SPA:
Nous avons profité du SPA le 12.12.2024 courant la matinée.
L'accueil par le personnel était très aimable.
Le sauna et le jacuzzi étaient hors fonction. Dommage!
La température de l'hammam avait atteint un niveau agréable que vers 11H.
(nous donnons 3 étoiles sur 5 à cause de problèmes techniques).
Restaurant/ cuisine:
Le niveau de la cuisine et le service/ personnel ont été parfait cette fois ci (nous donnons 5 étoiles sur 5).
08/12/2024: Bel étalissement, beau cadre dans lequel on a passé un bon moment en famille. Belle diversité des plats de l'entrée au dessert. Mais, on aurait apprécié avoir plus de choix dans les salades et, au moment de Noel, manger un peu de foie gras. Personnel un peu distant.

We had made a reservation the day before for four people for a birthday party on the terrace, which wasn't a problem for the person on the phone.
When we arrived, after almost an hour of transportation and searching for a seat, the server told us they had made a mistake and that the only table for four outside was already taken. There was one table for four left in a 12m² cellar with no air conditioning. No apologies, no regrets.
When I came back up from the cellar, a little annoyed, the server naturally looked down on me and told me that that's the way it is and that there was no other solution, in a very unpleasant tone.
Everyone can make mistakes, but when the restaurant owner saw that the only table for four outside was taken, we would have liked to have been warned, telling us that the table was taken and that the only solution was to eat in the cellar or plan another date.
We would also have appreciated if, following the error in their reservation process, they had offered us solutions, rather than criticizing us for our annoyance.
This is why I think this restaurant has little regard for its customers.

A limited but interesting choice, careful dressing and beautiful presentation, I highly recommend this establishment.

13/11/2024: It's been 12 years that I've known Subway and always been satisfied, yesterday we went to eat at Subway factory center Paris Nord 2 with my family, a lady who doesn't speak French well of Indian or Mauritian origin I don't really know but she served us badly.
She wanted to give us half-cut loaves while we wanted 5 whole loaves, at first she said that there were no whole loaves, and yet the loaves were hidden behind, then finally she told us that there were have whole loaves. She serves us badly until the vegetables overflow and the sandwich no longer closes and she gets angry, crumpling the sandwich and tells us it's your fault, you're asking for too many vegetables, if you don't want some you can leave, I I'm going to put this in the trash, we remain stunned in front of her, then she takes off her service outfit and leaves us in front of the counter and the bald man who takes care of the boxes comes and tells us you can leave, we're going to put this in the trash. is not serious.
😱😱😱 I was shocked disgusted angry 😠 at this kind of behavior coming from them!!!
To escape I would never set foot in Subway factories center Paris Nord 2 again.
I like Subway, although I was poorly received I would go to another Subway.

06/08/2024: We stopped by chance on the vacation route for a quick bite to eat. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cuisine. The children's menu at €8 is plentiful and very good. The Caesar salad is also delicious.
