26/02/2026: We had lunch at Les Bonnets Rouges today and it was an extremely pleasant experience. From the moment we arrived, my husband and I felt warmly welcomed and at ease. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The decor and ambiance were perfect. The food was delicious and the coffee excellent. As mentioned in other reviews, the restrooms are definitely worth a visit. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return.

19/02/2026: A wonderful discovery and excellent pizza.

22/02/2026: Excellent value for money with a €20 set menu including a galette, crêpe, and drink. The restaurant was full, so there was a bit of a wait, but the service was impeccable, with smiles and efficiency.

14/02/2026: The dinner was extremely good, very inexpensive, and the staff were really pleasant. We'll definitely go back.

15/02/2026: An excellent Valentine's Day evening at San Silvano, thank you to the whole team for their kindness and attentiveness, and a big congratulations to the chef for his incredible cuisine. Everything was perfect as usual, but the Valentine's Day menu was an explosion of flavors!!!

13/02/2026: Areas for improvement: Reception; the waiter wasn't smiling and seemed a bit out of it. The salmon starter was too dry, and the glass of wine was too small. Positive points: The food was good, and the owner was very friendly.

29/03/2026: Very good, very generous portion, fast service. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. Thank you to Andrea, our waitress, for her kindness. She also offered us their loyalty card, which they hadn't offered us the last time we came. Thank you, we will be back.

06/04/2026: One star because I can't give 0 or -1. First and last time I'll pay €22 (Byblos set menu) for four measly items: stale bread and a small carafe of lukewarm water. First time I've left a restaurant feeling ripped off. Not to mention the incredibly condescending attitude of the managers.

04/04/2026: A real gem! This restaurant is simply exceptional. The portions are incredibly generous, you definitely get your money's worth, and everything is delicious. The service is perfect: the waitress is lovely, very professional, and always there at the right time without being intrusive. You really feel welcome. The set menus are fantastic, and the desserts... to die for! Honestly, I have absolutely no complaints; it's become my favorite restaurant. I recommend it without hesitation!

12/03/2026: We made a reservation on a Saturday afternoon for the evening and were lucky enough to get a free table. So, it's advisable to reserve in advance, and rightly so. The food, ambiance, and service were all top-notch. Everything was creative and expertly prepared, and all at very fair prices. As one would expect in Burgundy, the wine selection was also good and reasonably priced for Burgundy standards. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back. Thank you to the whole team for a wonderful evening.

A big thank you to the waitress—probably the owner's daughter—for her warm welcome, as well as to the young man who was handling the outdoor service, always smiling. A special mention goes to this young waiter, who was truly very friendly and pleasant: he served us and greatly contributed to our wonderful experience. 01/12/2025: We had the chance to try the kebab with homemade bread. It was delicious. I highly recommend this place. The manager was also very friendly and offered us tea at the end of our meal. Thank you, and see you soon!

04/04/2026: While visiting Paris, we stumbled upon this Vietnamese restaurant. The welcome was incredibly friendly and the food was excellent. There was no wait at all, and I highly recommend it.

The snowcat ride up and down was fantastic, the meal was excellent and plentiful, and the chalet was cozy with a superb view of Les Menuires at night. Simply PERFECT!!
