16/05/2026: My partner and I were passing through Toulouse and decided to stop at Silex & Fourchette on our way to our holiday destination. What's more, since my partner is gluten intolerant, this restaurant was perfect! Excellent cuisine made with fresh, 100% gluten-free ingredients, and a warm welcome from the staff. A truly great find! I highly recommend it and we'll gladly return if we're ever in the area again.

The set menu of 6 Fine de Claire oysters (size 3) with a glass of organic Chardonnay for €14.50 is simply perfect. Ultra-fresh oysters, a very well-chosen wine, and excellent value for money.
A simple, friendly, and efficient place—I highly recommend it.

04/04/2026: Incredible! The terrace is magnificent, with an amazing view. The place is very clean, and the staff is lovely—smiling and efficient. We had a "complete" (a local dish), truly authentic! Afterwards, a DJ played vinyl records on the sunny terrace. I loved this afternoon.

Truly a welcoming place ✨ It's often forgotten, but it's a cozy spot, beautifully decorated, dog-friendly, and has a very chill atmosphere ☀️ I highly recommend it!

The service was impeccable, attentive, and pleasant from beginning to end, all within a warm and inviting atmosphere. A truly great find that I wholeheartedly recommend!
19/05/2026: We had a wonderful time at brunch. The place is cozy, the exterior is lovely and well-maintained (it makes you want to eat outside). The dishes were delicious and the prices weren't excessive for the quality of the brunch (€29). There's a choice of several starters and main courses, but everything looked good; the hardest part was choosing! Apparently, the menu changes about once a month, which will give us a reason to come back. In short, I recommend it for a pleasant Sunday lunchtime 😊

28/06/2026: Most flavorful food during our Paris vacation! The staff was extremely friendly and the food came out fast. Worth finding if you are visiting the Eiffel Tower. Location also has AC so it made the meal even more enjoyable!
