29/07/2026: This restaurant is absolutely filthy. The staff is incredibly unfriendly. I ate there twice, and both times I saw mice and cockroaches. The pizzas weren't great, and I strongly advise against going there. The manager practically shoves his nose in your face for five minutes. After all, he makes pizzas! I strongly advise against it!

28/07/2026: I'm very unhappy. I paid extra for mushrooms on my pizza and I only got three measly bits of mushrooms on top of it. That's unacceptable. The toppings leave much to be desired... they need to make a serious effort to improve.

10/09/2026: Where to begin, the worst part, I think: The waiter drinks from every glass of white wine he puts on his tray. At first, he drank through a straw, but as time went on, he ended up drinking directly from the glasses. We went there for a drink and witnessed this horror of a waiter, a bald man. I'm giving it one star because you can't give zero. There's so much more to say, but run away!!

12/04/2026: Aside from the admittedly exorbitant prices… It's mainly the very unpleasant welcome. No smile, no greeting… It's the end of the season, admittedly, but a smile and a greeting would have been truly appreciated. If you don't like human interaction, change careers.

11/08/2026: The prices were outrageously high and not displayed. We were basically ripped off. The place gets sun all day, so it's unbearably hot, and on top of that, people are constantly walking around you. Don't come.

20/07/2026: Friendly staff. However, the expiration dates on the products are a disgrace. Several times now, items we've ordered have expired within the week. It's truly shameful. And don't even get me started on the fruits and vegetables. Not to mention the number of times we've bought meat that had gone bad in its packaging without even opening it. There are serious doubts about the cold chain.

26/05/2026: I don't usually leave Google reviews, but this time... I'm very disappointed with the service at the Leclerc drive-through today! Until now, I've never had any complaints about their service, but tonight... An employee came with my order, said hello, scanned my card, and then just left, as if to say, "You're on your own." He literally left without a word, and I had to manage on my own, not even a goodbye or a good evening, nothing. I had to put the empty cart back in front of the closed drive-through door. The attitude was completely unprofessional. If he doesn't want to do this job, that's not my problem, and I shouldn't have to suffer because of his frustration, but I simply ask that he at least be respectful to customers—the basics of living in society! I understand that days are tough, but they are tough for EVERYONE. This young man served me today, May 26, 2026, at kiosk 3 or 4 around 5:45 PM. He really gives a bad impression of the service, and it saddens me because other employees are true rays of sunshine.

07/04/2026: The Engaly bar is very well located, facing the snowfield and with a large terrace. However, the prices are exorbitant, especially considering the lack of service: you have to collect your order from the bar, clean your table before sitting down, and clear your table before leaving. I do not recommend having a drink or lunch at this establishment.

11/03/2026: A student restaurant with short wait times, and the food is quite good with great vegetarian options! The chef is welcoming and takes the time to chat with the students! The terrace is very pleasant! Thanks to Océane and her colleague for serving real meals tailored to the needs and preferences of students. I recommend it.

19/02/2026: The difference in quality between the CROUS (student services) in Perpignan and Toulouse is unacceptable. The food served in Toulouse is unworthy of a public service intended for students. Mediocre portions, questionable quality, and substandard service. It's like something out of a caricature of the French comedy film "L'Aile ou la Cuisse" (The Wing or the Thigh). Even at €1, this meal isn't worth it. It's a disgrace to offer this to students. How can we be satisfied and healthy with meals like these? Otherwise, the atmosphere is nice. That's the only reason I go there.

14/09/2026: The pizza box was defective; my pizza collapsed onto my t-shirt, which became a bib. Furthermore, the restaurant closes at 10:30 PM, which is very early.

25/08/2026: Hello, I'm writing because this guy tried to charge me 40 euros for two pizzas. It's not that I can't afford it, but given the state of his place, I'm going to steer clear. Anyway, be careful of him; his name is Allan, and he's dangerous.

08/09/2026: One of my favorite pizzas... we were in Poitiers, a French city where the ingredients are different and the way they make them is different too, because they put the pizzas upside down on a conveyor belt. I'd never seen them made that way before... My son ordered one with mortadella and hake... yes, a bit unusual, but it was amazing... We're not big on chain pizzas, but if I had to choose one, it would be this one.

25/07/2026: My friends and I ordered three pizzas. One was missing mushrooms. One pizza crust was overcooked. The other was tasteless. They were very stingy with the ingredients, and they were missing the sauces.

07/09/2026: Unfortunately, I had a very similar experience at this place. The attitude of the staff was incredibly dismissive and rude. We were simply trying to use the restroom and would have been more than happy to pay a few euros if necessary, but as soon as we mentioned it, we were immediately treated with contempt and basically pushed away. There was absolutely no willingness to listen or show even a minimum amount of understanding. The way we were spoken to was unnecessarily aggressive and disrespectful, and we genuinely felt like we were being looked down on. I can understand that restaurants have their own rules regarding restroom access, but there is a huge difference between politely saying no and treating people this way. It is quite surprising to see this kind of behaviour from people working in hospitality. Based on the way we were treated, I definitely would not recommend this place.

27/06/2026: They reduced the portions while keeping the same prices; the chicken curry sandwich was half empty, beware!!! I won't be back and I don't recommend it! Avoid at all costs!

24/09/2026: What a rip-off! We wanted to treat ourselves to two ice cream sundaes: Dame Blanche and Raspberry Melba: absolutely no flavor... €22.70 for two tasteless ice creams... I can only imagine what the rest was like... 🫩

23/09/2026: Beautiful terrace with a lovely view, but exorbitant prices with a terrace surcharge that's hard to swallow!

16/04/2026: Too long, no organization. No more 9 am breakfasts, no more crepes… the organization needs to be reviewed. Otherwise, the waiter is nice.
