What a great bar from the staff, to the drinks, and even the hot dog! There are better cocktails in Paris, but I'm not sure there's a better experience (in terms of cocktails).

16/12/2024: Well located in the city center, this well-known restaurant in Nancy has lived up to its reputation and you must reserve for a Saturday evening. Unbeatable value for money at €30 for a starter-main course-dessert menu, with all the menu options being mastered and tasty. We had the foie gras and lamb spring rolls as a starter, the duck parmentier and the lamb shank as a main course, and finally the crème brûlée and chocolate fondant for dessert. The service is impeccable and friendly. The atmosphere is simple without fuss, but we go there with pleasure to (re)discover the menu and this Nancy institution. I highly recommend!

We were the only ones to have a starter and our dishes arrived 3/4 hour later. The 10 people who arrived after us were served before. We asked when our food would arrive and just a "it's coming out" with no apology or clarification was given.
Our dishes did not match the descriptions and were all very peppery.
When settling, we were asked for our opinion. I said blah and that it didn't match (pepper sauce instead of mushrooms). The waiter replied that his cook was alone and busy and that we were late (7 minutes lol). I replied: a sorry would have been welcome, he replied “thank you”
LOL I can't believe it even though I work in the profession.

13/11/2024: Had a lovely lunch there today. Service was great. Very pleasant and helpful servers. Tried the butternut squash soup with mushrooms. It was luscious! Then a pork filet with pureed carrots and parsnips. So so good.
08/11/2024: Excellent gourmet restaurant, we had a very good evening. warm, friendly welcome. Succulent meal, quality product, the advice that goes with it. Even if the bill was a little high, 😊 certainly we had an aperitif, a glass of wine, a digestive, we regret nothing and will come back

26/11/2024: Warm atmosphere, friendly and welcoming chef. Pizza of the moment St Marcellin, coppa cooked over a wood fire, very good. I advise you to add their little parsley oil on top.
Their queen pizza is also very good but without parsley, it doesn't go too well with it.
For dessert we recommend the Chartreuse crème brûlée.
Fair value for money.
We went there on a Tuesday evening.
25/11/2024: The pizza is excellent, the tiramisu too! The price is in range. The pizzaiolo is super friendly and sweet!
