31/03/2024: I went there twice. The first was very good, despite a long service. The second, in December, was a disaster. After an hour of waiting after placing the order (tartare), I left. It's beresina in the kitchen, and it's not far from being the same thing on the service side. The waiters blame the kitchen, but they don't seem to do anything to improve the overall picture. General table which, ultimately, requires good formatting.

10/02/2024: Table not clean and coke without gas but I am no longer surprised new generations who only think of the cash drawer while forgetting the basics of service.

14/09/2024: Les plats ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix demandé…3 morceaux de poulpe caoutchouteux, le tatiki de thon qui baigne dans la sauce Nuoc Mam donc extrêmement salé, et un café gourmand exorbitant pour la qualité des produits et la présentation…Bref un goût amer au moment de l’addition.

12/09/2024: Août 2024 avant une découverte de la baie de Lorient en vedette La décoration de ce restaurant est très belle, moderne, lumineuse; les tables ont une jolie vue sur la petite mer de gavres Jeunes serveuses sympathiques, belle carte avec des choix appétissants ( soupe de melon extra, » tigre qui pleure «  épicé de façon très juste, tataki de thon excellent ) A refaire

14/12/2024: You dare to complain about a lack of turnover, and yet seven people ready to consume were unable to enter under the pretext of “no reservation”? Meanwhile, others come in without problem, simply showing off or their regular status. Do you think you are a chic club in Lyon/Paris? Come down from your log, you are in Saint-Étienne. See you soon... during your next liquidation. Sincerely. PS: Flee this establishment which will bring you nothing. They pretend to be a 5-star place, but only let in regulars who just have a drink at the bar. Afterwards, it dares to whine about the “nightclub crisis”. You are the perfect caricature of what makes them sink. I will take all the time necessary to advise against your club to my customers and favor a real establishment worthy of the name.

08/10/2024: Honoré no longer exists. Léo took over the restaurant, but no more carpaccio if that's what you're looking for.

26/09/2024: Accueil très sympathique. Pizza délicieuse. Un seul bémol il faudra attendre 1 an pour en manger à nouveau. Un scandale!!!!! LA DACQUOISE

11/08/2024: Un staff très accueillant et chaleureux. En plus les pizzas sont succulentes. Le propriétaire nous a donné des bons conseils et des recommandations concernant les restaurants du coin.

03/09/2024: Un très belle endroit , la cuisine est délicieuse, le personnel est parfait. Une belle soirée nous nous sommes régalés, je recommande fortement.

29/08/2024: Cuisine traditionnelle alsacienne très goûteuse. Une superbe cuisine. Gentillesse et très bon service. Belle carte.

19/06/2025: I could go on for hours about this place and how amazing everything was. This is our first time in France and we decided to just stop by this restaurant and it did not dissapoint. The waitress was so kind and welcoming and she even recommended the best dishes to us. We loved the beef tarter, it was well balanced and was a large portion for our group of 3. I'm still very glad that we randomly chose this restaurant, everything was amazing!

01/11/2023: How can I tell you that I was really disappointed with this hotel. At 2 a.m. I was woken up by bed fleas, I dialed 9 to get the night person who told me on the phone that I was a liar of course I told him to come to my room that I had proof. I presented the creature to him and he confirmed that it was a bed flea, which he threw on the ground, it didn't matter if it multiplied, it was me who killed it. I was moved to a different room with the suggestion that if we found any in the second it would come from me. Insulting customers like that is not okay at all. Of course I got home I had to wash everything to make sure I didn't bring any home. Hotel does not deserve a three star, the road that passes by, the sockets that don't work, the cleaning staff who speak too loudly who think they're on vacation and the parking I'm not even talking about.
