22/10/2026: I made a reservation for 6 to 8 people for my husband's 60th birthday. The owner, very stressed, told me that 8 at a time was the maximum allowed because the restaurant is small. Okay, I can understand that. I agreed to call back a few days before to confirm the exact number. And then, surprise, I was told it was impossible that I had made a reservation since the restaurant would be closed that Saturday, that I must be mistaken (as if you could get the date of a birthday party you're organizing wrong!!!). The owner got confused with his explanations and finally told me that he would put up a sign on the front door. So there I was, on the phone, and he was talking about a future notice on the door. Luckily I called, otherwise we would all have been left in front of a closed door—my husband, myself, and our guests—and no birthday party.

12/10/2026: Food was delicious! We had the lamb skewers couscous and chicken couscous. Ask for the traditional tea! Staff was friendly and welcoming. We sat outside and really enjoyed the atmosphere.

17/10/2026: We wanted to discover the chef through the tasting menu. A true marvel, the dishes were truly refined. We enjoyed the savory dishes more than the desserts. A minor point regarding the service, despite the general friendliness: they forgot to serve us the wine pairing with the first course, an oversight rectified with dessert. And I explicitly stated that I don't eat veal, lamb, or baby animals, yet I was served squab, being told it wasn't a young pigeon but a different species altogether 🤨. Well, I didn't say anything because the rest was very good, but I didn't touch the second course 😔, a little disappointed. We will gladly return and recommend it to our friends and family. The setting is very pretty and inviting, the only slight drawback being that the tables are quite close together. But definitely worth discovering.

08/09/2026: A restaurant I highly recommend!! The service is perfect and the food is excellent value for money. It's located at the top of the Polygone shopping center in Béziers and has underground parking, so parking is easy. The atmosphere is relaxed, and you can eat inside or outside. I'll definitely be back! 😉

I recommend the pizzas, the salads, and especially the goat cheese salad—a real treat! TeQuila is a local institution in the Pin de la Ligue district! You can go there without hesitation!
