30/09/2026: I'm giving them one star because, unfortunately, you can't give less. Everything is bad: the restaurant itself, the cleanliness, and the service.

30/09/2026: I've been here before, but I'm even more disappointed than the other times. I ordered a steak with a fried egg on top. Imagine my surprise when I saw the bill after leaving and discovered that the €3 XL option had been added without me asking for it! As a result, I paid €3 more for a steak I couldn't finish, which was even medium-rare, even though I'd ordered it rare. I admit I didn't ask for it to be recooked, because I work in the restaurant industry myself, so I don't mind how it's cooked; I eat it anyway. However, being on a tight budget at the end of the month, I'm disappointed to have paid for something I didn't order. Small explanatory signs for the side dishes would be helpful.

04/09/2026: beautiful club interior design with lots of potential but the people are dead, everyone is either sitting on their phone or standing and no one is really dancing. The crowd is defined by either very young ppl like 18/19 or 55 years old ppl. We got in for free ( at least). There is no way I would have paid for this evening and I wouldn't go again. The music is really bad. I didn't enjoy my time there.

29/08/2026: The security guy was extremely insecure and creepy. When we were taking off our coats in front of him, he was checking us out from head to toe and kept us waiting outside for a long time, even though we were very well-dressed and stylish. Then, he made up a random excuse and didn’t let us in. He was very creepy and honestly one of the worst people. He was a Black man, and I hope they look into this person because his behavior was very inappropriate. In the end, we didn’t even want to go inside anymore.”

12/09/2026: The menu prices were completely wrong compared to what was advertised on the website; the weekend price was €22.80 instead of €17.80. The atmosphere and food were awful. And the staff seemed completely unaware of their mistakes.

27/03/2026: A pleasant surprise at Asia Fast Food in Toulouse. I was delighted by the crispy chicken in sweet and sour sauce; it was flavorful and a generous portion. The waiter, Karim, was quick and welcoming despite the busy service. The decor is simple but clean, ideal for a casual meal. The price-quality ratio is good, especially for a quick and efficient lunch break. A convenient spot when you want to eat Asian food in a hurry.

01/03/2026: A very unpleasant experience last night. I was waiting in line normally when two customers who arrived after me were served before me. When I politely pointed this out, the waitress responded curtly, claiming they were ahead of me, which is untrue. What's even more disturbing is that these customers thanked the waitress, saying "Thank you, Auntie," which clearly suggests they were acquaintances. If that's the case, it would be more honest to admit the favoritism rather than accuse the customers of lying. Instead of a simple exchange to clarify the situation, the tone escalated unnecessarily. A man in the queue became aggressive, even threatening to have me removed. Then a security guard intervened, speaking to me inappropriately. As a result, I was publicly insulted simply for pointing out an injustice in the order of service. Mistakes happen, but the lack of respect and aggressive handling of the situation are unacceptable. I am very disappointed by the staff's professionalism.

25/02/2026: Disgusting, undercooked bugnes, it's even worse since the change of name, the salad is absolutely good, very bad, never again.

06/09/2026: It's really not good, no flavor at all, yet it costs more than a regular kebab. I don't like to criticize, but this is a complete rip-off!

24/09/2026: I popped in quickly to grab a €5 McDonald's meal and got my small fries piled high, my order ready in 30 seconds, and even ketchup and mayo without asking, all served with a big smile! People know how to criticize, but today it was so perfect that I savored my meal, thank you!

20/09/2026: Dirty and slow, more expensive than elsewhere.

25/09/2026: The waitress wasn't very friendly this Friday, September 25th at 5:00 PM. The croque monsieur was nice, and the pistachio éclair was good too, but the place lacks something special...

06/07/2026: Extremely disrespectful and aggressive manager. We ordered coffees and simply asked for a glass of water. The manager tried to charge us for it. When we refused, he threw us out, yelling and insulting us. This behavior towards customers is unacceptable. Respect and customer service are clearly lacking in this establishment. I absolutely do not recommend it.

10/04/2026: Stop serving alcohol to my sister. She's an alcoholic, okay, but there comes a point where bartenders have to refuse to serve alcohol to people who are endangering their lives. My sister is small with green eyes, she drinks a lot of white wine and doesn't eat much. She's about 60 years old, if you know who I'm talking about. Stop serving her all that alcohol; it's criminal.

13/02/2026: The saleswoman in the newsstand refused to top up my PCS card because I was using a translator on my phone. I consider this discrimination and a lack of respect.

22/05/2026: Awful and dangerous experience!!!!! We bought a roasted chicken and half of it was raw. We threw it away. Please don't go there. Foe a small one we also paid 22€. Stay away for your health.

20/05/2026: Ten people were sick all night after eating a roast chicken, and the only response from the shopkeeper was "you must have done something wrong with the chicken"…

08/09/2026: We waited 15 minutes on the terrace for someone to come and see us. We left without anyone being bothered. The only interesting thing about this bar is its location.

31/08/2026: The staff around 14:30 completely ignores you. Left after 15 minutes, very bad. Stay away.

08/06/2026: SHAMEFUL, avoid at all costs! Cockroaches, filth, mosquitoes, and breakfast at the neighboring hotel 50 meters away... very pleasant. In short, 3 stars, let's be serious!

24/05/2026: It's disgusting, it's filthy, please go sleep on the beach, you'll only hear the sound of the waves. It's just a load of rubbish, simply not good at all (only money, it's a shame 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨

18/09/2026: There's always something wrong at this McDonald's. They're missing burgers from my order. They're out of sauce even though I paid for it. It's annoying.

18/09/2026: I ordered on Uber Eats on the evening of the 16th, but the drinks and sauces were missing, so I was slightly disappointed. Nuggets without the Deluxe sauce... no chance of a tropical island getaway. But apart from that, overall it was pretty good, even if it lacked a little something to make each bite more satisfying!

09/09/2026: A disaster! As a regular at the Pyramid bakery, I couldn't get there in time; it was closed (afternoon break). So I went to Marie Blachère and bought two brownies, a Normandy tart, and four baguettes. The tart was so overcooked that there was a hole in the middle. The rest must have stayed in the pan! The edges were so hard they were burnt. Almost caramelized! Yet the front of the shop says "tart shop," not pastry shop. It's a shame they can't even be good at their only specialty: tarts! We couldn't see it, but the cashier must have seen the hole when she served us since we saw it when we opened the box! Then the brownies were stacked on top of each other in the package. So in the end, we had two things stuck together. They weren't bad, but they weren't presentable, and without a plate and spoon, it was impossible to eat them as a snack. So we're really disappointed with the baker. Mistakes happen, but they shouldn't be offered for sale, or they should inform the customer so they can decide whether or not to buy them! (Perhaps by offering a discount!). I'm also extremely disappointed with the waitress! I've been to Marie Blachère in La Ferté-Macé before, and the brownies are served in a cardboard box, not stacked on top of each other! And again, she only saw the hole in the tart... In short, we didn't have a choice (we had a doctor's appointment and left too late to go to our favorite bakery), but Marie Blachère Alençon is definitely one to avoid!

09/09/2026: I've never seen flies and wasps on food before; it's excessive, or rather, it's a hygiene issue.
