06/06/2026: So, late morning this morning my little girl came to get croissants and pain au chocolat, and I must say they were absolutely fantastic. In my opinion, the ingredients have changed. So I invite the owner to check these ingredients because this deserves to be mentioned; when things are good, it's important to say so. We really enjoyed these pastries; they're truly top-notch. We had a wonderful time; the pastries are truly excellent.

03/06/2026: I just stopped by at 12:30 and they're out of sandwiches! That's terrible for a bakery. I asked for one, and they said no. No wonder the big bakeries take over! And that's exactly what Valence-d'Agen needs.

02/07/2026: Had a coffee in the middle of traffic, cars, trams, but you get used to it, I admit the countryside is much better ♥️

05/04/2026: This change of management is unbelievable. The brunette woman is very unpleasant. She shouts at people and is rude to the few staff members who are there. The gentleman isn't friendly but is very polite. There's no kitchen, the toilets are dirty, and the photos in the tobacco shop are of the previous owners. It used to be something else. A disgrace for a business.

07/07/2026: Hello Unable to reach a manager by phone or in person, I have no choice but to share my experience here, hoping the manager will see the behavior of their staff! I called a few times to ask if there were any pastries left over from the previous day, and it was always the same young woman who answered the phone, telling me no, at any time of day or night! Today was the same, so I took the time to go and see for myself because I sensed something was off, and once there, I found plenty of leftovers! I asked the cashier why I was being told no when there were so many left, and he told me it wasn't him and that it wasn't his responsibility (indeed, it was a young woman with glasses), even though that wasn't the answer I was expecting! I asked to speak to a manager because I find this unacceptable! I was told no, I couldn't speak to the manager, and that's not normal either. I will continue to go there until I find the manager, but in the meantime, I'm leaving this comment so that your sales staff's attitude is reviewed.

23/06/2026: Horrible staff. I once ordered a meal from them through Uber Eats, and half of it had absolutely nothing to do with what I ordered, but I didn't mention it and even gave a good rating, thinking about the heatwave and their efforts. Tonight, I ordered another meal a little before the end of the available order period, but the assigned delivery drivers turned back every time they came. And once, after contacting the restaurant owner, he brushed me off with utter disrespect! I understand the fatigue and that anyone working in the restaurant industry is on edge because of the customers, but WHY be so mean and dismissive when I'm being polite and kind? I quote, "You deal with it, I have a life." In short, don't waste your time or money; other restaurants know how to treat customers properly, which is to say, WITH RESPECT.

14/09/2026: They don't accept loyalty program offers and serve small portions at higher prices compared to other Subway locations. These are the store manager's decisions. The server was friendly, though.

31/08/2026: Since the recent staff change, things are much better. The portions are generous and the new cashier is friendly; we can finally go back to this Subway without any worries.

02/06/2026: Very disappointing. The pizzas were sparsely topped and burnt. It's not good value for money. I do not recommend this pizzeria.

29/05/2026: As a regular customer of this place, I was (for the second time) very disappointed by the delivered pizzas. The dough was rubbery, and the toppings were sparse. This is no longer the Bella Pizza I know. Is it a drop in quality coupled with increased sales? I won't be ordering again. What a shame.

01/09/2026: 🚨 A MUST-SEE AT DOMINO'S PIZZA! The Cannibal? A disaster: ketchup, burnt and dry beef, a few crumbs of chicken… a tasteless and frankly disgusting pizza. Two of us ate it, and we both got sick afterward. Coincidence or not, it's seriously baffling. I'm not usually picky, but this is without a doubt one of the worst pizzas I've ever had.

31/08/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! SHAME ON DOMINOS FRANCE!! This Domino's has become Halal, forcing us to eat pizzas without bacon or ham!! We are in France; we should be free to eat what we want, not forced to eat it for some religion! It was already disastrous before, but now it's the last straw!

13/09/2026: I recently came to eat mussels; the service was fine, however, I much less appreciated the company of the cockroach next to my feet... I probably won't be back because of this incident.

12/09/2026: Leaving the airport, we decided to try the all-you-can-eat chicken tenders for the first time, and we were very well received. The service was quick. My daughter was disappointed; she would have preferred spaghetti with Bolognese sauce, as it was the same as the other all-you-can-eat dishes, so it was expensive for just two spoonfuls of meat. The tenders were delicious, but according to the TikTok video, they were supposed to have a mango curry sauce, but there were only three normal portions. The all-you-can-eat dishes were good, but the spinach was dry and piping hot, which we still enjoyed. The place was clean; they washed their hands after each customer. The portions were small, but they were always replenished. I recommend it unless you don't like children! They run around everywhere.

13/09/2026: Huge disappointment, twice in a row, regarding the freshness of the tarts and clafoutis, which must have been from the day before or even two days before. One Tropezienne tart had a brioche base that had dried out and hardened, and the clafoutis was rock hard with no moistness whatsoever!

03/08/2026: I entered the shop, greeted the two saleswomen twice, and was clearly disrespected by one of them: she belittled me to another customer, claiming that she hadn't heard my "hello"... unbelievable. The poor woman was clearly hired for the wrong department. This isn't a market. I was going to get breakfast and a dessert in addition to bread, but I didn't even have time to choose. It really isn't what it used to be.

28/09/2026: We stopped, and my orange juice was served in a scalding hot glass. Unfriendly. What a shame.

13/07/2026: Unfriendly and not very smiley staff. We ordered three set menus and the value for money was really poor… a pan bagnat wasn't even sliced ​​completely, so it was only half-filled. A brioche bun was served with the same utensil as the apple pastry, so I ended up with apple jam on my sandwich, and the bread was dry. And the tables were dirty. In short, where has the Paul quality gone? This is one of my worst bakery experiences, especially considering your initial positioning as a high-end establishment.

10/05/2026: Excellent bakery. Traditional, and I particularly recommend the pastries, which are superb.

30/09/2026: Classic menus, very good and affordable. As a group of 17, we were seated on the terrace as we requested and were able to stay well past the usual closing time. I recommend it!

29/09/2026: Rude and impatient cashier lady. I Wanted to order coffee to go. I Asked for kind of milks options. She says it’s too complicated and looked away.

14/09/2026: I order regularly, and almost all my orders are problematic (3 out of 4). Tonight, I ordered 9 nuggets, received 4, but they were so dry they were inedible, including one that had completely fallen apart. So order here knowing what to expect ;)

14/09/2026: Please change your opening hours on Sundays because it says 24 hours and I was kicked out at 10 p.m. Furthermore, it's terribly expensive and the service is rude. No thanks!
