30/12/2025: Overall very nice stay with amazing location near the Arc de Triumph - that's really what you're paying for along with a nice place and good service. We didn't use services much and didn't eat at hotel. Only a few negatives during our 4 night stay. Service: Great service was marred by a single poor communication over some clothes we accidently left in the room which eventually was taken care of. Room: very nice except for the shower/bath. Not a lot of water pressure and you're showering in the tub with no curtain or enclosure. Not terrible but not great. Some of the hallway carpet is LONG overdue for replacement but I'm nit-picking here.

27/09/2025: The Lambert family has mixed feelings about the Raphael, which didn't leave a pleasant impression. Everything about it was "sad," despite its view of the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. A major renovation was in order, and it's currently underway. We'll update this review when the Raphael's restoration is complete.

11/06/2026: Excellent experience at Grand Puech! The Italian and Mediterranean cuisine is refined, generous, and full of flavor. The dishes are prepared with care and the ingredients are of high quality. A warm welcome, a pleasant setting, and a true gastronomic experience. I highly recommend it and will gladly return. 🍝✨🇮🇹

22/05/2026: A truly wonderful stay at the Grand Puech hotel-restaurant, nestled in the peaceful village of Mimet. The restaurant is excellent: the fresh pasta dishes are delicious, the wine carefully selected, and the dessert a delightful surprise! All with the authentic taste of Italy. The welcome was warm and attentive. The chef kindly offered us a shower after the Mimet trail run (after check-out), which was a very thoughtful touch. The only area for improvement was the breakfast, which was a bit basic considering the quality of the restaurant. The bathroom could also have benefited from a more thorough cleaning. Thank you for the warm welcome!

29/08/2024: Leider hat es uns gar nicht gefallen. Der service war unglaublich langsam (nach 15 Minuten überhaupt erstmal Getränkebestellung aufgenommen) und unaufmerksam (man musste nach Besteck, Salz und Wasser fragen. Das Fleisch war ok, die Bernaise eine zwar wohlschmeckende kalte Mayonnaise, aber keine Sauce Bearnaise, die Ceviche wenig gewürzt. Wird würden nicht wiederkommen.

29/07/2024: Excellent cuisine, generous and cooked as requested. Service: Perhaps lacking a smile and warmth at the reception but the servers make up for this lack. Error in the addition with almost 10% surplus. To be monitored closely but this is not the only restaurant where we have observed the problem in the region. Atmosphere. We were there on a banquet evening with almost 30 people and many children, so a little noisy but that didn't bother us, especially on a Saturday evening. Conclusion: I recommend! €45 for two with tapas, main course, drinks and chupito.

09/06/2024: Always a pleasure to savor the chef's good dishes, and it's often complicated to choose because the menu is so tempting! I highly recommend this address! Indoors and outdoors, never disappointed!

05/08/2024: Que dire ? Magique ! Le meilleur repas de notre vie sans aucun doute. Nous avons la chance d'avoir pu nous régaler dans plusieurs 2 et 3 étoiles, mais là... nous avons été bluffé. A bientôt j'espère et merci à toute l'équipe.

25/07/2024: Exceptionnel ! Le repas est incroyable du début à la fin. Les serveurs sont aux petits soins et d’une gentillesse remarquable. Ce repas sera gravé à jamais dans nos mémoires, nous sommes reparties des étoiles pleins les yeux et le ventre bien rempli, en pensant déjà à notre prochaine visite. Merci Messieurs pour cette expérience magique.

09/08/2024: Excellents produits. On sent qu’il y a du passage. Nombreuses commandes à emporter. Il faut visiblement patienter. Un service a l’italienne, avec foi, lenteurs mais les produits vraiment succulents, légers. Ce n’est pas toujours le cas en pizzerias. L’accueil est vrai, le “gérant” et le cuisiniers sont nouveaux. Un restaurant à aider à se développer. Les prix sont corrects.

01/05/2026: Almost 7 years ago we visited Parc Hôtel Obernai for the first time and loved it straight away. The food, the spa that had just opened back then, and the atmosphere made it a place we kept coming back to whenever we were in Alsace, even if just for dinner. We stayed at the hotel again recently, and a lot has changed. I didn’t expect it to top our earlier visits, but it did. The new building is gorgeous. I love the design - the lighting makes you look great even with messed up hair and a red face from the spa. The restaurant was already strong, but is now even better. Local ingredients with Asian influences, dishes that feel balanced, and portions that are the right size. What really made the evening was the service. The team at the cocktail bar was sharp and friendly, and our waiter Enzo made the night. Easygoing, good sense of humor, and great advice on wine. After asking he (and the chef) were very enthusiastic about doing the shared dining concept. Food, drinks and service 10/10. It’s a bit more expensive than what it was 7 years ago but worth every penny in my opinion.

23/07/2024: This place is magical, superb atmosphere. The place has a bar, a restaurant and a hotel. Personally I give my opinion on the bar, the very friendly staff, a charming welcoming place, a pianist sets the mood. Regarding the drinks menu, wide choice of cocktails and champagne, also things to nibble with aperitifs and other dishes. Everything is fresh. I recommend
