28/10/2024: This is a nice, delicious and promising break. Run by a beautiful youth with a committed smile and more welcoming than a sea of ​​ink and that’s a pleasure!!! The cuisine is simple and we happily excuse culinary antics. The table is simple but the cuisine is generous and without fuss. The St Vaast oysters are to die for and the dessert you really have to try is the mamaiiiiia homemade vanilla crème brûlée! We must encourage and come in large numbers! And too bad if cooking the duck breast in beautifully crafted slices is found like slices of rusk instead of a beautiful rosé from Provence I would come back and even put my napkin ring there

26/01/2025: Regional dishes, good and plentiful. Just a shame that it arrives lukewarm, even almost cold... Slow service, I think there is a shortage of staff... It's a shame to serve the children's menu last for a 3-year-old child, even though it had been requested to be served at the same time as the starters... Otherwise nice setting. I find that the restaurant is too large in terms of number of seats...hence certainly the very long wait

28/09/2024: Very nice restaurant within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. We ate camembart and onion soup for starters. Simple and luxurious. For the main course we ate raw beef and flank steak. So much flavor😋we were so full and satisfied. Very nice staff so everything was top!

07/10/2024: This is perhaps my favorite restaurant during my stay in Charente Maritime. We stopped there, my partner and I by chance. There were lots of people on the terrace. A smiling lady showed us where to sit. I had a plate of charcuterie. To the taste, everything seemed homemade. A duck terrine, slices of chorizo, country ham, a piece of bacon and foie gras. This plate was hearty and smelled good of the land. Then, a skewer of beef steak. A real delight with tender and tasty meat. My companion had a hearty Périgourdine salad in which she discovered a piece of foie gras. She then had some blood sausage with mash and caramelized apples. The dish was appetizing. After a short walk in Saintes we came back for a coffee and chatted with the entire team. I loved this moment. These people were very friendly and we discussed the work and what was being done and offered in our region of Saône et Loire. I particularly recommend this establishment.

30/09/2024: Reservation for a group of 18 people: super well organized, well placed and the menu offered was top and delicious. Two people had intolerances and the cooks were able to adapt. For the service, great too! Nothing to say, thank you for this beautiful evening :)
