27/05/2026: A must-visit! We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great kindness. The food is simply delicious; the wood-fired pizzas are excellent, as are the desserts, which were a real treat. A big thank you to the entire team—the waitress, the pizza chef, and the owner—for their attentive service and infectious good humor. As an added bonus, the terrace is very pleasant and perfect for enjoying your meal. We recommend this restaurant without hesitation and will gladly return.

06/03/2026: A wonderful discovery at the Dragon d'Asie restaurant, where we had booked for 4 people at 7:30 pm. We found the service to be impeccable, and the waitress was very friendly and smiling. The food was excellent, full of flavors and tastes. The value for money for the €25 menu was perfect, so we will definitely return for dinner when we are back in Carhaix. 27/03/2026: Excellent Toulouse kebab. A bit pricey, but worth it if you're hungry. The naans are delicious, and the meat is very good too (a thick, wide cut that gives the sandwich a satisfying texture).

04/06/2026: The most helpful and wonderful people we met during our journey in France. Long story short: I injured my leg, and while driving back home, our car broke down near Ussel. As we urgently searched for a place to stay, we ended up at the Grand Hôtel—and it turned out to be the best thing that could have happened to us. François helped us with absolutely everything: communicating with the workshop, finding local services, and, most importantly, providing us with a charming and comfortable place to stay. His kindness and support helped us cope with all the unexpected problems that suddenly came our way. The hotel has been beautifully renovated, the rooms are comfortable, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. To my mind this hotel could be a perfect base for exploring the beautiful surrounding region. A million thanks to François and the entire team for their hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care. We will never forget your help during a very difficult moment of our trip. Highly recommended!

22/05/2026: Incredible. The service is excellent, the staff is attentive and always smiling! You feel like you're buying the product directly from the producer. Both the salads and sandwiches are excellent, with a great variety of very fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the value for money is almost unbeatable. It's a real gem of a place to eat well without breaking the bank! Special mention also goes to the compote!
