18/09/2026: 🚨Avoid at all costs. Aggressive manager and bad food 🚨 We visited on 18/09/2026. We are tourists from Wales, uk. Firstly we asked for water for the table. When pouring through water into the cup, it was apparent the water had lots of bits and hairs in it and we did not want to drink it. When we asked the waitress for another water jug and 2 new cups, she said this is normal???🤣🤣. I dont know in what world dirty water with hairs is normal.. anyway onto the food 😭😭😭😭💔💔💔 so we continued with no drink.. My partner ordered fish with green beans. He said his food was ok and rated it a 5/10. Not great but not terrible. However... I ordered a cheese burger with fries and wow was it bad. The burger was drowning in sauce and grease. But not even the grease could disguise the taste. I tried to eat it (as the polite tourist I am) but after 1/3 of this burger even I felt sick.🤮 The burger meat was COLD. The bottom bun was completely wet/saturated??? My impression was this burger was left out on the side and then microwaved. Which caused the bottom burger bun to become wet/soggy and hard. It was hard as a rock!!! (Also, not safe in food hygiene surely??) And I bet you're 🤔 wondering Why did I eat 1/3 of this?? I didnt inspect my food prior to eating it!!! My bad ill just flip the burger over and check everytime. I only noticed how bad it was when I bit a rock hard part of the bun, flipped it over and saw how soggy it all was and hard. When I confronted the manager/owner (older male) to ask about this, he said it was fine and brought another bun to prove it. He said the sauce caused it to be like that?? What hard as a rock and soggy like it had been for a swim in a vegetable oil river?🤢🤮🛢 He acted like I was causing an issue, instead of trying to help fix the problem, which is his terrible cooking skills. When we said we didnt want to pay for the burger... he then got angry, and aggressive with us. So much for being nice to tourists, the gig was up! He told us "do we want a problem??" And "should I call the police??"👮‍♂️🚔🚓💅 We said no we just want you to be fair, the food was very bad. 🤮🤮 Our total came to 39 euros We ended up paying 35 euros He gave us a 4 euro reduction for the terrible burger. 😒😒😒 !!!!!Where is our compensation for his disgusting attitude! We will not be returning, what a shame to end our trip to France. !!!!!!

31/07/2026: A nightmare! No complaints about the waitresses, they do their best. However, the kitchen staff are a different story; they're unpleasant! The quality is lacking. The prices are high. The portions are small and tasteless!

12/09/2026: Hello, several things bothered us during our visit: - The waitress took our plate away before we had even finished eating. - She stared at us throughout the entire meal. - The restrooms weren't clean. - There wasn't much choice at the buffet; very disappointed for the price. This was the first and last time we will eat at this restaurant.

11/09/2026: We were very disappointed with our experience. We arrived around 8:30 pm and found a practically empty buffet with very little choice. The food was truly disappointing: no seasoning, no flavor, tasteless dishes, and clearly not up to standard. We also ordered two aperitifs, including a whisky and Coke. The Coke was completely flat, which was rather disappointing right from the start of the meal. The overall condition of the buffet was very unappealing. The freezer was full of frost, and the ice cream tubs were dirty and dusty. The dessert boxes, especially the kiwi ones, as well as the peanuts and other snacks, were broken, dirty, and poorly presented. Nothing seemed to be properly maintained. The atmosphere was very stuffy and oppressive. As for the welcome, there simply wasn't one. We didn't feel welcome at all. Cleanliness also left much to be desired: the toilets were in a deplorable state, and overall, the restaurant's cleanliness was truly unsatisfactory. In short, a very bad experience from beginning to end. We left extremely disappointed, and given the service provided, we will not be returning and we absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

12/08/2026: Please check the expiration dates on your products. After eating the salmon pizza, I spent the night vomiting, and it's the same today. Not ideal for a holiday getaway.

30/07/2026: Good evening, As a customer since April, I wanted to thank the staff for their friendliness and warm welcome. However, the sauces they offer are NEVER available, the nuggets are NEVER available, and many of the desserts on the menu are NEVER available. Is the owner trying to make money off the customers? That seems like the most likely explanation. It would be enough to remove the products from the website to avoid frustrating customers, but that wouldn't be possible because it would reveal that these products don't exist in the catalog and violate franchise regulations. Make no mistake, this isn't a delivery issue or a case of out-of-stock items; it's a deliberate omission of products. I wonder what the franchisor is doing because it seems the franchisee isn't complying with the regulations.

22/07/2026: I gave a gift certificate in June 2025 for a birthday at this gourmet restaurant. Today I discovered that the establishment went into liquidation on October 8, 2025. So, no meal and money gone. Mr. Hardy should shut down his website; it would prevent this kind of disappointment.

20/06/2026: They closed permanently after agreeing to give gift vouchers that they knew they could not honor.

05/09/2026: A huge thank you to the employee who served us today 🥹💕 We didn't have enough money for our entire order, and without even hesitating, she simply said, "Go ahead, it's paid for." 🥹 Such a generous and unexpected gesture that truly touched us. Thank you so much! ❤️

01/09/2026: Thank you to Karima for her warm welcome and cheerful disposition. The service was perfect and quick. I highly recommend this Starbucks! I'll be back soon.

14/08/2026: A lovely spot that thrives thanks to the lack of competition nearby. The food is expensive (reminiscent of the unfortunate Parisian practices) for a rather ordinary and not truly homemade dish, and you can't fully enjoy the view, as some tables on the terrace were too far from the bar.

10/08/2026: Absolutely shameful! We asked for a carafe of water with our drinks, and they replied, "We sell water." I've never seen such stinginess in any establishment in France. Avoid at all costs!

28/08/2026: Order placed via Uber Eats today. I ordered two dishes of fried rice with shrimp and one dish of fried rice with chicken. We received two measly pieces of chicken and three shrimp cut in half. We called the restaurant to complain about the small portions, and they told us it was normal. And of course, no manager was available. The receptionist hung up on me, and then a very unpleasant man also hung up on me, even though I was being polite. Apparently, they don't take criticism well. This was the second time I've ordered from this restaurant, and it will be the last.

11/08/2026: A very disappointing experience to avoid! The spring rolls were spring rolls in name only: they were the wrong size, practically empty inside, and completely inedible. The samosas were tiny. Nothing was authentic; this was far from Asian cuisine. Despite my request, no cutlery was provided. The customer service was nonexistent, and this establishment should be avoided.

08/09/2026: A very good experience; the menus are good and quite substantial. I recommend it.

28/07/2026: Not great at all: no air conditioning, no bao buns, so avoid it!

25/09/2026: One waiter was charming the next day, the other absolutely detestable...

02/09/2026: The bagels are generous and the service impeccable. The place is very relaxing and well sheltered from the sun, a good spot for a break in the shade.

28/05/2026: It's a shame I can't give zero stars. The service is terrible; the boss is nasty and unbearable, yells at the workers, and has no respect for customers. A very bad experience; this is the first and last time.

14/09/2026: Absolutely terrible, disgusting, no table service, everything is broken, and there are cockroaches in the middle of the room.

14/09/2026: Noisy, long wait, foul smells, no table service, grumpy waiters, incomplete orders, tables cleaned with a dirty cloth. The self-service kiosks are frequently out of order. However, I highly recommend the Maxi Best Of menu with the nine chicken nuggets—a pure delight!

29/09/2026: Okay, but nothing special. The sauce is bland and tasteless. It lacks fresh vegetables. Otherwise, the meat and bread are good. And the kebabs are generously filled with meat. Update: I went back by chance in 2026 and the quality of the ingredients has improved significantly, and the durums are very generous.

06/09/2026: Horrible! They got the order wrong. I ate the taco, it was burnt, no sauce, nothing inside, it wasn't good. Worst taco of my life!

03/09/2026: It's really close to the highway; you can get there in 5 minutes. The staff were really friendly; they even brought my fish and chips and hamburger to my table. I recommend it.

28/08/2026: We went there one evening for all-you-can-eat mussels and fries. 8 pm. No more mussels… almost no other meal options left… And for the children's menu, no more ice cream… I went somewhere else.
