21/09/2026: Everything was simply perfect. The humorous service was attentive to requests, unobtrusive yet prompt. The best part, of course, was the food: the Corsican appetizer was enough for two, the main course (lamb or veal) was tender and juicy, and the dessert and wine left nothing to be desired.

13/09/2026: We had a wonderful evening at this establishment. I highly recommend the menu. The service was perfect, as was the food. We were delighted, and when we return to Ajaccio, we will definitely eat at this lovely restaurant again.

16/10/2026: The Union Bar. Cotignac A cobbled square where enormous plane trees stand guard in the shade. Here, it's called the Cours, the place where all the recreations the world could dream of take place. Markets, flea markets, games of pétanque, the arrival of cycling races, weddings, funerals—everything begins and ends here! On either side, narrow streets like secret paths where everything fell asleep long ago. Have the shadows on their walls and vaults become reasonable? I don't think so! The visitor, with eyes wide open, feels the emotion of a thousand love stories, of a thousand everyday moments where time held little importance. Suffering and joy aren't written on the walls; they rush in through the closed shutters, like a breeze, refreshing moods, amplifying laughter, songs, fears, and tears in echoes. Oh! People speak loudly here. They don't want to risk not being heard. For serious matters, for laughter, everything is said aloud; even the sky joins in, warming bodies and calming minds. Above all, there are times that are respected: aperitifs, lunch, naps, a game of pétanque. Moments where everything comes together without hierarchy, but always, the heart has this benevolence that gives rise to fits of laughter and arguments, quickly forgotten. Everything is done with the same thought: tomorrow will be better! Up there, at the end of the courtyard, there's "the Union Bar." A wide terrace bordering the plane trees, a bar just big enough for cozy get-togethers. The chairs are red, the color of the struggle, which once noisily and until very late remade the world... but not too much! We like our routines here! The food is good, generous plates, quality ingredients with local herbs, and above all, a good dose of laughter. "There aren't any! The toilets are across the street, behind the building, they're the public restrooms." The answer to my question: "Where are the toilets, please?" Delivered with such confidence, such seriousness, that I couldn't help but believe this six-foot-tall waiter, a Lyonnais no less. There's a sense of another kind of humanity in this place, or rather, a heart whose only concern is to bring a little happiness to those who stop for a moment—a moment of pleasure, I might add! So, if your travels take you to Cotignac, go up the courtyard, on the right, to the Bar de l'Union (it's called), settle in, and savor a few minutes of bliss! The waiter will know who he is.

13/10/2026: Go there without hesitation. Very friendly servers, a great, welcoming atmosphere, and homemade food. Top-notch. I'd give it 11/10 if I could.

26/10/2026: Stumbled upon this spot and did not disappoint! Delicious, halal, fresh, fast service. Super busy on a weeknight evening so get there early. The manto was stand out, also had the kabobs!

30/08/2026: Go for it, they're delicious. It's excellent, well-cooked with bold flavors. Now that's real food, the taste is there!

30/10/2026: We had cheese soufflé, mushroom soufflé, and salted caramel soufflé. The sauce that came with the mushroom soufflé was delicious; it would be even better if a sauce was added to the cheese soufflé as well. The soufflés have a light and fluffy texture, but when you add the sauce and mix, they become creamy. It was a nice and different experience, worth trying at least once. However, I don't see it as a place I would return to. The ambiance and service are ordinary.

30/10/2026: We tried a mushroom and a cheese soufflé. The soufflés were quite puffy. This puffiness in main course soufflés reduces the flavor. I was looking for a more intense flavor. It would have been better if the cheese soufflé, like the mushroom soufflé, had a sauce to go with it. I wouldn't eat it again, but it was a nice dish to try once, I recommend it to those who haven't. Although I don't know its name, the mashed duck dish we had as an appetizer was very good, I would like to have it again. The caramel soufflé we had for dessert also had a puffy texture, not the classic consistency. Although it tasted good, I wouldn't have preferred it to have that consistency as a dessert. Overall, I'd say it's worth a visit once.

16/10/2026: La Fabrique des Étoiles is located on Place Candelade in Le Puy-en-Velay, a lively little square near the historic center. The restaurant offers homemade cuisine featuring regional products, such as Puy green lentils and Haute-Loire beef. The dishes are carefully prepared and beautifully presented. The menu offers a varied selection of meat and fish dishes, as well as daily specials like the delicate salad inspired by the Way of St. James. A set menu featuring the restaurant's classic dishes offers excellent value: we enjoyed the perfect egg with Puy green lentils, and the steak with port sauce, mashed potatoes, and baby vegetables—a real treat! To finish on a regional note, we opted for the cheese platter of four Auvergne cheeses: Saint-Nectaire, Cantal, Bleu d'Auvergne, and goat cheese, showcasing a perfect selection of products. A delightful place to discover homemade regional cuisine in a friendly atmosphere. The record crowd this Thursday evening, including many regulars, confirms the restaurant's excellent reputation. Reservations are essential. We booked online; it was quick and easy, so keep that in mind!

03/05/2026: Dinner for two at the Auberge du Bois Prin restaurant. Peaceful setting, a little removed from the center of Chamonix, with a beautiful view of Mont Blanc. Excellent cuisine featuring local and seasonal products with just the right flavors. Attentive service. All in all, a wonderful evening. I highly recommend it!

18/10/2026: We knew this restaurant before it moved to downtown Nancy, and it's always a pleasure to come here. If you're looking for a pleasant atmosphere infused with Tibetan culture, you've come to the right place! A truly relaxing and enjoyable experience.

11/10/2026: A lovely little restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious beef soup and a plate of momos, tasting just like in Nepal, and Japanese appetizers :). Cozy, friendly, good food, go for it!

28/08/2026: I visited on January 23rd, so imagine, only two shops and two restaurants were open 🤦. But... it was a great find! The pasta was absolutely delicious; after so many cookies, it tasted heavenly. The service was excellent, super friendly, attentive, and kind. Obviously, it was packed, but the value for money was fantastic. I travel by motorhome. Thanks, and happy travels! 🚐💪

24/07/2026: A must-visit if you're in Vagney, the pizzas are delicious. The pizza is perfectly made, the dough is perfect, absolutely divine, the sauce is unbeatable, the atmosphere is great, and the prices are reasonable. A big thumbs up to the chef.
