09/09/2024: Excellent welcome, impeccable room, well-equipped common room, good breakfast and as a bonus a restaurant with an original formula with dishes worthy of a gourmet restaurant.

07/09/2024: Un concept tout à fait surprenant mais c'est excellent. En effet, il est un peu déroutant de se rendre dans un restaurant sans en connaître le menu ou les plats qui seront servis. La dernière fois que nous nous y étions rendus, il s'agissait d'un restaurant "normal" avec carte et tous les plats étaient excellents nous avons donc tenté l'expérience. Que savons nous lors de notre réservation ? Uniquement qu'il s'agira d'un repas à base de produits de la mer et de produits locaux (on nous demande également nos éventuelles allergies et intolérances alimentaires). Alors oui je me répète c'est assez étrange d'être assis à une table sans savoir ce qui va être servi. Le service est impeccable. Nous avons opte pour l'accord mets/vins se marie parfaitement. On présente les vins avant les plats ce qui nous laisse le temps d'imaginer ce qui va être servi. Les plats étaient tout simplement excellents, très bien présentés. Un régal pour les yeux et le palais. Nous avons très bien mangé et avons été agréablement surpris par l'addition (pour 2 avec les menus, les accords 3 vins, cafés et digestif : 120 euros). Dorénavant plus une seule hésitation à y aller les yeux fermés.

10/12/2024: Unbeatable value for money, 15€ for the daily formula (starter, main course, dessert + 1 green of red wine included) Otherwise, excellent à la carte dishes too (lax ravioli are killer) I recommend ++, one of the best restaurants in the area! I stop by from time to time for work, always welcomed even after 1 p.m., always with a brief smile, a lunchtime staple when I'm in the Drôme!

Les prix sont vraiment compétitifs Un vrai plaisir de faire une pause dans cet établissement 👌 Nous reviendrons encore !!!!!! Je ne peux que conseiller cet endroit😉

08/09/2024: Purely exceptional. I booked for my wife's birthday. Tasty, seasonal cuisine, with local products, a beautiful presentation and impeccable service. Not to mention the little birthday candle on the dessert and the relaxed atmosphere of the room where you feel at ease. In summary: what a joy, we will come back! Thanks for everything.
