24/09/2026: This is the first time I've been disappointed by an all-you-can-eat restaurant. All the spring rolls were rubbery. If you arrive late in the evening, you get the impression they're going to close in five minutes because they've already run out of food, and the remaining items are being wrapped in cellophane. So if you want to help yourself, you have to remove everything, and judging by the looks you get, it doesn't exactly encourage you to do so. Especially since the restaurant's hours indicate closing time in over an hour, and no one mentioned upon arrival that the restaurant was closing earlier than expected. In short, we didn't feel welcome at all, and the quality of the few dishes we did manage to taste was clearly lacking. I strongly advise against going there. You're better off going somewhere else with all the other restaurants right next door.

06/12/2025: I ordered stir-fried noodles with vegetables, but there were no vegetables! The noodles weren't cooked and tasted burnt! I also ordered stir-fried noodles with chicken, which had only 5 pieces and also tasted burnt. For €26. I won't be back, and I think you'll be closing soon.

26/10/2025: Very pleasant lady at the reception, but their food is not good, chicken ramen, the broth is water, very cooked noodles, frozen commercial breaded chicken, I have never eaten a ramen like that, if you can call it a ramen....2 sushi almost 6e. The tuna ones, canned tuna....in short I would not repeat the experience. The photos outside are very salesmanlike...the reality is not the same at all.

02/09/2026: 3 PM... I'm starting to get hungry! So we decided to come to this restaurant, knowing that the other brasseries were probably closed. We should have gone to McDonald's! The food was okay. I ordered half a chicken, which was decent; I mean, how could you mess up pre-cooked chicken? The fries were obviously defrosted, but they're still fries (and I'm not even picky). Vegetable lasagna without béchamel sauce? And a Strasbourg salad with cabbage that was probably bought from a store or supermarket. The waiters and waitresses were talking loudly about their team problems, which was funny to listen to, but it doesn't exactly make you want to come back. The waitress who took our order, however, was very pleasant. I don't recommend it.

21/08/2026: Our first time here, it’s very nice

05/08/2026: Poor quality, excessively long wait times, but the worst part is charging more for a set menu than the combined prices of the individual à la carte dishes. Today, braised ham (€10.90) + lemon tart (€3.90) + Perrier (€3.90) totaled €18.30, but I paid €18.90 for the set menu. Something's not right here! Tomorrow, it's a picnic, and not a single cent for the park.

03/08/2026: So I don't know where to begin. Between the overall state of the restaurant, a meal with no smell or taste, fries that tasted like they were from the day before, undercooked and greasy rib-eye steaks, and a €6 surcharge for this awful meal... Avoid at all costs! A sandwich would have been more filling.

18/08/2026: Albertville has clearly lost its luster in 1992, and it starts as soon as you step out of the train station. Arriving at 8 a.m. to wait for our train on the (almost empty) terrace, we enjoyed a first round of drinks served with friendliness and professionalism. Then at 2 p.m., a change of waitress and a change of atmosphere. Second round of drinks plus a request for a carafe of water: "We don't serve carafes." A plastic bottle will do. Glasses? "What next?" Thirty minutes later, we were asked to "get lost" because we weren't ordering enough and were "taking up all the space." The atmosphere was so welcoming that it even drove away the last customers. The restrooms, too, are best avoided. One star, generously awarded to the first waitress.

06/10/2026: It was stressful hearing everyone shouting and running around, but otherwise it was very good.

04/10/2026: After a movie, we found the drive-thru incredibly busy, so we ordered from the restaurant, expecting a bit of a wait. But Nicolas was incredibly efficient and quick! Thank you, Nicolas!

17/08/2026: The bread isn't very good at all, and the doughnuts, ordered with chocolate, are actually apple 😅

28/07/2026: Good promotion, but when you order, they tell you they're out of it. You turn around and see there are still several snacks available. You ask, and they don't speak English, much less Spanish. You change your order and ask for it hot, and they give it to you however they feel like—ice cold!

22/07/2026: After a long weekend in July at Domaine de Lachaud with a group of over 20 people, it was unfortunately one of the worst stays we've ever experienced, as the state of the accommodation upon our arrival was unacceptable. After a 7-hour drive in sweltering heat, we had to spend over an hour cleaning ourselves to remove dozens of cobwebs from every nook and cranny (we filled two vacuum cleaner bags). Yet, the owner had assured us that the cleaning had been done three days prior… We clearly have different definitions of what constitutes a property ready to welcome guests. The bathrooms were also in a very poor state. The owner carried out a quick cleaning after we reported it, but it should never have been necessary. Furthermore, we discovered a hornet's nest above two windows in the bedrooms where we were staying. Hornets were entering the accommodation and flying overhead, creating a real sense of insecurity. The owner removed the nest afterward, but this should have been done before our arrival—it would have prevented a dangerous situation, especially since some of the birds were attacked. Let's talk about the so-called "gastronomic" meals. Fortunately, we didn't have to pay the €35 for the set menu, as it was included in the price of our stay, but it's hard to call it "gastronomic" given the quality: bland, tasteless dishes and Häagen-Dazs-style desserts in small tubs, like something you'd get in a school cafeteria. The only positive point was the beautiful view of the small pond, which helped to make up for everything else. In conclusion, the owner's attitude was particularly disappointing: on the day of our departure, when we simply tried to negotiate a gesture of goodwill given the numerous inconveniences we experienced during our stay, we were insulted. There was no openness to dialogue, no sense of customer service. In short: a place that deeply disappointed us, with indifferent and very unpleasant owners. We will never set foot in it again and obviously do not recommend this establishment.

18/07/2026: Our stay was very disappointing for several reasons. Upon arrival, we found that the cleaning hadn't been done: numerous cobwebs, dirty toilets, stained bedding; nothing was ready for us, the refrigerator wasn't plugged in, and we had to ask for sheets, toilet paper, and for the toilet to be cleaned. During the night, we were attacked and stung by hornets due to a nest located under the roof, which poses a real safety risk. Even though the cottage is located in the countryside, an inspection of the premises could have prevented this problem. The meals did not live up to the supposedly gourmet experience. In conclusion, I do not recommend this establishment.

25/09/2026: First day in Paris and came across this place to eat lunch. Our waiter was great, very attentive and friendly. We got the fish and chips & chicken and chips and it hit the spot. Cappuccino was nice and well priced. Very happy with our choice!

21/09/2026: Asian server was very rude with me and my friend , we called him to give us the menu so we could order, he took an enormous amount of time and threw it on the table as if we were rednecks and looked at us badly so we left.

17/06/2026: A lovely and friendly place! Tucked away in a little corner of the Bois de Vincennes, overlooking the lake, you can even rent a rowboat! The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the service was excellent! A special thank you to the waiter named Dillan who served me with a smile and kindness! I highly recommend it!

04/09/2026: We ordered three ice creams late one evening to enjoy while strolling around La Rochelle, and they were excellent! We don't understand the negative reviews at all. The various flavors we ordered—melon, pistachio, Smurf, cotton candy, rocky road, and vanilla—were better than in 90% of the ice cream shops we've ever been to. We highly recommend it!

02/09/2026: I'm not going to be too harsh about this ice cream parlour but I have to agree with some of the other reviews.The ice creams look amazing which tempts you but my family and I didn't think there was much flavour.Maybe we just chose ice cream that weren't that flavoursome.

13/06/2026: Avoid at all costs!!! The welcome was appalling, the security guards at the entrance had no smiles, it makes you never want to go back and I certainly won't be recommending it! This place is a horror!
