26/08/2026: Au français: ce restaurant est de la merde. To all tourists I would rather be on the 50th floor of the north tower on 9/11 than ever return here. Their allergens are not labelled correctly (stupid) and their sauce taste like shit. Steak was okay and well cooked but everything else was a disappointment. Tables were dirty and not cleaned by the staff. Pretty much a tourist trap.

28/08/2026: Spectacular location with a stunning view of the Bonifacio cliffs. We ordered two excellent first courses (linguine with zucchini pesto, clams, and bottarga), both generously portioned. The staff is friendly. I'm only giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because I found the menu too limited; I would have expected more choice. The prices are high, but justified by the location.

02/09/2026: It was packed. Lots of foreign tourists. We were seated on the terrace, not well-positioned and drafty. The waiter wasn't very friendly, and the sauerkraut was incredibly salty, like it had just come from a holiday in Guérande. In short, it was just so-so. Two stars, well-deserved, just like the bill!

02/09/2026: Four out of six people were sick after dinner. A complete disaster! The quality of the food dropped dramatically. There was an error on the bill... The restaurant is clearly out of control.

14/06/2026: The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and the staff are helpful and attentive! I was lucky enough to host an intimate wedding there with 55 guests and to return for a family vacation. I highly recommend this establishment.

07/08/2026: A little disappointed by a restaurant that calls itself semi-gastronomic… it would be nice to serve two or three amuse-bouches with the aperitif and have a slightly more attentive service. It's too rushed; the dishes come one after another at breakneck speed, and you can tell the waiter is in a hurry to close. Generally, you offer a taste of the wine before serving it, and even if it's a red, it shouldn't be served warm… lots of little things to improve… the garden is a bit overgrown too, which is a shame because the location is magical. No complaints about the food, though; it's very refined and delicious.

27/08/2026: Hmm, how to put it? The food is barely better than a hospital meal tray; the cook is about as skilled as I am a dancer at the Lido. The charcuterie platter as a starter... two slices of sausage, a slice of Bayonne ham, and some cheap pâté. The main course... tasteless and depressing. Presentation nonexistent. But the bill was exorbitant. I think I should be paid to eat this food. In short, this is a place to absolutely avoid.

25/08/2026: The service was fantastic; the staff were very kind and welcoming. The food was really good; we had a very enjoyable meal. The prices are more than reasonable, even though this restaurant could have easily inflated its prices given its touristy location, but not at all. Their prices are more than fair considering the high quality of the food served.

15/08/2026: Good evening. We booked a table at this restaurant for a family outing. The waiter greeted us immediately and showed us to a table. It took over 30 minutes to order our aperitifs and another 30 minutes for our main courses. The dishes were either far too hot or too spicy. The value for money was poor. I do not recommend it. The restaurant's facade speaks for itself (it needs a serious facelift).

02/08/2026: Very nice interior with roof lighting. The butchers cut steak was a juicy ribeye and the steak tartare was so nice as well. All staff are lovely and speak good English. The food and experience are very good for its prices. I highly recommend if you live in the area or want a good authentic french meal.

01/08/2026: Superb restaurant with a chic yet relaxed atmosphere, ideal for a romantic date or a family meal. The service is very pleasant and attentive. The two ladies serving me gave me a very warm welcome, and the team is lovely and always smiling. A fairly extensive wine list to please everyone and a well-chosen drinks menu. I had the "Exotic" mocktail; it was delicious, I highly recommend it! As for the food, the service was quick. I ordered a Caesar salad: being a big fan of this dish, it had all the elements to be excellent. I also recommend it. Thank you for the experience; I'll be back with a friend next time!

13/09/2026: I have mixed feelings about my experience at La Maison Carrier. We ordered à la carte and an aperitif. I ordered a glass of rosé champagne, and the waiter made a mistake (it happens). He corrected it, but another waiter removed our platter of appetizers while we hadn't finished and our glasses were still full. A few moments later, our main courses arrived, even though we hadn't finished our aperitif, which hadn't arrived for over fifteen minutes. We mentioned this, but the waiter didn't take the plates away. We didn't press the issue, but unfortunately, it spoiled a large part of our meal. Otherwise, no complaints. The food was refined and delicious. The staff was friendly and plentiful.
