29/08/2024: Enfin un restaurant où on ne propose pas un steak frites et des nuggets aux enfants ! Le menu est le même que pour les adultes et franchement toute la famille se régale, c’est fin et généreux. A l’image du propriétaire qui est d’une grande convivialité, on adore !!

28/12/2025: We came two nights in a row during our vacation with our dog, and the staff were very welcoming (a special mention to the waitress who speaks Italian 🇮🇹). The chef even came by at the end of our meal to check that everything was alright – truly a great touch! The prices are reasonable, and the dishes are really delicious, homemade, and generous. A truly excellent place to eat.

The burger sauces are amazing. The burgers are substantial and generous. My favorite is the pepper burger. The fries are crispy and piping hot. One of the best burgers I've ever had. 19/01/2026: We were in Nice for a month and to our luck Le Bistronome was in our neighborhood. Wonderful food, outstanding service. The Rhum baba desert is 10 stars. Such a nice host. One of the most memorable places I've eaten at in many a moon.

29/11/2025: We'd been wanting to try this restaurant for ages! I don't know why we didn't make the time sooner?! What a wonderful discovery! A warm and inviting atmosphere, impeccable and welcoming service, and sophisticated and delicious cuisine. 5 stars for the red mullet fillet and the "Tarte of the Five Senses," the house specialty for the past 10 years, and now we know why 🤩. We'll definitely be back!

03/12/2025: So pleased we stopped here. Having arrived early, the restaurant was quiet, but very quickly filled up, so booking is advised. The owner was incredibly friendly and spoke great English. He was very happy to talk through the menu and the provenance of the regional produce, a lot of which is organic. Cannot recommend this restaurant more, excellent crepes with excellent service. We look forward to returning on another trip to the area.

From the "Georgette," a delicious dessert crêpe to savor by the fireplace, to the caramelized onion crêpe, we can't say enough good things... The ingredients are of the highest quality. Thank you so much for this wonderful shared experience.

20/01/2026: Thanks to a waitress who understood us and spoke a little Spanish, we were able to find out what the dishes were, since the menu wasn't in our language... and we're so close!

10/01/2026: We had lunch with the family on a Saturday, and it's worth noting that they had a weekend menu, which was much appreciated. The restaurant is located in the center of Carcassonne and has a very pleasant and welcoming decor that blends rustic and modern elements. The dishes on the menu were beautifully presented and prepared. We didn't find anything we didn't like. The service was excellent, although we had a little trouble understanding each other at first, but that didn't detract from the overall experience.
