I suspect it was done on purpose because I dared to ask for my change once. Unprofessional attitude. It's a shame, I'm disappointed. A complete lack of respect.

10/10/2026: I've had the opportunity to visit this establishment twice, with two unfortunately quite different experiences. On my first visit, I had a pleasant time. The food was nice, in the style of a traditional broth, without being exceptional. We were able to enjoy the terrace, and I would gladly have given that first experience four stars. However, on my second visit, accompanied by my mother and our dog, the welcome was particularly disappointing. Wanting to sit on the terrace, we were greeted by a waiter who told us, in a particularly curt tone, "You eat inside." I can perfectly understand that service on the terrace isn't always possible, but there's a way to address customers. A minimum of courtesy and friendliness would have been appreciated. So we decided to decline and continue on our way. It's a shame, because we had fond memories of our first visit. The quality of the service is also an integral part of the restaurant experience.

You can tell that everything is prepared with care and passion. The welcome is warm, the staff is lovely, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. This is a place that truly deserves to be known in Sélestat! I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!
