29/09/2026: I was very happy with my birthday meal. The dishes were delicious. The meat was very tender and cooked perfectly, but there weren't enough vegetables for my taste. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and very kind. And the dessert! Oh my goodness, it was so good... absolutely nothing to complain about. I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful time and the food was absolutely delicious. As for the frogs' legs, they were simply divine! All the staff are so welcoming, friendly, and warm! I highly recommend it! We look forward to returning!

Watching the chef prepare the food at the bar is a great option. The menu is small but each dish is thoughtfully prepared; the steak is flavorful, the duck breast is tender and juicy, and the custard is delightfully presented. The bread is fresh, and the wine list is excellent, with both red and white wines worth trying. While we waited to be seated, the owner thoughtfully served us two glasses of white wine. The overall service is friendly and casual, with the female manager who seated us being particularly outstanding – a rare and appreciated gesture. Some reviews mention that the atmosphere in the back is less lively than in the front, while the bar area is more lively, cozy, and slightly stylish. If you're staying in Bordeaux, this is a place you'd want to frequent.

10/07/2026: A truly natural, friendly, and warm welcome. My husband had the octopus, which was surprisingly good with its delicious hummus accompaniment, and I had a Caesar salad with a proper anchovy dressing, just as it should be. For dessert, a lemon tart with a twist, featuring basil. A delightful surprise! I highly recommend this restaurant. We will be back.
