14/08/2026: Ravioli daube gratiné is to die for! Staff is very friendly, the service is fast, and everything is delicious. Perfect lunch option if you are in the area. For their plat du jour, it’s best to make a reservation otherwise they may run out. Reservations are not necessary for the regular menu, but it is a popular spot and fills up quickly.

17/02/2026: I ordered Salmon Lover through Uber Eats on December 24th at 4 PM. The order was confirmed by Uber Eats and the Cauderan store. The delivery driver called to tell me the store was closed. I was charged by Uber Eats, but they refuse to refund me because I gave the delivery driver the code. I contacted the Cauderan Sushi Shop, who confirmed that they closed early on December 24th and were supposed to contact me on Monday, December 29th. And I'm still waiting… I'm going to have to call the premium-rate number for the third time. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I have never been refunded. Thank you. 11/08/2026: A wonderful discovery by chance! The food is excellent and the welcome is very pleasant and charming. A mountain restaurant with a menu that makes you want to come back! Which is exactly what we did 😄 We returned to try the medieval potence, beef flambéed with génépi liqueur, which is quite impressive and absolutely delicious!! Best of luck to you.

16/06/2026: Delighted with my meal experience with colleagues. The waitress was very friendly. The only slight issue was that some of my colleagues found the dish "a little too salty" for their taste; our meals were different... but nothing too serious. They mentioned it to the waitress, who kindly offered us a small limoncello. We found this very professional and, above all, customer-friendly. We will definitely return and highly recommend it!

23/08/2026: A spontaneous restaurant visit led us to Tendance et Fraîcheur. It had been a while since our last visit. A warm welcome, polite and smiling staff. The staff knows their dishes well and gives excellent recommendations. Flemish carbonnade and a Spanish platter were a pure delight. And the white chocolate mousse... simply divine. Everything is fresh; you can see and taste it. We had a wonderful time. We'll be back to see next month's menu.
