03/05/2026: A terrible experience. I arrived at 2:00 PM, the restaurant was closing at 4:00 PM. The waiter checked with the kitchen to see if they could serve me and was given the go-ahead. I ordered a beef dish, a glass of wine, and crème brûlée. I asked for dessert and wine right away. Two waiters expressed bewilderment – ​​how could this be, before the main course?! They were having a great time and were ready to go home, even though it was still an hour and a half before 4:00 PM. The main course arrived. Ordinary French fries and terrible meat. Not the slightest hint of a restaurant-style presentation, no greens, no vegetables. I asked for vegetables, and they said the kitchen was closed. It wasn't meat, it was shoe sole. I left in a terrible mood. Only the crème brûlée and wine saved me from fainting.

26/04/2026: This is my third time there, and like the other two, we had a great time. The service was quick, though not exceptionally fast, and the food was good and reasonably priced. It was my first time trying the spaghetti and I was pleasantly surprised. It wasn't quite al dente, but it wasn't overcooked either, and there was a bit too much sauce, but it was excellent.

02/06/2026: The loeuf parfait was delicious, as were the cheeses and main courses! The waitress was really kind! The bathroom was a minor flaw...but otherwise, it was a great experience!

I don't consider myself a Japanese food expert, but I've eaten enough to recognize the best flavors, and this restaurant is a real gem. Everyone working there is lovely, polite, and helpful. As a big tea drinker, I can say that their drinks are excellent, as is their new matcha pastry. It's the best matcha pastry I've ever had. This dessert is perfect for discovering matcha: it's not strong at all, ideal for everyone. I'm also very picky about takoyaki, but I highly recommend them: they're excellent! In short, flawless. This restaurant is fantastic and more than affordable considering the quality of the food. I'm more than happy to be able to enjoy good Japanese food from time to time thanks to Negishi-san! ありがとうございます

11/07/2025: I've lived in the Cadet Metro area for 25 years. I discovered Thym Sauvage about three years ago. Since then, whenever I don't have the courage to make lunch at home, I automatically head to Thym Sauvage. There are dozens of options in the area. But it's my taste buds that lead me to this restaurant, whether for a top-notch falafel sandwich to go, or for a delicious mezze combo with hummus/vegetable moussaka accompanied by a delicious falafel sandwich with garlic cream... yum yum. I have extensive experience with Lebanese cuisine in Paris: Al Diwan, Al Ajami, Al Dar, Noura, Le Bois le Vent, Al Mankal, Fayrouz, Al Rimal, etc. And quite honestly, after Thym Sauvage, it's always disappointing to try any other Lebanese restaurant or the classics mentioned above. Mr. David & Mrs. Rita, the owners, are warm, friendly, and adorable. Moreover, Thym Sauvage offers an atmosphere with oriental and Lebanese music that allows you to escape for the duration of a meal. Honestly, I love everything about it! And I must admit to being a bit addicted to their refined, family-style cuisine! It's very, very good!!! And for the top-notch prices!

09/07/2025: "Is your meat halal?" (The answer is yes). The welcome was pleasant, the food was good quality, and the smell of the grilled meats made you want to try them. The feta salad met expectations, and the vegetarian mezze was good. The mint, lemon, and orange blossom lemonade was not too sweet and therefore very refreshing. Special mention goes to the falafel and the fritters, which were excellent. (Yes, in the end, we didn't eat any meat, but we still recommend them given the tempting aroma.)

11/05/2026: We came as a couple for a romantic dinner at Martina and had a wonderful evening. The atmosphere was lovely, even perfect for a romantic moment. The service was attentive from beginning to end, and the dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. We truly enjoyed ourselves. A wonderful restaurant in Menton that we highly recommend for a romantic meal.
