13/09/2026: I bought a Red Bull and they charged me €15 – a rip-off! They pretended not to know and offered no compensation! Is that normal?

02/08/2026: Last night, I went to Le Rêve d'O with my younger brother simply to check out your establishment. We were dressed appropriately and behaved respectfully. Upon arrival, we were refused entry without any explanation. I then calmly and politely asked for the reason for this refusal. Your security guard's reaction was completely disproportionate. He became aggressive, approached me in a threatening manner, and told me, in a particularly intimidating tone, that I had "no right to look him in the eye." This type of behavior is unacceptable. A security guard's role is to ensure the safety of customers, not to intimidate or physically threaten them when they are simply asking for an explanation. I know many people in the public and institutional sectors in the region, and I am particularly concerned about the image that establishments open to the public project. This kind of behavior not only damages your reputation but also that of your establishment. I sincerely hope that you will take this situation seriously and that the necessary measures will be put in place so that no other customer is faced with such disrespect.

19/08/2026: Obviously, this isn't a gourmet restaurant. The bill is a bit high, of course, because we're seated on the terrace overlooking the Palais des Papes. But the food is quite good, and the service was quick and pleasant.

26/06/2026: First Pizza Hut order: they dropped the salt shaker and oil bottle on the pizza. Straight to the bin, it's inedible. Yuck!

17/06/2026: Honestly, the worst Pizza Hut ever. I ordered a tuna, olive, and double cheese pizza, and the pizza had very little dry tuna, no double cheese, just dough. Disappointed. Especially since I'm used to going to the 18th arrondissement.

30/04/2026: I went to buy rolling papers and a lighter and had to pay €5.70!!! That's outrageous! €2.70 for the papers and €3 for a lighter?! That's the most expensive tobacco I've ever seen in my life!!! And they're not at all accommodating with credit cards!!!

17/04/2026: I have to give it one star; otherwise, I wouldn't have given it any. The setting and location are pleasant, but the service completely ruins the experience. The unprofessional attitude, the obvious lack of rigor and customer service: you clearly feel like you're bothering them more than anything else. It's all the more unfortunate because the place has potential, but without a minimum of commitment and professionalism in the service, it simply can't work. A real overhaul of the staff and the organization is necessary to offer a truly worthwhile experience.

16/07/2026: We came for a snack and opted for the €9 set menu: a croque monsieur and a drink. She told us it was for takeout and that eating in would be €10.50, but with fries included. Perfect, we took that and sat down, mentioning we'd have ice cream for dessert. The bill came to €29.40, going from €9 for takeout to €10.50 without the drink, which wasn't mentioned. Admittedly, we trusted her word and didn't look at the entire menu in detail, but we felt cheated. We were treated like Americans. Pay close attention to what you order, and if you walk a few dozen meters, you'll find plenty of other places where you don't have to be so vigilant. The ice cream will be elsewhere.

14/09/2026: Excellent bakery that I highly recommend! I ordered an upside-down basket for my daughter's christening, and it was absolutely delicious… not only was it beautiful, but the tiered cake was also excellent! Congratulations to the pastry chef! The staff was fantastic, and the delivery was exactly as promised. I have nothing but praise. Thank you again, it was excellent!

31/08/2026: The pastries are not bad, however the waitress has the friendliness of a prison guard.

06/09/2026: We used to order from this place, but it had been a while since we'd had the chance, and the quality has become appalling. The pizzas were rock hard and burnt, and the quality and freshness of the other ingredients also leave much to be desired. This will be the last time! I don't recommend it (anymore), and the phone reception made me feel like I was bothering the person. In short, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

07/09/2026: Don't go there!!! Hygiene is appalling, the crepe batter is clearly industrial, expired on September 7th and served on September 7th.

05/09/2026: Avoid at all costs!!! A disgrace for a crêperie at Mont-Saint-Michel. What a disappointment… We were expecting delicious galettes and crêpes made with fresh ingredients, and instead we were served dishes that clearly tasted like they came straight from a bottle and were mass-produced. Nothing authentic, nothing gourmet, and certainly nothing to justify the prices. But the worst part was the cleanliness: dirty tables, frankly inadequate general maintenance, and toilets in a disgusting state. Seeing the state of the restrooms, you don't even want to know how the kitchen is maintained… And to top it all off, no cider at lunchtime! In a crêperie at Mont-Saint-Michel, that's just unbelievable. 🍎 This is clearly the kind of establishment that takes advantage of tourists rather than trying to give them a good experience. We left with one certainty: we won't be going back! 👉 Move along, there are certainly much better options elsewhere.

15/08/2026: The saleswoman seemed annoyed and drunk when we spoke to her, unfriendly, the cakes looked stale and had a rancid taste, we won't be back, there are much better options in the neighborhood
