24/08/2026: We celebrated my goddaughter's 30th birthday this past Sunday, August 23rd. As usual, we thoroughly enjoyed the buffet and the service. I would like to thank again, and especially the two people who provided the service. They were fantastic. Pleasant, professional, and always smiling—in short, a delight! Well done, and I look forward to seeing you again. However, one minor complaint: the fire alarm system went off twice, resulting in two evacuations.

23/09/2026: An unusual place. No real decor, the place isn't particularly inspiring at first glance, but when the food arrives, you understand why it's so highly regarded. Far from the norm, with an extensive menu, it's simple, refined, and very, very good. A special mention for the Anmitsu dessert. Bravo!

05/10/2026: This morning I had a terrible experience with the man at the counter. My daughter, who had a urinary tract infection and was in real pain, went to ask to use their restroom. The man refused, saying he had just put the disinfectant in there. I went back to his office with my daughter, finding no other solution, and he responded very aggressively, saying he had already explained to my daughter that there was disinfectant in the restroom and that he refused to let her in, even in an emergency. I asked him if he happened to know where to find other restrooms. He replied that he didn't know and that it would be difficult. So I left with my daughter in tears. Not an ounce of humanity or empathy; it speaks volumes about the choices this restaurant might make. Between their profits and the health of their customers, I can only imagine the choice they would make... I'll definitely be staying there! Update following the owner's response. Dear Sir, I would rather be ridiculed than treated inhumanely. It is regrettable that you spoke to me so aggressively when I was simply asking for a service from one human being to another. I know perfectly well that you owed me nothing; I was appealing to your kindness. I have never criticized the cleanliness of your restrooms or your kitchen, which, by the way, I will never try, rest assured: I am only reporting the reception we received and the refusal to help a child who was in pain and exceptionally requested to use your restroom. My comment may seem ridiculous, but your attitude is deplorable and completely lacking in empathy.

02/10/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! This couple makes a fantastic team: he's in the kitchen, she's serving... and frankly, it works perfectly! She's smiling, bubbly, with an energy that's a real mood booster. She brings joy and good humor to her service, and it makes all the difference. And behind the scenes, he's a master in the kitchen: everything is homemade, with good ingredients and a genuine selection of quality dishes. Personally, I much prefer a plate with reasonable portions, homemade and delicious, to a mountain of bland, mass-produced food! Fair prices, homemade cuisine, quality, and a welcome that makes you want to come back: they've got it all figured out. Thank you to them!

09/10/2026: The service was mediocre, and there was a long wait for very few customers. The cold cuts were dry, and the bread was stale. Not great, I don't recommend it.

05/09/2026: A small restaurant on rue de Belleville that we had walked past so many times without ever sitting down… the only question that remained at the end of the meal was: why hadn't we tried it before? :)

06/10/2026: A truly wonderful place for lovers of Breton cuisine. The food showcases genuine expertise, with generous, flavorful galettes and crêpes made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The portions are substantial, the presentation is elegant, and above all, bursting with flavor. I particularly appreciated the authentic feel of the cuisine; you can tell there's skill, quality, and respect for traditional Breton recipes. Everything was delicious from start to finish. A crêperie I wholeheartedly recommend for a great meal and to rediscover the true flavors of Brittany.

05/10/2026: Absolutely delightful galettes! They have galettes named after towns in the Saint-Malo region. Unfortunately, Saint-Briac isn't included, which almost warrants deducting a star. 😏

19/08/2026: Amazing little café/brasserie not far from Montmartre. The waiter was absolutely fantastic. Peanuts and chips served continuously with fresh water on the terrace. What more could you ask for? ⭐️

16/08/2026: A typical little Montmartre within Montmartre! What a welcome and what an atmosphere! A café where singing, poetry, friendship, and love come together on Sundays for moments of pure happiness!

04/10/2026: I ate there three nights in a row. I was there for work. The atmosphere is very nice, even the outdoor terrace. The lager, white, and IPA beers are truly excellent.

21/09/2026: A wonderful experience! 🥰 A warm welcome in an atmosphere of mismatched chairs and tables arranged with style—I loved it! 🤩 Quick service. A delicious, generously topped pizza and a great full menu. The restaurant quickly filled up with regulars who had made reservations, but we arrived early and were lucky enough to get a table. If you're ever in Ernée, don't hesitate—Le Basilic is the place to go!
