15/06/2026: Peaceful and calm atmosphere, good food, and a friendly owner. I ordered Chawarma as a main dish, a glass of house Arak, and Mouhalabié as a dessert. I am not Lebanese so I cannot tell if the food here is authentic, local Lenanese but as a foreigner who loves to experience different cultures and eat delicious food, it was a perfect dinner. I will definitely visit again and try other dishes.

25/04/2026: Solemar is honestly the best Lebanese restaurant I’ve tried in Paris. The food tastes truly homemade, fresh, generous, and full of authentic Lebanese flavors. Every dish is well prepared, from the mezze to the grilled dishes, and you can really feel the quality of the ingredients. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service is professional and friendly. A perfect place for anyone looking for real Lebanese cuisine in Paris. Highly recommended!

Everything is well-maintained and clean. Dinners and breakfasts are of very high quality. Nothing to complain about, only good things to say. Unbeatable value for money. Well done and thank you.

17/05/2026: We last visited in December 2024, and I'm taking the liberty of rewriting my review with more details because the restaurant and the staff deserve it. The aperitif cocktails are top-notch, featuring homemade products like verbena syrup, rose syrup, and Chavagne strawberry cream. The complimentary spreads served with our drinks are delightful, with fresh, homemade flavors. The wine list and explanations are worthy of a sommelier, making you want to learn more. The wines are high-quality and allow you to discover new appellations. Starters: - Langoustines - Smoked Salmon Main Courses: - Lamb Burger - Mediterranean Duck Breast Excellent Cheese Trolley Dessert: Chef's Special (mango, strawberry, rhubarb, chocolate) The atmosphere is always pleasant, calm, with soft lighting that isn't at all oppressive. Very pleasant. And a major plus, of course, for the chefs, but an extra mention goes to the two very pleasant, attentive, and passionate women in the dining room. Of course, I'll finish by mentioning the price, which I found simply incredible for a Saturday night. Starter, main course, and dessert: €29, or €34 with the cheese trolley. Today, at this price, with such high-quality ingredients, flavors, and service, it's more than perfect! I recommend it 1000%, and of course, we'll be back 😉 PS: I'm in a wheelchair, and the restaurant is perfectly accessible 😉

23/04/2026: The onomatopoeia that kept coming up throughout the evening was "Mmmmmm." Everything was truly delicious. It was my first visit and certainly not my last. Everything is homemade, the combinations are subtle, and the portions are generous. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The chef also managed to accommodate a food intolerance by offering an alternative. I'm not usually much of a dessert person, but here, it was simply divine. The homemade smoked Camembert was a delight. The welcome and service were equally excellent; thank you so much for this wonderful experience. Bravo! And...see you very soon!

The pasta was very good, and the other specialties, like the grom ice cream and the cannelloni, were delicious. Thank you again for the recommendations; we had a wonderful holiday and a very good meal in Périgueux, with everyone eating their fill. This establishment welcomes dogs!

20/04/2026: A very good experience at this shop. We went there several times during our stay. The staff (a young man and the manager) were always welcoming and friendly. They even gave our children little treats (a few sweets on the way out). A wide selection of Savoyard and Swiss products. You can sample the charcuterie, and when you ask for advice, the staff are always happy to explain. I didn't find the prices excessive! We stocked up before leaving... but I'll be back. A nice touch: the anti-waste initiative at the end of the shop! A great idea to combat food waste! The option to order online is also a fantastic idea. And finally, their sausage is a gold medal winner in 2025.

The decor is refined and minimalist, perfectly showcasing the dishes without ever distracting from them. You immediately feel privileged. Top-notch cuisine On the plate, it's a veritable festival of flavors and emotions. The chef elevates the Breton terroir with rare creativity and audacity. Each dish is a visual work of art, where the precision of the cooking rivals the perfect balance of seasonings. The interplay of textures, the surprising combinations (including magnificent surf-and-turf pairings), and the exceptional quality of the local produce all testify to a very high level of expertise. It's refined, delicate, and incredibly delicious. Impeccable service The excellence of the cuisine is perfectly complemented by exemplary service.
