18/07/2026: We stayed one night at the campsite in Thoissey while passing through. Because we had poor service and food at our campsite in the afternoon, we decided to go to the village. We stopped at Colisée there because we saw a nice photo of the terrace on Google. It has a nice and cozy terrace. The pizzas were delicious and the service was friendly. They don't speak English there, but they do everything to help you. The terrace is pleasant, cozy, and romantic. We did have to wait a while to pay. It was very busy and there were only two people serving, whereas at the beginning there was only one. The ice cream was served slightly melted, but it was still tasty. Quite expensive for ice cream with sauce though, 7.50 per scoop. Vanilla ice cream with sauce of your choice. You can also get takeout there.

11/07/2026: The burgers are delicious—bun, meat, and toppings. The fries and sauce are original too, all homemade. Although I'm a Burger King fan, I recommend it; it's 100% French!

27/08/2026: An unforgettable moment! The cuisine, of course, is exceptional, incredible. Mr. Anton truly has a gift: each bite is a new discovery, always imbued with excellence. But there's also this magnificent lounge, which transports you to another era, and above all, a delightful staff, who have the rare talent of immediately putting you at ease and making you feel right at home—and, for once, that's not just a polite formality! Everything comes together for a wonderful experience. It's simply impossible not to dine at Le Pré Catelan at least once!

27/07/2026: We arrived at lunchtime on Monday, July 27th. There were only three tables, so it was very quiet. We were served in a mere three minutes, and the galettes were all soggy. The drinks were at room temperature, no ice, and no carafe of water was brought either. There was practically no one there; I understand that it's not ideal, but it showed in the service…

26/07/2026: A lovely experience at this crêperie in the city center. The galettes are excellent; we tried the Pommeraie, the Aveyronnaise, the Forestière, the Pavlova, and the caramel banana. And above all, the service is superb. The two young women were smiling, very pleasant, and efficient. Dogs are welcome. Parking is a bit tricky. We'll definitely be back; it's very good value for money.

19/06/2026: I tried this restaurant for the first time and it's truly excellent, beautifully renovated and well-organized. The staff is very pleasant and attentive. The menu was delicious. I highly recommend it and will definitely be eating at LE 81 often.

01/05/2026: The waiter got angry because we (a large group) left five minutes later than agreed. Before that, he tried to chase us away, and everything was a bit rushed and disorganized. Moreover, this gentleman took our dessert orders anyway, and it took 30 minutes before we received them. Then this guy got angry, kicked open the kitchen door, threw a glass on the floor (in the kitchen, of course), threw a raclette machine around, and pulled a plate away so quickly that a fork scraped against someone's arm. Idk the food was tasty though 🥹🥹

11/08/2026: Beautiful location, lots of vendors outside, plenty of fresh produce, and nice places to eat – highly recommended. Of course, there are a lot of tourists, but it's definitely worth seeing.
