17/07/2026: On July 14, 2026, I placed an order on your website around 8:15 PM. I received a message indicating a delivery between 8:45 PM and 9:15 PM. At 9:30 PM, there was still no delivery. I called you and informed you that you only had one driver and that he was overwhelmed. I listened and waited. At 10:15 PM, there was still no delivery. I called you again, and this time you told me you were out of crème fraîche and therefore unable to deliver. I received a message canceling my order, and to top it all off, I was removed from my order! I went to the store the next day to get a refund and express my dissatisfaction to the manager. This explains my one-star rating. I absolutely do not recommend your service.

27/08/2026: I was recently in Sardinia; the pizza there was just so-so. The pizzas from La Base were perfect, smelling delicious and perfectly topped. With a large glass of Birra Moretti, it was pure bliss! Highly recommended.

27/08/2026: While on holiday in Normandy, we decided to have some pizzas. They were absolutely fantastic, both the pizzas and the service! The lady who served us was incredibly kind; we appreciated her warm welcome and the fact that she took the time to chat with her customers. As for the pizzas, they were very generously topped and delicious—we couldn't finish them! They even offered to let us take the leftovers home, which is quite unusual. The Bretons thank you, and we won't hesitate to come back again!

30/08/2026: The pizzas come in two sizes; the smaller ones (28cm) are more than enough, even for someone with a big appetite like me. They're good, but not exceptional. Very good dessert. The wine list doesn't list the vintages, which is a shame. Air-conditioned dining room.

23/08/2026: We were in Vichy for a long weekend and stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. The food was absolutely delicious! The ingredients were fresh and high-quality. The menu isn't extensive, but the selection is exceptionally good. We had pizza and pasta.

14/08/2026: Thanks to a special offer, I had received 2 free waffles, and several times when I asked for my prize, the young man was very unpleasant to me and refused to give them to me, even though it was clearly shown on my loyalty account that I could take them…

13/08/2026: Very quick service! A nice little seating area and a good breakfast (three-chocolate Liège waffle €6.50 and a large café au lait €4.50). It's a shame the coffee is made in an automatic machine and not freshly squeezed, and the pre-made waffles are simply reheated. We still had a good time, though.
