19/11/2025: Shameful! Saturday night! Only one bourride available! At 9:30 pm, you see the waitresses with their arms crossed, waiting for us to leave. A disgrace. And the dishes, like the salmon, were very, very mediocre.

17/09/2024: Un restaurant a ne surtout pas manquer à Sainte Marie de la Mer . Belle terrasse ombragée. Un accueil chaleureux , une cuisine de très grande qualité avec des produits extrats le tout très bien présenté. Un très bon rapport qualité prix.

13/09/2024: De Barcelona a Francia: ¡Qué experiencia tan increíble vivimos en Perpiñan! La comida en ese restaurante fue espectacular, los platos estaban muy bien presentados y el ambiente cerca del mar nos hizo sentir como en casa, recordándonos mucho a la Costa Brava. Los camareros fueron muy simpáticos y amables. Sin duda, cada vez que pasemos por Perpiñan o la zona, volveremos a visitar este restaurante. ¡Gracias por todo!

10/12/2025: The antique interior and wine list for 1 person were great. The food had a strong acidity and flavors like clover and ginger. I had the 5-course caviar pairing, and the meal lasted over 3 and a half hours. I had champagne and cochise as side dishes, and was planning to have Burgundy with the main course, but I was full after 3 and a half hours, so I passed on the Rouge wine. Was the entree the best dish? It was scallops. The main course was beeswax-wrapped beef, and I really didn't like it. The spinach sauté garnish was also... And for dessert, there was kiwi compote decorated with meringue and cheesecake with basil sauce, which was served with petit fours, and the dessert was really... the kiwi was very acidic, and among the petit fours, the raspberry chocolate? was very acidic. I was so disappointed with the dessert that I washed it down with Michalak and Sicilianac that I had bought at the hotel.

08/12/2025: Everything was delicious and refined, with a variety of flavors and textures. Each dish had its own personality. I opted for the blind tasting of the five courses and loved everything: the oyster, the trout, the quail, the pre-dessert… I was slightly less impressed by the kiwi dessert, which was delicious but didn't surprise me. Bravo! I've rarely been so thrilled by every dish.

16/11/2025: We received a warm welcome at the Brasserie du Col. We enjoyed the dishes: beef tartare – nicely seasoned, scallops, and sea bream fillet. Delicious. The service was impeccable and friendly.

The dishes are refined, generous, and perfectly executed; the service is attentive without being intrusive; and the warm welcome immediately sets the tone for a place you'll want to return to. The setting is elegant and inviting, making the experience all the more enjoyable. A restaurant that combines quality, authenticity, and professionalism. A sure bet in Toulouse!

05/12/2025: A very good gourmet restaurant. The welcome and service were warm and unpretentious. We opted for the four-course tasting menu with wine pairings. The dishes were flavorful, delicate, and authentic. The desserts were well-balanced and not too sweet. We had a wonderful evening.
