07/08/2026: Hello. I came on Sunday, August 2nd, 2026, at 1:00 PM for lunch with friends (whom I met through a charming lady). WHAT A SURPRISE!!! A magical place... bathed in bright summer sunshine, under a generous vine, brimming with promise of a future harvest of (Italian) grapes, and which, of course, hints at what's to come... The cuisine is just like the setting; incredible. A concise menu, fine ingredients, flavors, colors... a "presentation" (without any pretense) of the dishes that makes you want to do nothing but taste... to savor... So, don't give up!!! Bravo to the chef who guides you... what more can I say? Nothing, except the immense pleasure of discovering such incredible places!!!... and to Melrand. Thank you to everyone... for this suspended moment in the shade of the vine. Patrick M.

04/08/2026: Excellent restaurant! We came as a group of four with our small dog and received a very warm welcome. The owner single-handedly handled everything from serving and taking orders to cooking, with impressive efficiency. The meat was excellent, perfectly cooked. He's also very friendly and accommodating, offering a complimentary digestif at the end of our meal. A truly wonderful place that we highly recommend!

05/08/2026: So how can I leave a review for this restaurant without exaggerating? Not easy, because it's truly excellent! Alban is a chef like few others... So if you have the chance and the restaurant isn't fully booked, go for the best quality, enjoy yourself, and you'll surely leave with a big smile! The Maroilles tart is my absolute favorite, as are the spiced lamb and the curried fish. Enjoy your meal!

25/07/2026: Alban is very friendly yet respectful. His cooking is worthy of a top restaurant, using fresh, seasonal ingredients. And the prices are very reasonable. One of the best in Autun.

02/09/2026: The setting and service are very pleasant! The pizzas did indeed look very good, but since I was craving pasta, I ordered squid ink pasta with prawns and I must admit I was disappointed… 3 prawns (which arrived cold) for an €18 dish, and pasta that was rather ordinary in my opinion.

21/08/2026: We had a great time! The burrata was delicious, and we tried several different pizzas -everything was fresh, original, and made to a really high standard. You can tell there’s a lot of attention to detail and quality in everything they do. The team was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they even offered us a drink on the house, which was such a nice touch. Great food, great people, and a place that really cares about what it serves. Definitely recommend!

16/07/2026: Excellent meal. The small, shaded terrace was a welcome respite from the summer heat. The dishes were very good, with a special mention for the Blue Cheese Panna Cotta. I highly recommend this place!

04/08/2026: Passing through Mourenx for the Terraventura theme park, we stopped at Crazy Canard and we're so glad we did. The dishes are homemade with fresh ingredients and the service is fantastic. I highly recommend it.

05/09/2026: Excellent restaurant!! I'd been wanting to go for ages, having walked past it so many times. And I wasn't disappointed!! It's hard to choose because the whole menu looks so tempting. The restaurant itself is very welcoming with a slightly old-fashioned, chic atmosphere (in my opinion, and I love it!). We enjoyed our meal so much and were disappointed to have to choose that we'll definitely be back to try everything else!! And then, the icing on the cake, our waitress, Nour, was incredible. Attentive, helpful, and funny!! She truly added a lot to the quality of our evening!

We were delighted with the gourmet coffee, which was delicious and exceeded our expectations for a chain restaurant... Thank you to Pauline for her service and kindness.

30/08/2026: A very welcoming place, with very attentive servers. The food is very good and affordable thanks to the all-inclusive menu, even on Saturday evenings.
