07/09/2026: The cuisine is exceptional. We opted for the six-course tasting menu. Every dish was exquisitely delicate, as delicious to eat as they were beautiful to behold. We didn't choose the wine pairing (six glasses!), but the recommended wines were perfect. Our only complaint is that when you select a menu, you don't know its contents, and the same menu must be chosen by all diners. We found this a bit restrictive, a practice unfortunately all too common in fine dining establishments.

20/08/2026: We stumbled upon this inn by chance on our way to our holiday destination. What a wonderful discovery! The manager was welcoming and attentive to her guests. As for the food, the chef offered us a daily menu that he clearly masters, using high-quality ingredients. A divine menu for the price of a McDonald's meal! This place is well worth a visit. 05/08/2026: Traveling between Pau and Bordeaux, trying to avoid tolls, my two friends and I found ourselves quite unprepared when the cold wind arrived. It was almost 2 p.m. when we pushed open the door, on a completely ordinary Wednesday, fearing in advance that the kitchen might have already closed. We were welcomed nonetheless, with a smile, and were able to enjoy an excellent set menu with perfectly cooked meat and exquisite homemade fries. Thank you so much! We're back on the road!

28/08/2026: Having frequented this restaurant for many years, I don't understand the negative comments about "deplorable hygiene" when I've observed the opposite, with significant efforts made to maintain the highest standards. The cuisine is constantly evolving in a positive direction: the oysters are always incredibly fresh, despite their delicate nature; there's a beautiful cheese platter, fresh fruit, excellent quality meat and scallops cooked in a wok, and of course, all the usual dishes you'd expect from a Chinese restaurant. So you can go to this restaurant with complete confidence.

13/09/2026: We've been to Chiquito several times over the past 10 years. On our last visit, we were surprised, not to say disappointed. We chose the three-course menu, but in our opinion, the portions were more like a five-course menu. It's a real shame because the dishes were good and refined, but leaving a fine-dining restaurant still hungry is quite unusual. I completely understand that restaurateurs need to make a living, but they need to find the right balance so that everyone is satisfied and enjoys their meal.

04/08/2026: Long wait to be served even though it wasn't very busy. The waitress seemed a bit lost. The meat was good, but unfortunately the fries were overcooked. I won't be back, which is a shame.

09/09/2026: The shop is nice and visually appealing; I haven't yet tried their tea room, but I think you can generally find the tea you're looking for. However, finding the shop closed with no other information displayed in the window during opening hours doesn't look very professional. It's a shame, especially since the staff are friendly.
