19/05/2026: The dishes offered are exquisite, made with high-quality ingredients sourced exclusively from local producers in the Oise region, including herbs grown on their own farms. The service is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. While weekday lunch prices are certainly more affordable than weekend prices, it's well worth treating yourself occasionally.

15/05/2026: This place is the quintessential wine/tapas bar. Beautiful display of wines from all over the region and a knowledgeable host who is ready with recommendations. The food is delicious and paired perfectly with our wine(s) of the night. We weren’t rushed. Everything was coursed with the right amount of time. I wish we could have spent more time in Toulouse because I definitely would come back.

14/05/2026: I had dinner at this restaurant with a group of friends and we had a wonderful time. The food is excellent: the sharing plates are delicious, generous, and very well prepared for the price. As for the wine, the selection is particularly well-curated, and the owner offers excellent advice. His knowledge of wines is impressive. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates a friendly atmosphere, good food, and fine wines.

25/04/2026: Incredible vegetarian tasting menu experience at La Tour! We were astounded at the unique flavor and texture combinations, and the use of hard-to-find ingredients. It shows such creative imagination from the chef! For example, one of the main dishes was an asparagus with homemade hollandaise sauce, with fennel and crispy kale ... but underneath were these incredibly thin slivers of leek that you almost didn't see but added a subtle sweetness and spiciness! The dish would have been amazing without it, but adding the leek made the whole dish exceptional! We also had a starter of shaved fennel served over seaweed and dressed with spices and herbs. I normally don't like seaweed, so I was prepared to dislike the dish, but the seaweed was unlike any I've ever had: so mild in flavor, yet with a salty umami taste that was then paired with a ever-so-slightly hot burst of jalapeño. Just wow! I gobbled down the entire serving! The meal was accompanied by fantastic bread which allowed me to soak up all of the sauces and leave not single trace of food on any of the plates they presented us with. We especially appreciated having a vegetarian menu option. Good vegetarian food is so hard to find when eating out in France. This was far better than anything we've had any where else in France (and we've been to most of the veggie and vegan places in Paris). The space is so welcoming: upscale but not stiff or stuffy, with friendly and knowledgeable staff who provided the most excellent table-side experience.

11/05/2026: A truly wonderful experience at La Régence. We had a delightful time. The welcome was warm, the service attentive, and the food delicious. The chef, a true master of sauces, perfectly enhances the dishes with refined and flavorful sauces. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in the cooking. And for lovers of gastronomy and art, the dining room is magnificent, with an elegant and charming ambiance that makes the experience even more enjoyable. A truly wonderful restaurant in Trouville-sur-Mer that we will gladly return to.

09/05/2026: The food was decent (whelks and periwinkles were unseasoned but the mayonnaise was good, and the langoustines were slightly overcooked), the seafood was very fresh, and the dishes were decent, classic and well-made, without any surprises. We were expecting a quiet atmosphere, but unfortunately, the dining room was very noisy with a group that prompted us to skip dessert and leave. We were a little disappointed because there seemed to be a lack of creativity in the cuisine, except perhaps for the lobster gratin, which was good.

23/05/2026: We had a reserved table in the back, in a quiet spot. The welcome was warm, the service quick, and the food excellent. The oysters were delicious, and the mussels in creamy onion sauce were amazing! The fisherman's platter was fantastic. We had a wonderful time. Thank you to the waitress for her attentive service.
