18/05/2026: Excellent restaurant, the chef's cuisine is a delight, the ingredients are top quality. Finally, a perfectly seasoned steak tartare—no need for Tabasco! The Périgord salad with duck gizzards is delicious. As for the chocolate mousse with Espelette pepper made by Madame, it's on par with Monsieur's cooking—delicately flavorful! Thank you for this wonderful culinary experience, and we wish you a well-deserved holiday.

07/07/2026: This restaurant was a wonderful surprise! The staff is fantastic, the owner is great, and the atmosphere is lovely. We went for lunch on a Sunday; the terrace is shaded, and it's right next to the market. The food is home-style and excellent (the owner's wife and daughter are in the kitchen), and the confit pork is to die for. The owner recommended it so well that we all ordered it. And we weren't disappointed. A big thank you to the whole team from the tour guides! We'll definitely be back!

27/04/2026: A wonderful time spent at Maison Bertrand. The setting is superb, both elegant and welcoming, with a timeless charm reminiscent of beautiful traditional homes. You immediately feel at home. The cuisine is perfectly executed, generous, and full of flavor, with high-quality ingredients showcased to perfection. Special mention goes to the remarkable wine list, thoughtfully curated and offering some truly excellent selections. But beyond the food, it's also the warm welcome, the service, and that genuine "old-school class" that make all the difference. A place you'll enjoy returning to, and one I recommend without hesitation. I hope the Michelin Guide will be more generous, as the two stars are well-deserved.
