05/03/2026: The welcome and service give the impression of being in a gourmet restaurant, but the food itself is far from it. I ordered a chicken fricassee, tagine-style, which tasted like bouillon cubes, and the semolina was mushy, sticky, and tasteless. Frankly, apart from the presentation, we've eaten better at roadside diners. Furthermore, when ordering, I asked the waiter if they had wine by the carafe. He said yes, so I told him I'd like red, and he gave me a choice of three wines: a Côtes du Rhône, a Merlot, or a Gamay. I found this odd, so I looked at the menu and saw that only the Merlot was available by the carafe. If I hadn't checked, I would have ended up with an extra €20 on my bill! It's a pretentious restaurant that isn't worth the prices it charges, except perhaps to pay for the impressive number of waiters.

19/01/2026: Taste-wise: inventive cuisine, subtle flavors, a delight for the palate. A prestigious wine cellar: thankfully, some "accessible" prices and the option of wine by the glass, a welcome touch. Our experience: - with a bottle of white Sancerre and a glass of red to accompany game and cheese: it was perfect. Thank you to the sommelier for his recommendations. - with the Epicurean menu, although we were enthusiastic about the flavors, it did raise a few regrets: personally, I would have preferred the cheese, which wasn't included in the menu, and slightly larger portions of fish and game. My partner, who doesn't eat cheese, was offered an extra dessert (from another menu), without being offered any other choice or the option to have nothing. - The dining room, divided into several areas, offers a degree of privacy but is a bit noisy (all the tables were occupied on this Sunday lunchtime). The decor is a little cold, in my opinion (modern round marble tables without tablecloths). I will probably return to try another menu and the weekday lunch menu during the warmer months to complete my review. For now, it's a good restaurant that I recommend.

18/01/2026: I regularly eat at this restaurant, and it's really good. The service is pleasant and attentive. The sommelier is passionate. It's a pleasure to see him. It would be nice to see the chef make a round of the tables at the end of service to greet the guests. A reliable choice in the area.

15/03/2026: A first for us at this restaurant. A warm atmosphere, background music, a very pleasant and comfortable setting—everything we love. A smiling, energetic waiter with excellent advice and, above all, very attentive to his customers. The food was high quality; we thoroughly enjoyed it. In short, I highly recommend it. We will definitely be back.

12/04/2026: A very good crêperie, lovely decor, a varied menu that's a nice change from what you usually find, and the crêpes are good. Reasonable prices and the owner is really friendly.

10/12/2025: We went to the restaurant "Avec Amour" last week. The waitress explained that in the evening, we had to choose between the "pleasure menu" or the "gourmet menu." We chose the former... I appreciated being asked about any allergies or intolerances, and this was taken into account in the dishes since my daughters are lactose intolerant. And everything went well... :) It was my first experience with game: wild boar steak. A very good culinary experience. I agree with the comments about the wait; it is indeed long. My youngest fell asleep at the table, but the servers were very attentive: the gentleman apologized for the wait, and we were able to take her dessert home, which she ate the next day. I appreciated that the chef came to the table to present the dishes. Thank you! (2 pleasure meals, 2 children's menus, and drinks: €214.50)

06/12/2025: Always a very warm welcome with refined and delicious cuisine, I highly recommend this establishment! For me, the best restaurant in the Thionville region, well worth the detour!
