05/05/2026: Hello I wanted to give the restaurant itself 5 stars: the service, the welcome, the quality of the food—I'm always delighted to dine with you. However, I wish to report the mistreatment of your two geese over the years. Several of us customers believe this and find it unacceptable. Your geese are kept in a tiny enclosure with only a sheet of metal for shelter, and stagnant, greenish water that is never cleaned serves as their drinking trough. They are clearly miserable and lack space. In fact, they seem very aggressive when approached, which is understandable given their environment. I know someone who could take them in and who has other animals, offering them a peaceful retirement in an ethical setting that suits them. We can speak if you are willing to find a solution for them and if you genuinely love animals enough to keep them. It's a shame, as this is the only negative point.

25/05/2026: An absolute must in Paris! Our culinary experience here was truly a wonderful journey and one we will never forget. We were greeted by smiling team members and escorted to our private table on the top floor, with one of the most beautiful views in Paris (Eiffel Tower to the right and Sacré-Cœur to the left). Our tasting menu with wine pairing was the best meal I've ever had in Paris. Dinner on the rooftop overlooking the sparkling Eiffel Tower was simply dreamy. The team is incredibly attentive and makes you feel completely at ease. A huge THANK YOU for this unforgettable experience at L'Oiseau Blanc!

04/06/2026: A wonderful discovery in Lorient! The restaurant is calm, intimate, and tastefully decorated. The ambiance transports you as soon as you walk in, and the welcome was particularly warm, with genuine simplicity and humility. The cheese naans were excellent. My partner chose the Butter Chicken and thoroughly enjoyed it: the sauce was mild and slightly sweet, and the chicken was perfectly cooked, incredibly tender and melt-in-your-mouth. I had the Shahi Korma shrimp, and it was a real treat. The shrimp were plentiful and generously served, which is far from always the case in some restaurants. The sauce was delicate, fragrant, and perfectly balanced. We had a wonderful time and will gladly return. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to all lovers of Indian cuisine!
