09/06/2026: Probably the best crêperie in Montparnasse. Top-notch service (efficient and with a smile!) and delicious crêpes (whether buckwheat or wheat). The chef works his magic behind his griddles, and it's a real treat. It's one of the furthest from the Edgar Quinet metro station, but don't hesitate to walk the extra 50 meters to have lunch or dinner at the Crêperie de St Malo!

09/06/2026: This restaurant, which has been operating in a 200-year-old house for 80 years, serves local traditional cuisine. You can dine in the quaint and elegant indoor space or in the outdoor garden! However, the location is really in the countryside, so you have to drive there to get there!

20/05/2026: Excellent cuisine in a rustic setting. The garden is beautifully maintained, with superb plants. The decor is unique, featuring a collection of menus, watering cans, and antique plates, among other things. Watch out for the cat!

12/05/2026: We went to eat on Thursday and waited 45 minutes for our starter salad because they had forgotten about us. The service wasn't great, and when our main course arrived, there was hardly anything on it compared to our last visit. They offered us a loyalty card, but since the system wasn't working, she told us her colleague would make it up for us at the register and give us our 25% discount. She wasn't very friendly and made it clear she didn't have time, so we didn't get our 25% discount. She said it was probably their system that was down since the day before. Unacceptable! The staff were unfriendly, and it's not like they were busy that day!

29/01/2026: Restaurant found closed with no information on opening hours (neither in person nor online). A wasted trip. A shame, a little more communication would have been appreciated.

09/06/2026: The welcome can sometimes be a bit gruff, but frankly, it's an excellent restaurant with inventive appetizers and sushi. Make a reservation, otherwise you won't get a table, especially on Saturday nights...

09/06/2026: We had such a wonderful time at this little gem in Beaune! The fish was incredibly fresh — you could really taste the quality in every bite. What impressed us most was how affordable everything was, especially for a sushi restaurant in Burgundy. The conveyor belt concept made the whole meal fun and interactive, perfect for the whole family. We kept reaching for "just one more plate" without even realizing it! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable dining experience in the area.

13/05/2026: Delicious food, got gascon salad, poached egg with mushrooms and the n cassoulet. ordered cassoulet for 3 and got a quantity of beans that would feed a family of 4 for a week, along with delicious sausage and duck. Thank you to the waiters for letting me practice my atrocious French! Merci

21/05/2026: First review, 4 years ago. Great welcome, and truly delicious ice cream. Second review, 1 year ago. Unfortunately, the quality has dropped considerably. Yet we used to be loyal customers. But now the quality is no longer there. The ice cream is really not very good. Especially considering the price... Mine ended up in the trash. It was incredibly grainy. Back at Easter, we had some moldy fruit jellies. Latest review, May 2026. Since you shouldn't die ignorant, we're giving it another try. Bland ice cream, half-melted in the tubs. Having been used to going to ice cream parlors, I find this mediocre, even though the prices are higher than at artisan ice cream shops. Same for the chocolate; the prices have gone up, but not the quality. This has more than decreased since Mr. Vauché is no longer in charge.

18/05/2026: We ate a so-called steak tartare that was cut with a knife, tasteless, and resembled sausage meat. My lamb shank was dry, without sauce, and had a strange, distinctly off taste; it made us sick. This experience is definitely not to be repeated.

30/05/2026: I did not expect this bistro and food will be that good tbh, me and my husband enjoyed delicious meals, wine and deserts in a very quite and relaxing place. The waitress was so kind and she even thanked us in our language :) teşekkür ederim, definetely recommended!! Onion soup was incredible!!

25/05/2026: Very disappointed by the truffade, which bore no resemblance to the traditional recipe. The one we were served was made with grated cheese (like Gruyère). My grandmother from Aveyron made a grated cheese soup that tasted identical, but without the potatoes. Disappointed to pay €18 for a dish that didn't live up to expectations. A tourist trap... a shame, because the staff were friendly.

25/05/2026: A fantastic place! We love going there for lunch or dinner whenever we're in our beloved Cantal region. The bourriols are excellent, as are the other dishes and desserts! A place we happily recommend!
