The beef steak of the day was cooked to perfection, tender, flavorful, and exactly what you’d hope for from a good steakhouse. The duck confit was equally well done, with rich flavor. To finish, the French toast was a standout, tbh it is one of the best I’ve had, striking the perfect balance of texture and sweetness. The service was also faultless, attentive without being intrusive.

21/04/2026: This place is an absolute gem on the culinary map of Carcassonne! ✨ While passing through the city, we were looking for somewhere reliable to eat – I had been checking reviews and photos online, but nothing could have prepared us for what we experienced. We arrived very hungry, so we decided to start with something quick… and already at that moment we knew we had found the perfect spot. The service? Exceptionally warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive – something you don’t come across every day. And my 9-year-old son? He said the crepe he had was the best anyone had ever made for him. That says it all! As for the main courses – they exceeded our expectations even more. We took our time choosing something “safe,” but eventually went for asparagus in a creamy parmesan sauce, grilled sea bass, and pizza… and it turned out to be a perfect choice! The dishes looked so delicious that we couldn’t wait – every bite felt like pure magic for our taste buds. We also tried a wonderful wine that complemented everything beautifully. We’re usually quite demanding when it comes to both taste and presentation, but this place truly has it all – and more. If you ever find yourself in Carcassonne, don’t hesitate for a second. 19/04/2026: We came for lunch today as a family with young children, and the servers were attentive and very pleasant. The dishes and pizzas were excellent, as were the desserts. The terrace is lovely, partially shaded, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors without being in direct sunlight. A truly great place to recommend.

The service is quick and efficient, without any unnecessary pressure. The owner welcomes you as if you were returning for the tenth time. The cook comes by too. It makes all the difference. Baked egg for a starter. Lamb shoulder for the main course. Almond tart for dessert. Nothing to change. The cooking is perfect. The seasonings are spot-on. You can tell it's a carefully crafted dish, not just a mechanical execution. The almond tart deserves special mention. Simple on paper. Perfect on the plate. The highlight is twofold: the taste and the welcome. It's rare to find both at this level. An address to remember without hesitation.

31/03/2026: Dans ce bourg tranquille, ce jeune couple d'origine lyonnaise, est venu là avec l'amour des plats mitonnés et la cuisine élaborée. Le menu, complet, diététique et cuisiné avec savoir, satisfera un gourmet (en saison:délicieuses sauces aux champignons); tout est maison. Le service est assuré et courtois. Le parking se fera à l'entour, voire sur la placette attenante.
