09/11/2025: Hello, a message to the owner and anyone wishing to have a coffee or other drink on the terrace: At 12:30 PM, the brasserie was open, but one of the employees refused us entry, saying it was closed in a very unpleasant tone. He added that on Sundays it closes at 2:00 PM. So, it's open at 12:30 PM? This employee seems to think he can choose who gets to enjoy the terrace and have a drink, based on who the customer is. Avoid this place, or you'll have to hire staff capable of building a good reputation for your brasserie. Have a good day.

09/11/2025: Unpleasant welcome, the bar was open with people inside having drinks, and we were told it was closed because the owner was choosing their customers. I don't recommend it. And the opening hours this morning confirm it was open. Edit: It was indeed open, and there were customers, not workers, inside this morning.

15/09/2026: There was no food ready in the morning at the shop but the worker was kind and suggested other stuff

11/09/2026: It's shameful to have toilets in this state! It's 8 a.m. and they've only just opened. They're already in an unacceptable state, with filth everywhere and no soap in any of the three dispensers. When you mention it to the employees, they brush you off, saying it's not their responsibility. They say the same station across the street doesn't have the same problems, so there's clearly an issue with this station, either with management or staff. A word to the wise! It's a shame there isn't a zero-star rating.

01/09/2026: No problems. However, the morning deliveries, with the door wide open, are very unpleasant. Customers have to endure the cold outside when they came in to enjoy their warm breakfast. There is another solution, though. Respect for the customer comes first.

10/08/2026: Extremely rude and inappropriate treatment by a staff member I had an extremely unpleasant experience here today, around 1–2pm. My 5-year-old son was having a meltdown while we were sitting at a table having coffee. There were no other bosses around us, and we were not disturbing anyone. A staff member named Bain came over to our table and began speaking to me in French while making hand gestures telling my son to stop and telling me to be “quiet.” I calmly asked him what exactly he expected me to do, but instead of explaining himself or showing any understanding that I was dealing with a distressed 5-year-old, he continued speaking aggressively to me. The situation escalated when he started raising his voice and yelling at me in French. I told him that I would be making a complaint and asking for his name. Rather than handling the situation professionally, he told us to leave and continued rambling and shouting at me. I was left so uncomfortable that we had to get up and leave without even finishing our coffee. I completely understand that staff have to manage noise and disturbances, but there is a respectful and professional way to approach a parent with a young child. Telling a mother to be “quiet,” gesturing at her child, then yelling at her and ordering her to leave is not acceptable customer service. I hope management reviews what happened, because the way I was treated by this staff member was completely unnecessary and extremely rude. However, there is a respectful and professional way to address a mother whose young child is having a tantrum. Telling a customer to "be quiet," gesturing to her child, then yelling at her and asking her to leave is completely unacceptable. I sincerely hope that management will take the time to investigate what happened, as this staff member's behavior was extremely rude, aggressive, and completely unjustified. I have never been treated this way in a café or bakery, and I find this attitude particularly shocking.

26/08/2026: Frankly, I'm disappointed. I used to go there and it was very, very good and much cheaper. Now, the quality is mediocre and the prices have skyrocketed. You don't get your money's worth. I was a regular, but honestly, I won't be going back. Charging children €11.80 is outrageous, in my opinion. What a shame.

09/07/2026: The waiter was unpleasant and nonchalant. It's a shame they don't display the prices and leave it as a surprise at the till, but I think it's deliberate given the price of the shisha… €30 without a drink is a bit excessive. If it were really good with service to match, then maybe, but there's neither of those things.

24/06/2026: I was very disappointed with this restaurant. It was extremely hot inside because there was no air conditioning. What's more, when I arrived, they were out of bread, which is quite unbelievable for a restaurant. The staff were unfriendly and the overall atmosphere was unpleasant. I do not recommend this establishment!

27/09/2026: Not enough people in the kitchen, so a 1.5 hour wait was announced at the drive-thru when I arrived, outside of peak hours.

25/09/2026: We had cocktails, I had a Picon beer which didn't taste like anything, my friends had one which didn't taste like anything, I think it's not difficult to put the dose right.

17/09/2026: They don't serve coffee at 4:30 PM anymore. But they do serve doubles. Pushing you to buy more so you pay more. A coffee, and yes, it doesn't bring in much profit. It's a disgrace.

14/08/2026: There's significant room for improvement in terms of service, smiles, and customer relations. The location attracts tourists, but it's uncertain whether customer loyalty will be very high. We won't be returning.

05/08/2026: This is my first time here with my husband and grandson. My 10-year-old grandson was delighted with his choices. However, my husband and I didn't enjoy them. I ordered grilled ham and potatoes with salami. It was very dry! My husband ordered ham and fries, and it was also very dry, even the fries. For dessert, my husband had a coffee éclair, which was very sparsely filled! As for my Brest pastry, no complaints. Good.

06/09/2026: Very disappointing value for money. The crust is ultra-thin, and the toppings are minimal and of poor quality. At this price, you might as well make your own pizzas!

26/09/2026: Avoid the drive-thru; twice out of three visits they made a mistake with the delivery: fries instead of potatoes, bacon wrap instead of goat cheese. Having to check everything every time is really annoying!
