04/09/2026: It's always the same thing: you announce a 9:30 opening time, but at 9:30 there's always no one there. We wait 10, 15 minutes, sometimes longer, without any explanation and without anyone bothering to show up. Not everyone has the luxury of sleeping in; some people work and organize their day around the posted hours. If you're unable to open at 9:30, at least have the honesty to change your hours instead of wasting customers' time. And this is clearly not an isolated incident; it's the same problem very regularly. At this point, it's no longer a delay, it's a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. If you need to pick up a package, I strongly advise you to avoid this establishment. Don't count on it opening at the stated time.

20/08/2026: I'm giving it one star because zero isn't an option. I hope they're doing some renovations because the place is empty, lacking both furniture and friendliness. You encounter a woman who doesn't smile, doesn't say hello or goodbye if you can, doesn't deliver anything there, and as for the rest of what a bar/tobacconist is supposed to provide, it's simply not there, so there's no real choice.

27/04/2026: We had a reservation for Saturday, April 25th at 9 PM and received a confirmation. Imagine our surprise after a 40-minute drive to find the restaurant closed with a "For Sale" sign. We called the restaurant's number, and they told us it was no longer in service. The least they could have done was show us some consideration and notify customers of their reservations so they could cancel them.

26/04/2026: We made a reservation and arrived at the brunch location to find everything closed. We checked the opening hours online and it said "open." Ten people were waiting outside; I absolutely do not recommend it!

13/09/2026: I've been there several times, and each time the welcome was unpleasant. We felt like we were bothering them from the moment we walked in the door until we ordered. We specifically asked for a small amount of sauce, but they filled it with liquid to increase the weight of the container. Each time, we ended up with containers full of sauce that went straight in the bin instead of receiving proper food. And indeed, we ended up with hefty bills for very little. Probably the lowest quality of all the caterers in town in terms of attitude and service, even if the food itself wasn't bad.

11/09/2026: We ordered takeout. We wanted reasonable portions to try a little of everything. When we asked the cashier about weight options, she told us it was based on trays, for which there was no weight equivalent. We wanted the smallest trays, but the cashier advised us to take half-portions. Following her advice, we agreed, but we quickly realized she was filling all the trays to the brim to charge us the maximum possible. Once we paid, the bill quickly added up given the weight of the trays. We really felt she was being dishonest. The saucy dishes were tasteless, the caramel chicken had no caramel flavor, the beef with onions was bland, and the yakitori skewers were inedible. We strongly advise against this very expensive and honestly not good experience.

20/09/2026: Not a single order was honored. Mistakes happen, especially when it's busy. The problem is, we come when it's less crowded, and many of the mistakes seem to be deliberate. So, in almost every order we placed, there were several errors, like forgetting to put the topping in a McFlurry, putting in fewer nuggets or McPops than we paid for, forgetting to give us a Spiderman toy (which was quite large, by the way), and so on. But the employees also decide on their own to disrespect customers. For example, last time, I ordered apple juice, went to tell them they'd forgotten it, and the employee curtly replied, "Well, they were out." So, when he realized they were out of apple juice, he gave us the order without warning, without offering an exchange or refund, and without any apology when we pointed it out. In our order today (besides missing some veggie nuggets), the employees replaced the regular nuggets with chunkz without telling us. We kept coming anyway because it was the closest McDonald's, and after complaining repeatedly, we were hoping the situation would improve. But I think we'll have to go a bit further for better service and, above all, more RESPECTFUL treatment.

15/09/2026: Tourist trap, hello. Cleanliness is nonexistent, the toilets are filthy, you have to hold the door open for people when they urinate because it doesn't close. 15-minute wait for an espresso and the spoon wasn't even clean.

13/08/2026: great food! very nice staff!!! avoid the hot weather though because the ac is not strong. recommend the big bread because there's only one euro more than the half one.

12/07/2026: Simply near perfection. The wrap I ordered this Sunday fulfilled its role as a wrap perfectly. The staff was very friendly, and I was quickly able to find a spot in the nearest park to enjoy my meal. The result is undeniable: this chicken wrap was practically perfect. The only flaw? Too much PDO Parmesan, which, due to its character, slightly overpowered the other flavors of my wrap. A big thank you, and see you soon.

04/09/2026: We celebrated our wedding the first weekend of August at La Demeure d’Ogust, for three days, and we honestly couldn't have dreamed of a more beautiful place to experience this very important moment for us. Our wedding brought together our two cultures, French and Indian, with different celebrations and atmospheres throughout the weekend. La Demeure d’Ogust played a major role in the success of these three days, both through the beauty and layout of the venue and through the kindness, availability, and invaluable advice of its owners, Jean-Michel and Patricia. The estate is absolutely magnificent. The grounds are beautiful and perfectly maintained, while the interior has immense charm, with its Breton style and magnificent exposed stone walls. The different spaces allowed us to create several different atmospheres and give our guests a truly memorable wedding weekend. We received so many compliments from our guests about the venue, and for our part, we had an even more wonderful weekend than we had imagined. We also greatly appreciated the option of accommodating some of our loved ones directly on-site in the guest rooms, which offered every comfort. A huge thank you as well to the manager for her kindness, availability, and flexibility throughout our stay. The location of the Demeure is also a real asset. Its proximity to Rennes, Combourg, and the surrounding towns allowed our guests to easily find accommodations and also to take advantage of their visit to explore the region and organize activities before or after the wedding. Finally, we would like to extend a special thank you to Jean-Michel and Patricia. Thank you for your time, advice, attentiveness, flexibility, and availability, both during the planning stages and on our wedding day. We know all the work and investment that goes into a venue like this, and we are incredibly happy to have chosen La Demeure d’Ogust to celebrate such an important moment in our lives. We will cherish wonderful memories of these three days, as will our families and guests. Thank you again to you both for helping make our wedding so beautiful ❤️

15/08/2026: We rented Ogust for our wedding in July 2025. We were delighted with our choice of Ogust for our wedding! We were captivated by the verdant setting, the rustic atmosphere of the venue, and the flexibility of the services offered by the owners. We also used the shuttle to safely transport our guests. Following other reviews, we checked upon arrival that everything was working properly regarding the cold storage and refrigerators during our weekend. We encountered no problems at all. The only slight drawback was that, given the flexibility offered by the venue, some items were also present even though we hadn't requested them (too many chairs or tables, as well as some of the owner's DJ equipment, which we had to put away before our weekend). Thank you, Jean-Michel and Patricia, for this wonderful weekend.

17/09/2026: Not a good experience. Lack of involvement from the employees and unfriendly service. Time wasted at the drive-thru outside of peak hours. I'm very disappointed with this experience and unfortunately don't think I'll be returning. It's a shame for a chain that promises a warm welcome and friendly atmosphere. The food was average and served cold, unfortunately... They could do better...

15/09/2026: I often stop at the drive-thru, but that's it for me. The prices have become completely out of control: Best Of meals for over €10 is simply unacceptable. McDonald's is finished for me. And as if that weren't enough, the quality isn't even there anymore: my meal was cold, tasteless, clearly not worth the price. Eating in isn't any better: dirty tables, never cleaned, sticky floor… It feels like hygiene is no longer a priority. Frankly, paying more for such a mediocre experience is a no-go.

27/09/2026: They hang up on a customer who calls with a question; a little more patience would be appreciated by a company as well-known as Domino's Pizza.

25/09/2026: The pizza was terrible, very dry, lacking toppings and sauce. The chicken side dish was undercooked. I definitely do not recommend it.

30/09/2026: Terrible service, the sandwich was very weak, they wouldn't let you sit inside, the worst meal I had in Paris.

30/09/2026: €4.50 for a sugar crepe… Okay, fine, the location is good, but at that price, it should at least be decent! It tasted rancid and clearly wasn't fresh… I just hope I don't get sick after that! 🤢 Honestly, it's outrageous to sell a crepe in that condition at that price.

16/08/2026: The service was unfriendly and the staff were particularly unpleasant. It's a shame, because it's a lovely restaurant in a beautiful train station.

27/07/2026: Looking at the reviews we thought this would be a great place to grab a drink on the way back to get changed before our night out. We went in and sat in the sun on the terrace only to be told by the staff we cannot sit there be because this are is closed! What? The whole terrace in the sun is closed?!?!? Why? So the waiter tries to make us sit in the crowded are at the opposite end of the bar. Why? There were lots of seats in the sun!!!! Absolutely appalling behaviour and disgraceful customer service. Do not go to this bar unless you want to be forced into the far end of the bar! God forbid you want to sit in the sun!!!

27/08/2026: Avoid them at all costs! They're only good for making money!!! And their accounting is a joke: they reach agreements, but they don't honor them!!! On the phone, they talk to people like they're worthless, making outrageous insinuations. Thanks, Gaulthier!!!!! I'm going to do everything I can to avoid working with them as much as possible!!!!

22/09/2026: The table looked lovely when we arrived, but upon closer inspection, the glasses weren't clean, and neither were some of the cutlery. There were flies on the fromage blanc and also on the chocolate cake, which was very nice. The scallop soufflé was dry. It's a shame, because the setting is beautiful.

08/08/2026: We went for lunch on a Friday. Once seated, the "waitress" arrived, dragging his feet, his jeans not very clean. He looked at the sheet of paper he was holding, listed the two starters and two main courses he had left. We just had to choose… the same for dessert (a so-called tarte Tatin). We were very surprised, especially since this establishment had been recommended to us. Our dishes looked nothing like what we saw in the photos. Therefore, I won't be recommending it.
