16/10/2026: We were pleasantly surprised by this establishment because, for our first time, the food was simply prepared with fresh, local ingredients and presented in a visually appealing way before even reaching the palate. I'm eager to introduce this place to my friends and family. The service was equally delightful.

28/08/2026: Positive points: Beautiful interior and exterior setting. A tour of the premises was offered. Welcoming staff. Very good pizzas. Points for improvement: Small parking lot for customers. Children's drinks were paid for with the set menu but never served after three reminders within two hours of our visit. The children were disappointed. We waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for our food, even though only five tables were occupied when we arrived. The meat served was too sinewy and the cut didn't match the traditional Italian dish described. Coffee was requested twice but never brought, although it was listed on the bill. We had to ask for it to be removed when paying. There were five of us eating. The restaurant offered no compensation. Unfortunately, we won't be returning... What a shame! We discussed all these points with the gentleman who served us to improve the service. He apologized, explaining that he is usually in the kitchen.

The cuisine is remarkable, prepared with top-quality local products—with a special mention for the generous tartiflette. The interior decor is warm and inviting, creating an authentic and convivial mountain atmosphere. The establishment also boasts a lovely terrace that must be particularly pleasant on sunny summer days. It's also a great stop for cyclists exploring the region, making it an ideal route before climbing to the Mont Revard viewpoint. A perfect address for lovers of wide-open spaces and authentic gastronomy.

26/10/2026: So good we went back the next day! I was down in the south of France on holiday with friends and came across Chez Alex et Lucie after a quick search for seafood restaurants in Bouzigues. We decided to try our luck for lunch without a reservation and were warmly welcomed by the owner. From the outset, the experience was delightful. The owner took the time to explain the specials and fish of the day in English, which was much appreciated. And the food was absolutely superb. Quite possibly the best oysters I've ever eaten, wonderful shellfish platters to start, and beautifully prepared fish for our main courses. The restaurant itself has a lovely atmosphere — relaxed, welcoming and full of character, with attentive, friendly service that makes you feel genuinely looked after. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we booked a table for dinner the following evening. And I'm delighted to say that the second visit was every bit as good as the first. Wonderful food, excellent service and that same lovely atmosphere. We ate at several places during our stay, but Chez Alex et Lucie was the standout. If you're visiting Bouzigues and looking for somewhere to enjoy exceptional seafood, I couldn't recommend it more highly. A real gem, and somewhere I'll certainly return to.

18/09/2026: Españoles, si tenéis morriña este es vuestro restaurante! The food is more than delicious. Our family and friends have: tortilla, pulp, empanada, different meat dishes and pancakes, some delicious dishes, santiago tarta and arroz con leche. The price is valid and correct for all Spanish products. The service is pleasant, very educated and so to do. De verdad, tenéis que ir, nosotros repetiremos! For the French too, you will make a very nice discovery! This new restaurant not to be missed, offers you Spanish dishes, I recommend the empanada, the octopus and the tortilla among others, the rice pudding is killer. You won't be disappointed! One small but very important detail: if there are Spaniards in the restaurant, it's because the food is good—we miss them!

28/09/2026: We received a very warm welcome, the blueberry beer was delicious, we had a salad that was bursting with flavor, very generous, and the homemade dressing was amazing. The homemade blueberry tart for dessert was a real treat. I highly recommend this restaurant.

27/09/2026: They were already closed, but I was still allowed to use the restroom and even got something to drink. I can't comment on the food, but the service was very friendly.

03/10/2026: Lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Friendly service and delicious food. A very tender hanger steak, a perfectly crispy savory Paris-Vest. The desserts (a Pavlova) were to die for.
