28/08/2026: I ordered shrimp noodles and was very disappointed. The portion was tiny, even though the noodles weren't expensive, and the shrimp were just submerged in water. They had no flavor and were overpriced for such a small amount. I will never go back.

28/08/2026: They agreed to serve us at the end of their shift. They turned off the air conditioning, and I asked them to turn it back on for 10 minutes because it was impossible to eat in the 35-degree heat. The response was, "We're closing, you have to order takeout." Appalling, zero customer service.

21/09/2026: A very bad experience on Monday evening. There were no other customers when we arrived. We ordered two cheeseburgers and one veggie wrap, without a meal deal. After a 25-minute wait, my partner had to ask about our order. We were then told there had been a computer problem and the order hadn't been received. What's particularly disappointing is that we were sitting right in front of the staff for those 25 minutes and no one came to check on us. After an interminable wait, we received errors in our order: the veggie wrap was replaced with a chicken wrap, and the cheeseburger was served without cheese. A truly disappointing experience, marked by a lack of professionalism. I do not recommend going to McDonald's. Burger King is in the same parking lot; long live the competition!

14/09/2026: Never again! We ordered Chicago burgers with bacon, they served them without bacon, then added it to the burger—a half-raw slice. You have to beg for napkins. No little fork to eat the cheddar fries or the hazelnut-free sundae. Plus, you get the feeling you're bothering them when you ask for something. In short, for the price they charge now, it's really not good at all, especially for lukewarm food.

25/08/2026: Friendly staff, perfectly cooked fries, decent kebab. A bit of a wait to eat in, but nothing too bad. We were happy with our lunch break.

25/06/2026: I ordered a three-meat taco; I didn't ask for hair in it. Please provide a hairnet. Avoid this place.

06/09/2026: We ordered mushroom dosas for takeout tonight, and when we got home we realized there were only onions, some of them burnt, and not a single mushroom and hardly any cheese! The potato and cheese dish was the same; it had potatoes, but we're still looking for the cheese! They must have changed owners! It's a disgrace!

01/09/2026: We had a bad experience. For 19Eur they gave least portions in thali menu in the name of ganesh fete. And moreover the supervisor was pushing us out to accomadate next.

27/09/2026: I find the lack of communication and organization regarding ANCV Connect payments regrettable. In August, I called to ask if this payment method was accepted. I was told it wasn't yet available, but that it should be soon. We came back on September 7th, and I asked again. I was told it still wasn't possible, but that the tills would be changed the very next day and ANCV Connect would be implemented at that time. So, on September 27th, I called again to get confirmation. I was finally told that ANCV Connect was still not accepted. When I reminded them that I had been told at the beginning of September that the change of tills would allow its implementation, I was told that the tills had indeed been changed, but that the staff didn't know how to use ANCV Connect. I find this regrettable, especially after receiving repeated assurances that the service would be available. The problem isn't necessarily that ANCV Connect isn't yet accepted, but rather the lack of communication and preparation. Training staff during the cash register switchover would likely have prevented this situation and allowed for reliable information to be provided to customers. I hope this payment method will be implemented soon and that communication regarding it will be clearer.

03/10/2026: During Pride, we walked past this café which looked nice. We decided to have a drink after the person at the bar told us we could use the restroom under certain conditions. Once we got to the restroom, it was locked, and we couldn't get in. We went back to the person who said they hadn't been informed and couldn't open the door for us, as the person who had closed had "left for an emergency." Yeah, right. It would have been better to tell us upfront that the establishment didn't want people from Pride on its premises. That would have saved us a pointless purchase. So, a bad place, and misleading to boot; clearly not queer-friendly.

30/09/2026: The waiter speaks rudely and judges customers in his own way. I will never return.

16/07/2026: As a regular customer of this delivery restaurant (over a hundred orders), I really don't understand the negative reviews (is it a problem with the name?). The fish is grade A quality, the touch of jalapenos and yuzu on the sashimi is fantastic, and the rice is perfectly cooked (even if there are occasional mishaps). The new items are just as good (takoyaki, fatty tuna, etc.). You rarely find such a high level of quality outside of traditional sushi restaurants. And quality comes at a price (which, unfortunately, has been steadily increasing). Go there without hesitation.

22/04/2026: This guy is rude, he mistreats all the delivery drivers and even goes so far as to assault them. The worst part is that he touches the food without washing his hands after sneezing or coughing, which could make anyone who eats it sick.

09/06/2026: One sandwich, one drink, one dessert: €12. A bit pricey, thanks to the motorway 🛣... The flan was okay. The chicken sandwich wasn't great. A tiny bit of salad with it. A shame. As for San Pellegrino, I prefer French products. The staff were really very good.

24/04/2026: Delivery made this afternoon. The delivery driver was kind and friendly, as was the person on the phone. However, the fries were overcooked, so I only ate a few. The pizza was okay, which is the highlight, but the speculoos tiramisu was something I wouldn't recommend.

24/09/2026: My train was cancelled, so I went to the Terminus and asked for a breakfast option. As soon as I arrived, the waiter brushed me off, and the welcome was just as unpleasant when they took my order. The fruit juice and coffee were standard, the croissant was frozen, and the bread was barely acceptable. The most regrettable aspect, however, was the waiter's attitude. He was absolutely appalling not only to me, but also to at least three other tables during my stay. Such an unpleasant waiter certainly doesn't help to create a good impression of the establishment. The quality of the welcome and service represents a large part of the customer experience, and unfortunately, this one was particularly bad.

20/09/2026: I just arrived in Bordeaux, I sat down on the terrace of the terminus brasserie, I had a coffee and an orange juice, I paid in cash, another waiter came and asked me if I had ordered, I took it very badly being the only foreigner sitting there, I called out to his colleague the one who served me so that he would tell him that I had indeed ordered and paid, what is this kind of attitude about.

03/09/2026: Honestly, I used to love this McDonald's, but today I went and my wrap looked really weird. The patty had green on it and it tasted awful, like it was expired. I went to see them, and the woman who asked me to explain didn't seem to believe me. She huffed and puffed to throw it away and give me another one. Then she told me it was normal for it to be that color because they were thawed patties, so it was normal for them to taste that way. Honestly, I'm sorry, but even thawed, it shouldn't taste or look like that! So I left with the other one she gave me, I opened it, and the patty was even greener than the other one. So honestly, I don't recommend this McDonald's anymore; it's really going downhill. I'm sorry, but to sigh after we've explained the taste and color is really disrespectful. I was even about to tell her to taste it and see if she liked it. It really annoyed me. Especially since she asked me if I wanted to see the DLC, but honestly!

17/08/2026: What a disappointment! When my friend ordered, I warned him, but... The pizzas were bland, excessively expensive for what they were. The "Cannibale" was truly disgusting, and the "Savoyarde" had no onions, so I had to pay extra, but the onions were insignificant, practically nonexistent, on my pizza when it arrived. I was a pizza maker for a decade, and your product is pure robbery! My advice to pizza lovers: stay away! The pizzas at Kiosk à Pizza are delicious!

24/09/2026: We had a very good meal at the Flunch in Mérignac. The staff were very friendly, polite, and attentive. The meal was very good and excellent value for money.
