05/07/2025: If you're passing through Chartres and want to eat a pizza at the foot of the Cathedral, stop at La Passacaille. They're certainly too humble to say they're world champions. The dough is exceptional, and all the customers around me agree that they're excellent. We also tried the tarte tatin and the tiramisu... we absolutely don't regret not resisting the temptation.
23/06/2025: Disappointed with the change of ownership. Sloppy pizzas, really poor service, 2 order errors. In short, we won't be going back.

09/01/2025: Very nice gastronomic place.
A cuisine always very elaborate with regional products. The chef's passion is felt in each dish offered.
The room in a cozy and intimate atmosphere allows you to fully appreciate a pleasant gastronomic moment.
24/12/2024: We were asked to arrive at 12:10 p.m., on time we had to wait almost 10 minutes before someone came to see us. We ask for champagne as an aperitif, without a menu they bring us a bottle that we did not choose. For the wine, the sommelier asks us which wines we want (isn't that the role of a sommelier to advise) we go for a Chablis and a St Joseph, same no menu and they bring us bottles at random without us specify the origin and the owner.
Otherwise excellent meal from every point of view.
I find it a shame that for a Michelin-starred restaurant we were not offered a wine list.

27/01/2025: Refined cuisine. Pleasant service. A cozy but not stuffy atmosphere. Normal prices for an establishment of this quality. We can't wait for spring, let's go back and enjoy the shade of the beech parasol.

Beautiful decoration, white tablecloths, perfect service with the kindness of the owner, succulent dishes, perfect wines, in short what more can I say... nothing because everything is great... It’s good to feel so well received… well done, keep it up, we’ll definitely come back… and just a little wink, enjoy your next shooting stars in Marrakech 😉
08/08/2024: Didn't make a reservation but were immediately seated outside on the terrace. Small menu but enough variety. The dishes themselves were simple but super tasty, with fresh ingredients and, above all, very fair prices. Good wine list and very friendly, personal service. I would recommend everyone to visit this restaurant.

25/08/2024: Merci pour ce super moment passé ! Nous avons réservé une table avec mon copain durant notre séjour dans la région et nous avons découvert une véritable pépite ! En plus du charme atypique, vous allez réveillé vos papilles. Pour avoir déjà mangé dans un restaurant avec un chef étoiles je peux vous confirmer que la cuisine est signe d'un chef étoilé bravo ! Le propriétaire et la serveuse sont très gentils ! Nous avons eu droit au digestif offert. Nous nous sommes régalés ! Je valide à 100% et je recommande !!!!
11/08/2024: Après une nuit quasiment à la belle étoile, nous (famille de 5) avons commandé et pris un superbe petit déjeuner .
Le patron est extrêmement sympathique et efficace. Merci à lui !

09/07/2024: Peu de choix au restaurant, ce qui est plutôt un critère de qualité. Nous n’avons pas été déçus ! Une cuisine originale et raffinée, des portions bien calculées et la gentillesse du service en prime! Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute.

18/09/2024: We had an exceptional time during our two stays at the Ritter'hoft, one in winter and the other in summer. The rooms are impeccably equipped, offering quality bedding that guarantees peaceful nights.
The hotel stands out for its calm, cleanliness and comfort, creating an atmosphere conducive to relaxation.
The breakfast and restaurant are simply remarkable, featuring top quality products.
What struck us the most was the incredible hospitality of the Ritter'hoft team. We really feel like home.
The warm, family atmosphere adds a touch of conviviality which appealed to us.
We recommend this establishment wholeheartedly, but remember to book in advance to guarantee your place.

27/07/2024: What a discovery, as my son said, you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. The owner is Italian and speaks Spanish perfectly as well as French and English. They are super attentive and detailed. Very good professionals. The food is delicious, in fact we went back both nights we were in the area.
