28/03/2026: A warm welcome and a pleasant atmosphere. The Savoyard fondue enjoyed on the sunny terrace at lunchtime was fantastic and, above all, delicious! We also tried the tartiflette and the croziflette... In short, go and enjoy!

27/03/2026: A cozy spot with a fireplace, facing the mountains, which were snow-covered that day. The owner was very welcoming, easy to talk to, and always smiling. The tartiflette was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed it. I highly recommend it, especially since Hauteluce is a lovely village to visit. Don't hesitate to take the longer route, including a visit to the Saint Sauveur chapel.

14/03/2026: Exceptional! Having already visited with my family last year and thoroughly enjoyed it, I wanted to introduce my partner to this place. This time, we dined in the kitchens, and it was even better! A young, dynamic, and incredibly professional team with top-notch service that wasn't stuffy, creating a fantastic atmosphere. The courses arrived seamlessly from the start, without any waiting, and everything was extremely delicious, sophisticated, and refined. Furthermore, as I have many food allergies and don't particularly like fish, my entire menu was adapted accordingly, which truly enhanced the experience. Choosing to order only one dessert and focusing on the number of savory dishes was exactly the right decision. In short, having tried a few Michelin-starred restaurants lately, this is by far the best in the area, whether for the ambiance, the service, or of course the food (and the wines!). A huge congratulations to the whole team, you are simply PERFECT!! ❤️👏👏👍👍 (And many other Michelin-starred restaurants should take note!!!)

13/11/2025: This wine bar is absolutely fantastic! The food is excellent, the prawns are to die for! And what can I say about the perfect egg with its succulent sauce? As for the wines, they're truly superb! I'm celebrating my mom's 94th birthday on Monday evening. The atmosphere is very friendly, the owners are lovely and so welcoming. Without hesitation, walk through the door and make yourself at home. Note that they don't take reservations, so it's first come, first served 😉

29/03/2026: Passionate, top-notch front-of-house staff provide personalized, attentive service. Marie Petit serves one of the best Toulousain cassoulets in town, established in 1874. The True Cassoulet of Colombier with Goose Confit Preceded by Foie Gras Platters and Crayfish Ravioli with Asparagus and Shellfish Sauce. Completed with an Apple Croustade Flambéed with Armagnac and Cheese Platters. Always sounds better in French 😉 Check it out.
