06/07/2026: Don't go with children; the waitress can't stand them and apparently even pulled out a knife to pop a balloon, for example... which led to the police showing up. Tonight she yelled at our children who were playing, took over the accessible stage, and put up barrier tape even though it belongs to the town hall... while the children were just dancing. In short, I'm a resident and I see that this is just a tourist trap trying to make it look like the "French Riviera" in a 5-star hotel, but here we are families, generous, warm, and the laughter of children is what gives our valley a future! Sincerely.

18/09/2026: No complaints about the food (it's McDonald's, after all), but the staff were a bit odd and it closed very early for a McDonald's on the side of a highway, in my opinion. Perhaps the drive-thru could stay open a little longer.

13/09/2026: Stopped here on the way (just like last year, by chance). The food is slightly substandard, which is what we've come to expect from McDonald's. The toilets (urinals) were perfectly clean. All in all, nothing special, just okay.

20/09/2026: I had the misfortune of witnessing a crisis between two employees (a slightly overweight woman with curly brown hair, Caucasian type, and a slender woman with braided hair). The overweight woman was verbally attacked in front of us customers, which is unacceptable. Just before, another woman, the manager (recognizable by her jacket), confronted a customer over a refund. The service was deplorable. Regarding my order: the cutlery was dirty, the ice cream and crepes had more peanuts than anything else and were covered in caramel syrup and salted butter to hide the bland crepe. My hazelnut coffee wasn't hazelnut coffee at all, but black. Change your methods or change your manager.

19/09/2026: I gave it one star because it was necessary, otherwise it would be zero. The service was awful, the staff completely unpleasant.

06/09/2026: Shop was closed and they are charging with Uber eats and they can't answer the call, I lose €50 ,don't order here ,even yesterday I went there to ask about the money ,they closed ,in online it shows opened, disgusting

31/08/2026: It's a shame it changed owners; the new one spends more time on the phone and smoking in the kitchen. Two small pizzas were €8.50 and two drinks were €22. I didn't realize the cans had gone up that much. Honestly, I won't be going back.

02/10/2026: I was very pleasantly surprised by this little restaurant because the overall rating in the reviews doesn't reflect my experience at all. The food I ordered was very refined and delicious, the place was very clean, and the service was very welcoming. Even though you obviously eat less than in those huge, low-end Chinese canteens—and that's probably for the best—you leave with a very positive feeling. Plus, you can take home some dishes for future meals since they also offer catering. I will definitely be back.

12/11/2025: Hello, We wanted to try a Courtepaille restaurant since they're supposed to have a new lease on life since their reopening. The welcome was timid, the atmosphere rather gloomy, and the service discreet. The staff, however, were friendly. The meal served met our expectations (be careful with the cooking instructions...). The rib-eye steak and entrecote were unavailable, which is a shame for a restaurant specializing in wood-fired cooking (part of the La Boucherie group); the fries were perfect. The dining room is pleasant with nice windows overlooking the outside. We'll try another Courtepaille to get a definitive opinion. All the best... Sincerely

17/05/2026: Best Chinese takeout in the neighborhood! The food is delicious and the portions are generous, unlike other places I've tried. I highly recommend the beef in spicy sauce.

03/05/2026: I went at the end of April and had a wonderful time. The welcome was fantastic; the owner and his wife were so welcoming and attentive. The meal was excellent, there was a bit of a wait, but there were eight of us. But I have absolutely no complaints; everything was delicious, right down to the fries. I would definitely go back.

27/09/2026: Saturday, September 26, 2026, 7:00 PM Appalling service. The "royal" couscous was served in a very small quantity, tasteless, and cold. One inedible merguez sausage and two inedible meatballs with a burnt taste. Total disappointment...

27/09/2026: Disappointingly limited choice of starters and desserts. The all-you-can-eat chicken tenders offer was not honored (not possible a second time). The water fountain flowed very slowly, but thankfully this gave us time to see that it was absolutely filthy.

23/08/2026: We bought a delicious Basque cherry cake! Smooth and flavorful! A very pleasant surprise! The shop is lovely, and the welcome was very warm. We also bought some wine, which we'll try soon. The local products are so tempting! Stop by if you're ever in Oloron!
