12/08/2026: I used their services for my parents' 60th wedding anniversary. I opted for a cold buffet. Mr. Balat and his team were very responsive. I wanted something high-quality, which was perfect since they only use local products. Everything is top-notch, and it's beautifully presented, which is also important. I highly recommend this establishment. Oh, and I almost forgot, it's very good value for money. You can go there with complete confidence.

The pizzas and other dishes were very good, the service was professional and very pleasant, the restaurant and restrooms were clean, ideally located in the center, but just a little off the beaten path, we were able to enjoy the terrace in peace. We will definitely be back!!

11/07/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant. Their service was excellent, and the atmosphere was pleasant, calm, and welcoming. The beef tenderloin cooked in butter is the best beef dish I've ever eaten. I'm not kidding; I recommend this dish to anyone who wants to eat good meat. This restaurant offers a completely halal menu, which allows more people to enjoy its wonderful dishes. I also highly recommend the pistachio tiramisu, which is unique and delicious. I recommend it!

13/05/2026: 6 weary motorcyclists arrived after a hard days riding to this beautifully restored old building and garden to be met by the owner who is very attentive and accommodating. The rooms are magnificent. We had the most amazing meal in the downstairs restaurant, the best meal of the week on our travels. In the morning we had a really good continental breakfast in the first floor breakfast room, with as much food as you can eat and freshly squeezed orange juice from an ingenious machine. I would highly recommend this Hotel for that special treat for your loved ones.

Also, we had a reservation and still ended up inside despite it being 25°C outside because the terrace was full... And there were only three desserts left on the menu... What a shame.

13/08/2026: An authentic place not to be missed, the oldest restaurant in Saint Sorlin. I had read that the welcome was quirky, and I wasn't disappointed. It's warm and fun at the same time; you immediately feel at ease. The cuisine is prepared with quality ingredients. A wonderful discovery! My daughter will long remember her chocolate mousse, and we'll cherish the génépi we shared with the team at the end of our meal!

It's always a real pleasure to go, at least once or twice a month 😍 The service is always welcoming, and the quality is consistently excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend this place! 🍣🇯🇵
