17/03/2026: An exquisite address that's well worth the effort: you have to venture off the beaten path to reach it (reservations required!). Once inside, you feel like you're in someone's home, surrounded by a few tables and the owner, who seems to have been waiting for you forever. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and not just because the stove is roaring: the other diners clearly understand the culinary performance unfolding before them. The experience is truly exceptional: from the zucchini soup, where the classic "Mémé" blue cheese easily wins the day, to the truffade – a must-try – and its gargantuan platter of charcuterie, intended for two, which could easily feed half a rugby team. You'll have to restrain yourself from choosing among the numerous homemade and nostalgic desserts, each vying for your attention with its deliciousness, starting with the pear charlotte. The red wine is crisp, the bill unbeatable, and the moment truly timeless.

30/10/2025: Overall, the food is pretty good. However, the prices are high for this type of cuisine. A croziflette made with 50% cream isn't exceptional, and meat cooked to a medium-rare instead of rare isn't ideal either. Regarding the service, there are areas for improvement. Responding with "yes" doesn't give a very professional impression, especially considering the price of the service. Furthermore, the welcome leaves something to be desired: no one seats us, so we have to sit alone. There's no drinks menu, which makes the prices mysterious until the bill. For example, €3.40 for a simple syrup is quite surprising. The atmosphere, however, is limited: only two high tables with chairs that are too small, which isn't very comfortable for eating. The tables are also too small, which further complicates the experience. If the dishes were offered at €10, I would have nothing to complain about, but at that price, it's excessive.

20/04/2026: Beautiful, incredible evening! Laure is an incredible person... This hotel is a ray of sunshine, as sweet as chocolate, waking me up on a good day, fresh from the pillow on a Friday, after a week overflowing with philanthropic love. A joyous, good heavens!

The food was of exceptional quality, with expertly prepared and beautifully presented ingredients. The service was top-notch, attentive, and highly professional from start to finish. All this in a stunning setting, ideal for sharing a convivial moment with a group. And to top it all off: unbeatable value for money. A place I wholeheartedly recommend!
