Deserves a Michelin star, even if the friendly atmosphere is absolutely not "fussy" and is intended to be simple. In short, the perfect restaurant!
Refined food, regularly updated menu, A couple of adorable enthusiasts who know how to advise you, really nice waitress.
You won't know what a good restaurant is until you've been to Ô Tablier.

15/09/2024: One of the best addresses around Ventoux.
Everything is in the image of the chef and her husband who is in the dining room: very warm welcome, cozy atmosphere, warm decor, very well presented dishes and inventive cuisine, consistency in quality, everything is homemade with quality local products .
Little touches at the start of the meal with savory treats (even if you don't have an aperitif), appetizer and after dessert, sweet petits fours. All homemade.
Same attention at lunchtime if you take the daily menu.
More than reasonable prices, we leave this restaurant delighted to have had a good time and looking forward to coming back soon.

This restaurant is very cosy. A few nice tables, great view at the back of the restaurant.
Staff and service was very nice.
It looks like they recently changed location, since another restaurant a few doors down has the same name but closed down. I nearly got the wrong place and was about to walk away when someone pointed to the right location.

I loved the decoration with canvases hanging from the ceiling.
21/09/2024: Excellent menu at a more than fair price. With excellent wine pairing. Fine dining at its best. The restaurant deserves a Michelin star. Or several Gault Millau toques. Unfortunately it is a bit hidden and away from the tourist routes on the edge of the old town of Vannes. We discovered it by chance through a Google search. Absolute recommendation for very good food in a nice, unpretentious environment. I liked it better than the highly praised ArMenDu, which celebrated its class a bit too much.

19/09/2024: Local petit mais très chaleureux, ambiance très soignée mais pas surchargée. Très bon accueil. Nous avons mangé des pizza, la pâte était excellente! La garniture de bonne qualité et bonne quantité, et aussi là sans excéder. Les desserts, glace au pistache et cheesecake avec coulis aux fruits rouges, étaient très bons aussi (pas faits maison mais de qualité, et copieux).
La commande est passée rapidement, même si c´était un samedi soir et le restaurant était plain. Et enfin, ce n´était pas cher !
On reviendra sûrement. Merci!

19/08/2024: Superb discovery of this small restaurant nestled in the heart of Bugey. An explosion of flavors and textures at reasonable prices, especially for a restaurant that has had a Michelin bib for several years!
A very fine wine list and a wide and very appreciable selection of wines by the glass, and very judicious advice on the subject provided by the hostess, who does not hesitate to spend time to advise you on your choices.
A setting halfway between tradition and modernity, just like the contents of the plate!
The menu is changed regularly, with the possibility of opting for a surprise menu, which I will certainly choose for our next visit. Thank you again for your welcome and for the associated picnic! ;-)
