16/08/2026: Excellent service, my order was processed smoothly and I was very satisfied overall.

23/05/2026: The store is clean and convenient, but a completely drunk homeless man is standing right in front of the entrance, shouting insults in front of the children. Then, as we were leaving, he came back and harassed us for money. It really puts you off going back.

24/09/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, and although the reviews weren't particularly glowing, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, especially the €17 menu, and by the warm welcome.

16/09/2026: Excellent sirloin steak with pepper sauce and very tender meat. Good galette and crêpe. I recommend it.

18/04/2026: Suite room...supposed for 4 people... The downside...Superb shower...but beware for couples...no more hot water after 4 minutes. (Couples...quick to cuddle 😁). I've never seen anything like it in a hotel... [I'm at a second home...stayed in a hotel suite during renovations and a water outage]. Wait until the next day...probably heated on the night rate...🤨, impossible for 4 people to shower.🤨 No food service on Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday. These are the days when hotels and restaurants are busiest...go figure 🤨. I'm giving it 1 star...the reception on the phone!!! I've never seen remarks like that when asking for information...I stay in hotels often...I've never seen anything like it!!! We're bothering her 🤣

06/08/2026: There was hardly any choice, and the food was cold. It was very poorly presented and nothing looked appetizing. I strongly advise against eating there if you don't want to end up with a nasty case of diarrhea.

31/07/2026: A complete disgrace. Tasteless pizzas. I've never been so disappointed by a meal in my life. To be honest, I didn't even finish them before throwing them in the bin with only two slices missing... €35 wasted, down the drain. The only positive thing was the delivery driver, who was friendly. But the pizzas... disappointing. I really want to go and demand a refund.

13/05/2026: Shameful, avoid at all costs!! I paid for three burgers advertised at €7 on their screen, including salad, tomato, and onion. When I went to pay, they told me it was €24 instead of €21. The prices displayed are not the actual prices, BEWARE of this! Furthermore, when I opened the burgers, I found one slice of cheese instead of two, a single lettuce leaf, and no tomato or onion. Moreover, during payment, even when I pointed out that the price shown on the screen was different from the price I was supposed to pay, the cashier, who was very unfriendly by the way, said absolutely nothing. I imagine it was the cook who said, "Oh, yes, that's because they've changed the prices." Well, at least tell people that they've changed instead of ripping them off like this. It's unacceptable. I also think the health inspectors should pay a visit. I absolutely do not recommend this place!!! Avoid at all costs!

24/09/2026: The place to be, Place Carnot!! First of all, the building is magnificent and a testament to the splendor of its era… The decor is warm and contemporary; you immediately feel welcome… The two terraces are superb. The enchantment continues with the warm, professional, and efficient service from the team. The food is very good, and the prices are very reasonable compared to Beaune. Nice selection of wines. There's nothing to change; the brasserie spirit is perfectly captured in this establishment, which we highly recommend.

01/07/2026: The waitress was incredibly rude, the ravioli were cold and the kebabs scalding hot (the microwave's fault!), and to top it off, she contemptuously told us, "DON'T PRESS ON THE GLASS!" When we politely asked if there was chili, we were curtly told, "IT'S ON THE TABLE." Instead of being professional, show some respect for your customers! I didn't even finish my plate. Avoid this place.

28/05/2026: I ordered two trays of rice and... Meat. The rice tasted like it had died, along with the caramelized beef. It had absolutely no flavor. I was very disappointed, even my father, who was in the hospital nearby, didn't like it. My father was very disappointed, especially considering it cost €19.

18/08/2026: The young man, as friendly as he is professional, deserves praise. As for the rest, it's best to keep a close eye on the bill… a check might reveal a few surprises with the women on staff.

02/09/2026: August 26, 2026, 8:52 AM. I wish to report several incidents involving the same cashier, identified as "Myrlene" on my receipt. (She is a rather large woman, not the one wearing a headscarf; there were two of them working yesterday morning.) At the beginning of the year, this cashier charged me for two pizzas that I neither ordered nor took. They were lost in the bulk of my order, and I didn't notice. Her colleague, who had taken over the shift, noticed the error and corrected it, which clearly upset the cashier in question. Yesterday morning, August 26, a similar situation occurred: an extra raisin bread, which I neither ordered nor received, appeared on my receipt. When I pointed out the error, she immediately replied that there wasn't one, without even looking at the receipt. It was only after my insistence (and reminder about the pizza slices...) that she finally processed the refund, without the slightest apology or explanation. Unacceptable! Another time, when I asked for bread to be sliced, this same saleswoman served it to me with tongs, practically slice by slice, loose in a bag... I think she should find another line of work! I won't even mention the reception (the "SBAM Smile Hello Goodbye Thank You" for a Northern chain, does that ring a bell?), the private conversations the saleswomen had at the counter, the customary nonchalance of your team, or the customers who apologize for disturbing them during their "break": one working, three chatting... customers can wait. Not to mention the number of times there's nothing available in the morning or the place is completely closed on Wednesday afternoons. These practices, and this lack of quality, are unacceptable for a chain like yours. I think I'll do 500m more next time!

28/08/2026: I went there today, August 28, 2026, around 2:30 PM. A half-hearted greeting, not a smile, and everyone seemed to be frowning. And to top it all off, the waiter was chewing gum with his mouth open. I felt like I was just bothering them. Never again.

03/10/2026: Honestly, the worst McDonald's I've ever tried to eat at. The wait to get my order was endless, and it's not even the fault of the staff—only three or four people to manage the whole restaurant. It's clearly the chain trying to cut costs. But then to get my order wrong twice? Unheard of! When I finally got the right one, it was cold, the bread tasted like it was yesterday, no fork for the fries, the cheddar cheese, a dirty tray, not even a paper placemat, and that's just the beginning...

27/09/2026: A word of advice: run away! I went there last night with my partner. Not one, but two cases of food poisoning—no favoritism here!

13/09/2026: The hygiene of the toilets leaves much to be desired, the food is dirty, the dishes are dry, and there's not much choice. It only opens at 12pm and closes at 2pm.

13/09/2026: Avoid at all costs! Unpleasant staff, very limited selection, and the food was served cold. The result is truly disappointing and, above all, filthy… It's simply appalling. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

17/06/2026: No more salad, no more wine at 8 PM. A waitress who must have been hot, maybe! So we left! 😩😩😩😩

07/06/2026: Nice, quiet place, very friendly staff, very good food, especially the appetizers which are beautifully presented. I recommend this place without hesitation.

08/09/2026: The service was adequate and the staff pleasant. However, we were unfortunately disappointed by the pizzas, especially considering the price. The toppings were unevenly distributed, and there was far too much cheese, making the pizzas very heavy. It's a shame, because with better-distributed ingredients and a little less cheese, the experience would certainly have been much better.

23/05/2026: For the restaurant, avoid this place. A children's menu with the cheapest ham replaced by defrosted nuggets and frozen fries. A goat cheese salad with four tiny slices of the cheapest goat cheese, the salad swimming in tasteless tomato sauce. Chicken Provençal: dry, overcooked chicken. A galette with a tasteless sausage, probably from a factory. Dry bread from a basket. In short, 70 euros for four people, expensive and not good. Only the location is nice. It's a shame we have to give it one star. It's not that difficult to use real potatoes, real ham, and offer a little bit of good food and a minimum of pleasure to our taste buds. A disappointment, a serious reassessment is needed in the kitchen.

22/05/2026: We had a very good meal, a set menu with a salad and the duck confit, it was great! The waiters were very kind and helpful!
