04/07/2026: Both my wife and I have our own Marriott accounts and neither of us could log-in to access the Wi-Fi so we had to go to the front desk for an access code. It works but not well, Wi-Fi would frequently go off the Internet, so if you’re going to Paris on business, consider going to a hotel with better internet. Aside from that, the rooms were clean but small and the air conditioning works, which is more than I can say for other hotels in Europe. I found the Wi-Fi to be so bad that I simply tethered my phone to 5G and found that was the only way to reliably access the Internet.

27/06/2026: 0-10 WORST hotel ever! After a very long travel day, we arrived at the hotel and left our bags at the front desk after attempting to check in, as our rooms weren’t ready. We waited over an hour to check in after returning, the lobby was very crowded and all the staff at the front desk was extremely slow. To make matters worse, one of our bags that we had left “secured” with the front desk, was found unattended in the lobby. It wasn’t placed in the storage room with the rest of our bags. This is extremely irresponsible and incompetent, and we didn’t even get one apology from the staff. Furthermore, they proceeded to tell us one of our rooms was STILL not ready after waiting to check in for over an hour. This is most definitely NOT a 4-star hotel. I have never had such a HORRIBLE hotel experience in my life, which is a shame as our reservation was made under a Marriot Bonvoy Lifetime Platinum member account. Absolutely inexcusable.

20/09/2026: Order received within 5 minutes of payment. Nothing was forgotten, and the staff were young and friendly.

30/08/2026: We went there for an impromptu snack after a good walk. The menu looked very appetizing, but unfortunately, what we wanted was no longer available. The interior decor is cute, and the receptionist was very friendly. However, the waiter seemed a bit overwhelmed and not very welcoming. The wait was a little long. Special mention for the lemon cheesecake.

11/09/2026: The sandwich was perfectly assembled, and the service was excellent!

04/09/2026: I was hungry and I love Subway. Combine the two and I ended up here! The server was polite and smiling. My sandwich was ready very quickly (I got it to go). It was tasty and generously filled. I recommend it.

13/06/2026: Back to McDonald's after 15 years of effortless abstinence to see if things have changed. My criticism isn't so much about the almost flawless service (you just need to remember to put the fries horizontally in your bag, not vertically, because the melted cheddar didn't spread onto the fries when I got home, but onto the cardboard lining of the box, which is unfortunately inedible and doesn't go well with cheddar anyway). No, my criticism concerns the quantity/price and quality/price ratio, and it is indeed a bit expensive considering these two criteria. The Big Mac was great in every way except for the patty, which resembled a kind of bland, lean, overcooked, and cold "meat" patty, the same as in the hamburger. The meat at McDonald's is truly awful, and for that price, I think we deserve not just a rare, organic Charolais from the butcher, but at least some decent-looking meat (less cooked, more substantial, and actually tasting like meat). Since they don't even meet the bare minimum with this thing they call beef, the bread and the chemically enhanced sauces, packed with additives and sugars, always manage to please, although that's a matter of personal taste. Obviously, avoid it if you're diabetic or weigh a ton, but if you're not overweight or don't mind a little indulgence, McDonald's always does the job when you need a quick and easy meal.

09/09/2026: Having an appointment at the medical center next door at noon, I thought, why not try the McDonald's next door? I waited ages; the employees seemed completely lost. The food wasn't great, not even a fork, even though the takeaway box was just cheese and fries (disgusting)... plus the tables were filthy (practically all of them).

20/08/2026: This is the first McDonald's I've seen that refuses to reheat hamburgers that arrived cold, there are no umbrellas outside, and the children's play area is closed. My rating for this McDonald's is 0.

02/10/2026: Catastrophic: instead of laughing, you have to work! The people in front of us waited 40 minutes!! And we waited 35, even though there are only about ten of them in the kitchen.

30/09/2026: The service was shit, I got ignored en disrespected

20/09/2026: The gardiane was a disaster. It's a disgrace to Grau. An insult to the Camargue. It's not pot-au-feu. It's swimming in broth and hasn't even seen the red wine. Plus, a rip-off at the till. A Muscat is €5, not €6.50 as a quarter-bottle of wine. Charging for two quarter-bottles instead of one as a substitute for the Muscat is highway robbery. No, €6.50 plus €50 doesn't make €13, unlike 2 x €6.50. Very disappointed, especially since last year my daughter and I were delighted. I'm not a tourist; I live here and am a local, well-known restaurant guide. It's a shame because I hate leaving bad reviews, but this is truly deserved, and I don't think I'll ever come back to eat here again because the disappointment is just too great.

02/10/2026: Worst manager I've ever seen. I was charged €8.70 and never received a refund. I strongly advise against using them.

08/06/2026: I arrived at the bakery at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 6th, right when it opened. Two employees were outside on their break and saw me heading towards what I thought was the entrance, only to find the shutters down. I turned around to find the entrance and saw the two "professionals" snickering at me. In a more respectful world, it would have been polite to greet me with, "Madam, the entrance is this way." I waited for the sales assistant to come and serve me when I heard a baker let out a loud belch. So much for professionalism! And then the pastries I bought were practically burnt to a crisp—nice!

17/07/2026: I saw the bad reviews and thought, "No big deal, I'll try it," but I tasted it and it's really not good. Seriously, it's a crime to make us eat this! If you see my review, please don't even bother! 🆘

06/07/2026: Excellent falafel poke bowl. Hearty and generous portion. I recommend it. I really enjoyed my takeaway meal.

14/09/2026: The omelet with porcini mushrooms, sautéed potatoes, and salad: meh. It wasn't really eggs, and the plate was swimming in water.

31/08/2026: I agree with the other comments; there were two of us, and the owner gave us a terrible welcome! My colleague wanted to stop at the bar because she was thirsty, so she ordered a drink, but I didn't want anything. The owner then forced us each to buy something in a truly condescending tone (he could have at least politely explained that on market day, it was important for him to make a purchase). I will never set foot in that place again; respect is the bare minimum, especially for a business owner!

09/12/2025: They post fake reviews to boost their Google rating—unbelievable!!! Look at all the negative reviews! If only I'd known... I ordered a Dragon Terre Mère (Mother Earth) for €16 via Uber Eats, and it arrived decomposed. The person on the phone couldn't do anything and blamed the delivery driver, even though our entire order was perfect. It's dishonest, and the taste of our whole order wasn't anything special. Delivery took an hour for a Dragon Terre Mère, four spring rolls, and a pad thai. The driver had to wait 30 minutes at the address because they called him too early. I absolutely do not recommend them!!! And on top of that, self-reflection isn't their strong suit 😅

30/10/2025: My girlfriend and I came to this restaurant before going to the cinema next door. We wanted to grab a bite before our movie and avoid fast food; we prefer to support small businesses. When we entered the restaurant, there were only two other customers. The atmosphere was cold. The woman asked us to take the menus and said she'd be right back to take our order. The two of us placed a €30 order for sushi and skewers, which we planned to share. The woman told us that we didn't come to a restaurant for a €30 meal. Being an entrepreneur, I can understand if the restaurant is full, but that wasn't the case. So, unfortunately, we ended up at Burger King. It's a shame for this small restaurant that doesn't seem to understand or prioritize customer service.
