Disappointing.

24/05/2026: The room was adequate but far from what one would expect from a 3-star hotel. Breakfast is very expensive, and arriving early is essential, otherwise the pastries, defrosted on-site, quickly run out and are not replenished. The restaurant menu is as sparse as the portions; those with a hearty appetite should pack a sandwich for after their meal. The view is very beautiful.

26/06/2026: The bakery is absolutely filthy and the staff are incredibly negligent towards customers. They smoke outside the bakery instead of serving them, and I even saw someone come in and serve customers without washing their hands. I find this unacceptable.

26/06/2026: I went to get bread, a sandwich, and a slice of pizza today. I waited my turn, and the cashier let two people go ahead of me. I was with my two-year-old daughter, who was hungry and thirsty. I told the cashier, who was wearing a white t-shirt and a duvet, and she said okay, then let someone else go ahead of me. Honestly, this is unacceptable. They have absolutely no customer service skills. I bought food for my daughter, but I went to a nearby bakery to buy my own food, where the staff were much friendlier. I will never go back to this bakery. They have no sense of business.

27/09/2026: It's a shame to have to wait 40 minutes to be served, especially since there were few people and customers who ordered after us were served much sooner. The staff is unwelcoming and not at all friendly. I had to ask for my entire order because they were missing coffee and ice cream, even though I wanted everything at once. I've been to other McDonald's where the staff were welcoming and friendly. McDoc Mâcon Sud. It's a shame the service is so slow and the staff are unfriendly.

23/08/2026: A wonderful discovery! The menu is varied, the ingredients are fresh, and everything we tasted was delicious. The restaurant is warm and inviting, with a very friendly atmosphere. The prices were also a very pleasant surprise, offering excellent value for money. The staff is welcoming, polite, and attentive. I sincerely recommend this place to all lovers of Japanese cuisine!

19/08/2026: Went in for Boba to shelter from the rain. Was very quiet as it was 5pm on a Wednesday. Decided to get food aswell as it was still raining heavily and the options looked good for the price. Waitress was understanding of our poor French skills and food came quickly.
