12/09/2026: What can I say? A top-notch experience, primarily for the food and service. The only flaws were perhaps too many people and a bit of chaos, but it could definitely be improved. Refined dishes, delicious to eat, carefully presented, and perfectly balanced. The drinks were also delicious, very unique and refined. My wife and I went for dinner and chose the 7-course tasting menu, which included a complimentary gift from the chef, 3 appetizers, a fish dish, a meat dish (one with a Japanese wagyu option for a 39-euro difference), pre-dessert, and dessert, photos of which are attached. Everything was special and delicious; we were truly satisfied. Definitely recommended. 🥩 🦞 🧀 🇫🇷

28/05/2026: I was looking for a restaurant in an alley near the Place de la Campanile in Avignon. I had originally planned to try a relaxed, French-style roadside dining and drinking experience, but this place felt very special. It was like stepping into a cave-like castle, and it had a good Google rating 👍. The food was absolutely amazing! Even though we couldn't speak the language, the owner was incredibly friendly and humorous, making it a wonderful evening in Avignon, France 🎑!

07/09/2026: We stumbled upon this place quite by chance, having discovered it in the Rough Guide during our visit to Sartène, and what a delightful surprise it was! We received a very warm welcome from André and Mimi, the owners, who are incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The setting is superb, with a lovely shaded terrace next to the watchtower, perfect for enjoying a leisurely meal. As for the food, everything is homemade, and we thoroughly enjoyed it! André and Mimi even recommended a place to buy delicious local jams, which we promptly visited after leaving the restaurant. A truly wonderful discovery, both for the food and the warm welcome and the beautiful setting. If you're ever in Sartène, I highly recommend stopping by! Thank you again to André and Mimi for this wonderful experience.

22/08/2026: We had a wonderful time at La Table de Thierry! The atmosphere is friendly and almost familial; you can take your time and savor beautiful dishes made with quality ingredients. It's so close to home, we'll be back soon, and we'll bring our friends.

20/08/2026: A small restaurant on a quiet street, but close to the cathedral. A short menu that inspired confidence! And we weren't disappointed! Thierry runs the kitchen and the front of house single-handedly, yet he still took the time to chat with us. The galettes are crispy (just like in Brittany) and they use high-quality local products (nitrite-free Auvergne cooked ham, Breton andouille sausage). We highly recommend this restaurant!

28/08/2026: Just had a nice drink, and the service and atmosphere were quite pleasant and good. It was nicely situated on the village square. So, it's a top spot for a drink!

28/08/2026: Located in the heart of Sancerre, this cafe offers plenty of outdoor seating in the square in front of the building, in addition to indoor seating. It's always bustling with customers. Although it's a cafe, they have a wide variety of ice cream, ice cream desserts, and shakes. They also serve alcohol and light meals at reasonable prices. The staff are all friendly and create a great atmosphere. Highly recommended!
