02/09/2026: Everyone I invite here for lunch shares this opinion: 568 is truly a great place to make your regular lunch spot. Not a Michelin-starred restaurant, of course (that's why, to be honest, I don't give the food 5 stars), but a great balance between quality, service, and price.

The young couple who own it are lovely, the hotel's location is truly right on the seafront, and the Spanish cuisine is excellent. 02/06/2026: After descending from Sainte-Catherine Hill, we were looking for a typical Rouen spot for lunch. Our guardian angels (and the Petit Futé guidebook) guided us perfectly! A unique, wonderful place; everything enchanted and amazed us... Location, welcome, style (Mucha, Klimt!), ambiance, service, music... 16/08/2026: I ordered a mixed appetizer platter today, with a red sauce and a green sauce (I specifically ordered that), and instead I received some kind of orange mayonnaise... disappointed 😞 The order should match the description. I'm only giving 2 stars because the service was fast and the pastels were very good; the rest was just okay.

From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome, with great kindness and professionalism. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. You can tell that everything is designed to make guests feel at home. The restaurant was also a delightful discovery: excellent, generous dishes prepared with high-quality ingredients. Everything was truly delicious from start to finish. The breakfast was also plentiful and very enjoyable. I recommend this establishment without hesitation and will gladly return.
