21/02/2026: I bought a kebab and specifically asked three times if I wanted it without onions—it even says so on the box—but it was full of them. The sauce was the same. It's unbelievable how little attention they pay to what customers order. I'll never go back. It was the worst experience ever, discovering the sauce and an enormous amount of onion after saying three times I didn't want it. As for the rest, the meat wasn't even good. It wasn't worth it.

16/05/2026: We had a wonderful family holiday. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and well-decorated, with lovely views of the garden and the sea. The pool and spa are perfect for relaxing. The breakfast is varied, and the bar has a very pleasant atmosphere. The terrace is a great place to enjoy the lively evenings, and the garden offers a truly peaceful spot right in the heart of the village.

14/05/2026: A beautiful, quiet hotel, close to all shops and not far from the ferry terminal. The comfortable rooms offer lovely ocean views. The staff is very friendly and professional, especially the receptionist. Thank you for this relaxing stay.

31/05/2026: An enchanting setting, with a natural terrace offering a peaceful view of Mont Blanc. The house itself is also very charming. The atmosphere is calming and restorative. As for the cuisine, everything is subtle, fragrant, and light: an airy risotto delicately enhanced with lemon. For dessert, a chocolate cloud that is both intense and delicate. Warm and attentive hosts. I highly recommend this little corner of gourmet paradise.

06/04/2026: We had lunch on Easter Sunday at noon. There were six of us: four adults and two teenagers, aged 15 and 18 respectively. The adults opted for scallops and fish, while the teenagers chose chicken ballotines and lamb chops. This morning, we discovered that our two teenagers had had a very bad night, suffering from stomach pains until the 18-year-old became unwell and vomited up her undigested meal. Her brother fasted all day and felt unwell all day Monday. Why assume the restaurant is to blame? Simply because the only meal they ate on Sunday was at the restaurant, and it was the only time they ate differently from the four adults. €79 for a meal that resulted in illness is a bit steep. It's a shame, because the setting is very pleasant, the service impeccable, and until this incident, we were very happy. This message is to let you know that your meat supplier might need to be reviewed. Obviously, I can't prove anything; the two Parisian teenagers have gone back to Paris. Too bad!

26/06/2026: It's been a few months now since I became a true devotee of Paupiette's cuisine. I didn't frequent the city center very often before discovering that La Quille had created a second location dedicated to lunch. The menu is vibrant, bursting with freshness, and, to the delight of food lovers, it changes weekly. It's a truly welcoming place, with a pleasant terrace tucked away from the traffic. The service is on par with the food: attentive, warm, and delivered by a wonderfully kind team. It was thanks to them that I discovered a hoppy kombucha, which has since become my little Proustian madeleine with each visit. All this at remarkably reasonable prices considering the quality of the ingredients and the care put into the dishes. Special mention also goes to the bread, which is always excellent. It's a detail that's become quite significant, given how difficult it is to find a restaurant that offers bread of this quality. I wholeheartedly recommend this place, especially after our conversation today about our shared passion for fine timepieces.
