The meat was cooked perfectly.
The beef was excellent.
It came with fries and a nice salad (with cucumber on top) 👌
The dessert was also very good.
Excellent value for money, especially considering the generous portions.
The menu was less than €20.
Nice atmosphere and decor, fairly quick service, no complaints.

26/04/2026: We had a wonderful evening at La Rotonde. The welcome was worthy of such a grand hotel. The service and the meal were impeccable. We dined upstairs overlooking the ground-floor dining room and the Promenade des Anglais. Afterwards, we visited the lobby and the bar, which are magnificent.
23/04/2026: A superb experience in a legendary setting; the €39 lunch menu offers unbeatable value. You are greeted with kindness and professionalism as soon as you enter the Negresco. Works of art abound between the reception area and the restaurant, where you are awaited with warmth and good cheer. The service is impeccable, with every member of staff dedicated to providing exceptional service. Pure excellence!

The spa treatment with a view of the snow-capped mountains was like a dream!
For the massage, I drew a color card that resonated with me; I really love the concept.
21/01/2026: I'm giving 4 stars for the service. We waited 15 minutes before being let in, and many people cut in front of us.
There were five of us.

I can't comment on the beer since I don't drink it, but the sodas were ice-cold and served in large glasses full of ice!

- Our space was occupied when we arrived, and we had to ask several times for it to be gradually vacated.
- The bar closes at 1:30 AM, even though the manager confirmed 2:00 AM in writing.
- Bar service until 10:30 PM, despite being verbally informed of 2:00 AM.

The bun is delicious and not at all heavy.
The burger recipes are excellent, made with high-quality ingredients.
The wait can sometimes be a little long, but it's worth it! The staff is lovely. A nice bonus: They offer a gluten-free option.

18/04/2026: Very good beer and fries, but the size of the empanadas was disappointing for the price and the humitas had an almost vanilla taste which was a bit surprising.

We enjoyed the food, although the bondiola could have been a bit spicier. The fries were very good, and the chorizo empanadas were delicious. In short, very good. It wasn't too noisy, and the tables weren't too close together (indoors).

25/02/2026: This is our second year coming to Notre-Dame-de-Monts, and L’Odyssée has become our true pilgrimage site!
Whether it's for lunch, an early evening drink, or dinner, you'll always be greeted with a smile and a wonderfully cheerful atmosphere. The restaurant is clean, the food is homemade, and you can try the entire menu without any unpleasant surprises.
A bonus: a very well-equipped play area for children, which is truly appreciated!
We highly recommend it… and we will gladly return on our next visit.
