22/08/2026: A truly beautiful establishment nestled between Place du Salin and Les Carmes. The cuisine is seasonal and local, with creative yet perfectly executed and balanced combinations. Every dish on our tasting menu was spot-on. The service is professional and pleasant, and the presentation is done with passion. The same goes for the wines, with a lovely selection from very small vineyards.

19/08/2026: A place I particularly love in Toulouse, and one I was delighted to return to last night. I'd been there before, and it's always a real pleasure: refined cuisine, excellent ingredients, and a lovely atmosphere. You feel comfortable there, the food is delicious, and you leave wanting to come back. A truly wonderful Toulouse restaurant that I wholeheartedly recommend. ✨

12/07/2026: Great experience last night; the beer menu changed very regularly and was well-priced; you could watch sporting events; and healthy food was available in addition to sandwiches :) All this with a smile from the servers!

Despite the small menu, the dishes are good and generous, with a lovely variety of fresh and flavorful ingredients 🥰 The large slices of wholemeal toast are delicious, and the highlight of everything is the magical drink – ginger lemon kombucha, pure bliss in the middle of a heatwave! 13/08/2026: First reservation and very satisfied with this culinary experience. The setting, nestled at the foot of the cathedral, is very peaceful for the city center. Our server was friendly and the timing between aperitifs and the main courses was well managed. As for the meal, the cuisine was exquisite. It was delicious and, above all, very generous. In short, a must-try. We will be back.

Impeccable service, quality homemade cuisine, and very reasonable prices. We recommend it without hesitation. Remember to book; we were lucky to get a table that lunchtime.

03/06/2026: A real gem! My wife, son, and I came yesterday and had a wonderful time. In my opinion, this is a clearly underrated spot that deserves to be better known. From the moment you walk in, you truly feel transported to Morocco. The ambiance, the decor, and especially the authentic flavors of the dishes take you on a journey. Everything was delicious, generous, and prepared with care. The staff is particularly attentive and caring throughout the meal, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Special mention goes to the typical Moroccan breakfasts, served continuously all day long—a real bonus! They offer specialties not found in most Moroccan restaurants, such as khlia (dried beef), and a special mention for the amlou cheesecake. An authentic, warm, and family-run establishment that I wholeheartedly recommend. We will definitely be back! 🇲🇦✨

25/05/2026: Tajin was Okay but the Couscous dish wasn't Tasty, it needs to be optimized and a lot of spices. The meat was however good and tender.

30/08/2026: It's hard not to go back to Mina's; everything is homemade, from tacos to traditional and oriental dishes (couscous, tagine, fish, tabbouleh, pastilla...). Takeout is recommended; it's faster.

27/08/2026: To start, the parking lot is excellent, paved, easy to access and maneuver. Then, the welcome: It's top-notch and immediately puts you in the right frame of mind. Toilets and showers: IMPECCABLE AND CLEAN. The meal and waitresses/waitresses: Excellent quality meal at a great price, quick service, and very friendly. The owner is very nice and creates a lively atmosphere, but he could have put Canal+ on for the match (just kidding). He'll recognize me. See you soon at this inn, which I highly recommend...

22/07/2026: The owner is very nice; I always come here for their Nanjing-style braised pork knuckle rice. This time I tried the "Family Feast" and found it to be very delicious as well. I highly recommend their large pork knuckle, which is very similar to the braised pork in traditional southern Chinese noodles. ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥🙏🏻🙏🏻

06/09/2026: A pleasant place with live music on Saturday nights. The portions are generous and delicious. I had the couscous with mechoui and merguez sausage, and it was absolutely fantastic.

29/08/2026: We visited the restaurant on two consecutive nights towards the end of our holiday, and we really, really enjoyed it. Everything was great, from the service to the environment to the food to the drink, and our family of four were very smitten and wanted to continue going! In fact, I said to the owners that we would be back tomorrow; however, I had forgotten that we were going home the next day 😔 However, we will definitely be coming back to L'Escale Restaurant because everything about it was wonderful. From the staff to the food to the coffee, the placement, the ease of getting to it from where our apartment was, everything. The gentleman owner is very, very friendly, humorous, and warm, and his beautiful, helpful and kind wife was more than happy to help us. They spoke excellent English throughout, as well as the most perfect French, of course. We will be back for sure, but I am sad that I did say to them that we would be back the next day... I am stupid, I confess 😊

16/08/2026: This review is for Arab and Muslim customers. This restaurant treats women wearing headscarves with racism and disrespect. My daughter and I entered the restaurant; there was no one at the door, and almost all the tables inside were empty. We headed towards a table that seated six people when someone shouted angrily, "Hello! Hello! Hello! This is a restaurant, not McDonald's!" We are not used to this kind of treatment in any European or Arab country we have visited as tourists, or even in the beloved UAE where we reside.

16/08/2026: Had a delicious meal, super friendly staff, wanted to sit in a different spot and that was no problem. Definitely worth repeating!

27/08/2026: Unfortunately, the opening hours on the website are incorrect, so after an hour's walk we found ourselves standing in front of a locked door.
