15/09/2024: Bien mais des petits restaurants type bips gourmand méritent mieux leur étoile.
Un menu de base sans aucun choix et l impossibilité de recourir à la carte car elle ne présente que les mêmes plats que les menus qui ne conviennent pas à tout le monde ( ris de veau….) est ce raisonnable pour un étoilé! Pas de plat orienté végétarien une erreur à l heure actuelle.

25/06/2025: This is the second time we've come to this restaurant, and each time we order the 7-course tasting menu.
The food is delicious. Both refined and full of flavor.
The staff is attentive. Just to let you know, we came for my birthday, and I even got to leave with a Polaroid photo that the waitress kindly gave us in a beautiful envelope. This little touch was lovely.
I highly recommend it; it's an excellent spot tucked away in a small Parisian alleyway.
25/06/2025: This was my first "gourmet" restaurant with a 7-course tasting menu.
I wasn't disappointed; it was very, very good. The portions were just right. It was also varied, allowing for new flavors without overdoing it.
I went back a second time a year later for a birthday. Once again, it was excellent; the waitress kindly offered to take a Polaroid photo of us and created a superb decoration for dessert.
I highly recommend it!

Je suis une inconditionnelle des Chênes verts depuis des années et je ne sais pas pourquoi je n'ai jamais laissé d'avis !!!
tout y est toujours parfait...le cadre, l'accueil...un moment spécial à chaque foi :-)
Le chef nous prépare de mets délicieux qui nous ravissent les papilles...sans parler de son talent incomparable pour préparer les truffes !
Un grand merci pour tous ces bons moments.

08/09/2024: Superb taste experience in a small, intimate restaurant with perfect, friendly and discreet service.
The dishes offered are very fine and cooked with very fresh products. I made some great discoveries and enjoyed myself from start to finish, from the appetizers to the dessert, including the sake.
03/09/2024: A taste paradise. 12 place settings no more. I thought I knew Japanese cuisine and I didn't at all. Here we learn and discover unique flavors that are subtle and precisely crafted.
The value for money is largely correct when you taste these wonders.
All cooked before our eyes.
It’s an address that is in my favorites and even my top 10 without hesitation.

21/08/2024: Best service in Paris - couldn't be more helpful. Went for a quick dinner when staying locally for the Olympics. Owner and staff really helpful for everything- nothing too much trouble which is not always the case with Parisien service! 40 police officers were just finishing their meal as we arrived which is also a good sign if they go (and very safe!)
